I have to say 5 for all. My mom moved in October 2024 and is doing well. Loves the food. Staff is very kind and attentive. My mom needed PT and OT and they were able to provide that on site. She loves going to happy hour on Fridays. They clean her room every other week. We the family help otherwise. She is in studio which is perfect. Fits her queen bed and dresser. Small circle table with 2 chairs.

The staff are always friendly and ready to help! It clicks! Chose this facility over others because of the staff and the cleanliness of the facility! I checked out other places for my friend and the BLVD is the one I would have selected for myself. It gives her the care that she deserves.

The staff are so friendly and nice to my mom, me, and my brother. They encourage family involvement and I love that because it makes me feel welcome when I'm there, which is often. My mom loves the food. I join her for meals sometimes and the food is just outstanding. It's clean, quiet (my mom loves that) bright with natural light. Also if my mom is not interested in the lunch or dinner special for the day, there is an entire menu to choose whatever you would rather have. One of my mom's favorite perks.

It was immaculate, beautifully decorated, with friendly staff. We chose one of the villas, as it was larger in size. And the idea of being able to order just about anything anytime scored the largest response. When you walk thru the door it just seems like a friendly new world you're entering.

She was put into memory care in [date removed], but when taken off one of her pain meds, her dementia greatly improved. Now we are trying to move her into the regular assisted living section. She would be able to make friends there.

This beautiful facility is always kept very clean. The staff is all very friendly, helpful and always eager to accommodate everyone's needs. There are numerous activities for the residents to enjoy and very often offer live entertainment for the residents. The facility has a library, beauty shop, Chapel, game areas and a crackling fireplace during cool weather in the dining room. The residents can keep their laundry done with a laundry room that is provided for them. This facility is a cozy warm place to feel like home. They do allow the resident to bring their pet with them.

Hudson Grande is a welcoming atmosphere. Thea staff is kind and caring. Thea facility is clean and well taken care of. It also feels homey.

It is a very clean place. Everyone is very friendly.All of [name removed] needs are met. He enjoys having a meal in the restaurant area. The snack area is always well stocked. [name removed] became comfortable 2after the first month.

What I like the most about Vitalia Senior Residences is the friendly staff and the fellow inmates. I would certainly recommend this community to other families based on the experience.

Management is great. The facility is very clean and does not feel or smell like an old folks home.

From first walking into Vitalia we were pleasantly impressed by the look of the facility. Beautifully decorated and very clean!! The staff was very polite and knowledgeable! My sister has been living there in independent living since the end of December. She is very happy and is making a lot of friends. The amenities including the dining experience are very Enjoyable. I would recommend it for your loved ones!!

Township Assisted Living took great care of our brother. They provided caring, compassionate care for Rick and we will be eternally grateful. We would highly recommend them to other families in a similar situation.

I cannot express enough how grateful we are for the wonderful care and support my aunt has received at Cedar Trails. From the moment we toured the facility, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming environment. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and truly goes above and beyond to ensure each resident feels at home. The facility is clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with plenty of activities and amenities to keep residents engaged and happy. The food is excellent, and there is always a variety of options to meet dietary needs. What stands out the most is the level of personalized care provided. The caregivers take the time to get to know each resident, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and respect. Communication with family members is transparent, and we always feel like we're in the loop about our loved one's well-being.

Honestly, I can answer pretty quickly. I would rate a 5 for all of those. My father has only been there for a couple of months. But, so far everything has exceeded expectations. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families

Welcoming everyone has been friendly, informative and very accommodating to mom's needs. She loves the new place and has been in 2 other facilities over the last 6 years. This by far has been the best by far. We are so pleased with the facility and staff. Truly has made mom so happy.

I am so pleased with my new recommendations and so far everyone from the staff to residents have been extremely friendly and welcoming. You can tell people are happy here. Very clean and love all the activities.

I really love the cleanliness and the friendliness of the servers. The staff could be a little more efficient and they could have longer hours for the front desk. Other than that it's pretty much a perfect place to live. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

The list of activities looks good but we haven't went to any and mom's doesn't want to go. So can't really rate it except that there is a lot going on.Value for cost is good, although not familiar with other faculties.

It is very clean and if you have any concerns the staff responds quickly. My mom did not have hot water in the shower and when I went to the front desk and told them the maintenance person beat me back to the room and fix the problem.
