We moved our loved one here after having a negative and unhealthy experience at another community close by. Brookdale has a stable and caring staff and does not rely on agency caregivers. It is so important to have reliable, stable and patient caregivers for the residents that rely on a routine and familiar faces. Our family appreciates the extra efforts and kindness everyone brings to work each day, it is noticed and a huge relief for the families. Thank you to all at Brookdale West County in St. Louis, Missouri.

I'd tell new residents, "get involved"! My mother has enjoyed all of the activities! I highly recommend The Princeton for retirement living.

My mother refused to go to Montvale. All interactions we had with staff were wonderful! All of the staff at The Montvale Senior Living are professional, compassionate. knowledgeable, friendly and supportive. I highly recommend this facility to anyone.

All 5 stars! It is a little experience, but the quality is very good!! They are very friendly and thoughtful of each person! They put in a lot of effort to help us stay active and keep us engaged with activities and that helps us stay in better spirits and health!!

The rooms are clean and tidy at Montvale. I am very pleased with Montvale and feel they do a great job. I was getting another text from Hampton Inn I stayed at. Sorry for the confusion. I would refer anyone to Montvale and feel they do a wonderful job.

I toured this facility with family members and we were greeted and treated like we were royalty. I think this facility is a wonderful place to live. It was bright and airy and very clean on every floor and the units are impeccable. [names removed] went above and beyond their roles to make us feel welcomed. They gave us all the time we needed and did not rush us through the tour. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone.

The Westbury Memory Care Unit is outstanding, primarily because of all the wonderful people who work there. They are professional, compassionate, competent, friendly, and unbelievably patient. They deserve 5+ ratings.

Great place to live. Overall, I think it is the best senior living facility in the area, but the prices are rising more rapidly than inflation. There are other facilities being built in this area, but they offer fewer amenities and services. This is the best choice if you want meals, transportation options, and planned (optional) activities, as well as access to assisted living and memory care options. The facility is owned by [name removed] but managed by [name removed], which causes some issues when problems arise. [name removed] manages many decisions at the corporate level and their need for uniformity across all their sites is not always beneficial to the residents' specific needs/wants at each site.

Mom is so very happy at The Township. I am confident that she is well-cared for and safe at The Township. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far! We are so pleased with the campus, and the staff, and the amount of activities for the residents.

I am so glad I made the decision to live here. I am no longer lonely as everyone is so friendly; residents and staff. I will most definitely recommend to others. I already have, but at this point they are not ready to leave their homes.

Very friendly staff. Very helpful and compassionate. They need more help in the kitchen. Sometimes there is only 1 chef at dinner.

5 for all! My father-in-law is a difficult person and they have gone above and beyond to accommodate his needs and my mother-in-law's needs. We would absolutely recommend Hudson Grande Senior Living to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

All of the staff is super friendly and helpful. I love being able to message or call the nurse line if I need to. The food is excellent and the kitchen staff is also great. The outings are really nice to get mom out and about. They are always having celebrations or activities which is also great. Mom is often out of supplies such as toilet paper. The billing runs off of a point system based on care points which is not explanatory when you pay monthly, and it fluctuates. I wish they would send an itemized care point list with the bill.

I would highly recommend The Cambridge. Staff is very caring and responsive. They take a personal interest in the residents. There are ample opportunities for residents to be involved in activities if they wish.

Everyone seems to lookout for each other. If my mother does not feel like going to the restaurant for dinner and decides to eat in her room she will have some of her neighbors calling or checking on her by going to her room.

When it comes to the meals and dining, the service is slow, and the food has not been as consistent as expected. I will say regarding the food, they have been responsive every time a concern has been raised of a suggestion made. I would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.
