Trustwell Living

The staff at this community is encouraging. They have tried to make my loved one feel comfortable with being there. They helped us find a chair and a television for her room. They are responsive to our concerns and work to resolve issues. We are able to bring in food and sit with her in another small dining area. The community is clean and the food is good.

Everything is going fairly for my mother with her move to this community. Unfortunately she is currently in the hospital, but she will be returning once she is better. They are providing her with good. I know she is safe and in good hands when she is here. They do a good job with keeping the cleanliness of the community up to par. The staff is great. Overall it is a community I would recommend, it is a pleasant place.

This is a smaller community with about thirty seven rooms and it is all on one level. Dad seems to like the food. The staff are accommodating and try to get him involved in the daily activities. He said the staff are kind to him. The community is very nice and I would recommend it.

After a great respite stay at Plum Creek Place, they decided that they were not equipped to meet my grandmother's needs. She was too advanced and combative and the staff were doing a great job trying to redirect and settle her down. My grandmother was included in the activities and she enjoyed the meals they served. My mom really liked seeing a clean and maintained place. She also liked the manager, she was very welcoming and helped by giving lots of ideas, which lead to us selecting the community.

The Oak Creek Place was a nice small community. They had a theater for the residents to have movie night there at the community. The staff were all very friendly and answered all of my questions. The only reason we did not go with them was simply because it was too far from our house.

This is very nice looking community. Everything looked nice and clean. The staff was all very kind and friendly. You could tell they do a good job with keeping the community well maintained. There were factors that played into where to place my friend. This one didn't fit her level of care she needed.

This is a nice community. They did a good job with caring for my parents and their needs. The have a great staff, they are very helpful and kind. They are good with contacting me in regarding anything that happened to parents. They do a good with keeping the facility nice and well maintained. There are activities available. They were very pleased with the meals. They have variety for the residents to choose, and a good healthy selection. Overall it is a pleasant community.

The staff provide the care my dad needs and communicate with me when my dad gets a little irritated. They let me talk with him and they immediately see what is the cause or adjust his medication. He likes the meals he is served and get options if needed. They also have activities and outings which my dad enjoys. It is a very nice and clean place, well maintained. His visitors are impressed with the place when seeing my dad.

The community at Cherryvale Place is a wonderful place. It was our second choice as our first choice is owned by the same company. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were willing to perform the necessary updates within the apartment for our loved one to move in. The community overall is very well kept and updated throughout.

My parents are still adjusting to living at Bickford. The staff are outgoing and very personable. The food is great there are a lot of choices and the meals are well balanced. They offer a variety of activities. The community is clean and I would recommend it.

This is a nice community. A clean and inside and out. The food is very good and a good variety for my mom to choose from. The staff is wonderful and very caring. The activities are very good and she is staying active. This community is highly recommended for others for good care.

The community is very clean and well up-kept. The staff is nice and they communicate well. There are two things i wish the community can improve on. One is the activities, they need more activities there is a lot of bingo and really not much besides this. The quality and taste of the food is also not good i have spoken with the director before and he is addressing the issue it is good that they will listen to the families concerns. Overall if these things get fixed i would highly recommend Terrebonne Place.

Tour guide was very nice and knowledgeable about the facility and what the situation would be living here. Again, my parents preferred a more independent living situation that was available here.

The facilities are very nice. They were very accommodating with my brother's needs. From other places that I viewed this facility met my needs at a lesser cost.

The staff is very nice. The place is always clean and well kept. The residents always seems to be happy, always doing activities. Very inviting.

I like living at Parkhurst. It is small, but not crowded. We know everybody here like a family. I like the outings we take. Appreciate being able to have my animal here. Love my room with a courtyard view. I came for respite care, then moved in permanently. Love it here.

I think it is a great place to be. More attention, moving beds, food is ok. Love my room. Staff is excellent.

We enjoyed the tour at Oak Creek Place! The staff were extremely friendly that offered the tour. The community was very nice and was very welcoming. The community was only a little further from family than we wanted.
