My mother is extremely happy there. There's not enough staff members to work with the residents they have there. Sometimes she does not get a shower and right not now, she is not able to care for herself. They need more staff there. Overall, a great place.

All I can say about the place is that every time we have had a request, they have always tried to work it out and have just been really good to work with. I can not think of any improvements that they can make.

The staff here is very nice and compassionate. The building is always clean and fresh smelling. The level of care here is good, but they could communicate better with the family of the resident. The food could use some flavor too.

I think that the staff there is extraordinary and they have a hard job and they pulled my family in and immediately become part of our family. One of the most important things they did was communicate consistently with us. That was extraordinary and it exceeded my expectations.

Pleasant rooms, bright and cheerful common areas, well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. Food is "institutional", but cooks try hard to make it tasty and interesting within the restraints of their budget.

When I first toured the building it was nice. I felt safe and secure almost immediately. Since I have moved in over 2 years ago it has been great. The staff here make my family feel welcome and cared for especially my great grandmother. I love living here!

Win is my dearest friend. She appreciates all the help she is given and all the patience and care she is shown on an ongoing daily basis.

This rating was given due to a needed improvement in more employees in the care giving section and housekeeping section. Management and staff are very quick to respond to my concerns.

Administrative level is really willing to work with you financially.

The staff members are always friendly and caring. My father is the one living there and he likes the people and it is quiet and clean and the meals are good and he really likes it there at Kingswood Place.

The people are really friendly at Sinclair Place. It's a nice place. It is very clean. We have been happy with this facility. Overall it has been a really good experience.

I'm not able to be there during the work week. It hasn't been communicated to me on how to reach someone on the evenings and weekends at Bickford of Raytown. I would like to see the communication improved. Other than that things have been just fine.

The nurses at Blanchard Place are real good about talking to me and telling me different things, keeping me informed. The patient doesn't participate in many activities but I always see that their calendar is full. The staff really work well with the residents at this facility.

Overall it has just been a pretty good transition for my loved one into the Crawford House. I gave them an overall Four-Star Rating because that is how I feel about the place and there really is nothing else to say about it.

Security at the front door, friendly and helpful staff, clean facility with a homey, not institutional feel, very nice courtyard area and indoor walkway to memory care facility.

I don't give a 5 to hardly anything because nothing is perfect, unless it is perfect! I'm happy with all things regarding care and the staff. My mother is very picky with food, but all the times I've been there and I've seen what they served, its always hot, and always seems to be fresh. I was just there Monday, and I'd say on that aspect of it I can find no concerns or anything that I would complain about. Everytime I've been there, the staff has been great, everyone is extremely respectful, loving, patient with the residents, they are phenomenal.

They have nice meals. I think the staff and the new director are very friendly. I know they just got a van, and I don't know if they have a regular activity program where the take people out, I am not sure how that works. When I first got there, what I was surprised about was the director and the head nurse resigned and I wish I would have known about it. But so far it is going okay and my loved one is okay with it.

It's been excellent. It's been really good for my mom. I haven't had any concerns or complaints. There have been no problems with food or staff. So far it's working out well.

I am worried about their viability, because they are only half full and nothing has changed. So I don't see how the corporation can be making money. The reason is because the stopped accepting Medicaid. So they are going to have to start accepting Medicaid or shut the place down, because they can't be making money with it only half full. So that is my concern.
