This is a good place to be as age catches up with us. The nurse’s aides are good care givers. (Kind, friendly and caring)

Good visit with [Removed] on Friday. Toured various rooms and met a couple of residents. Took dad on Saturday and had lunch. Visited with residents and toured 2 rooms. Everyone friendly and helpful.

I have no complaints about how things went for my tour of this community for my loved one. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to accommodate our needs to the best of there ability during our visit They had lots of great information to share and answered any questions we had for them in detail. It was just not the right location in the end decision.

I'am pleased with my move to this community. Everything is working out well. The staff is great, and they have been very welcoming. They do a good job with the cleanliness around the community. They provide nice meals, and good activities. I would recommend this community, it is working out well for me.

This facility is in a transition period for staff members and I believe this is the reason there was an oversight in the refill ordering for my loved one at this facility. When the lapse was discovered, the staff was quick to find a solution so no doses were missed. Other than this issue, I have found the staff to be resident-involved, friendly and compassionate. My family member seems to be very happy with this facility.

Unfortunately I'am going to have to move my father to another community, because he needs more care. However our experiences in this community were very good. I'am was satisfied with all they did for us. They have a very helpful staff. They did a good job trying to care for him, and his needs. I have no complaints about the staff. His room, and the community were nice, and clean when I visit. The meals were well balanced. Even though this community didn't work out for us, I would still recommend it. It is a nice facility.

My sister didn't realize they didn't offer air conditioning when she moved in. They are moving her to another apartment that doesn't have as much sun exposure. We like the place and so does my sister. I like that it is a smaller community that isn't so big and overwhelming. They have a lot of turnovers recently and we are a bit nervous that. Hopefully, they make positive changes.

Mom has only lived here for a short time and things are so far so good. The only issue I have noticed so far is the lack of communication between staff members. She likes the activities and has started to participate in some of them. She is making friends. She likes the food and they keep the community clean. I would recommend this community.

My father is doing well since his move to Plum Creek Placce. I come in the evening and take my uncle dominos and crafts but he's not into the activites . The staff is really nice and the facility is clean. I have not had any problems.

We turned this community for care. The staff were nice and were able to answer the questions that we had. the community was nice but appeared to be an older community for care. The community appeared tobe-be clean. The menu was appealing. We would suggest other families tour this community for care for a loved one.

Bickford of Overland Park was a nice community. The reason we did not choose it was because they mostly had studio apartments. We wanted a one bedroom. Everyone was very friendly and it was a good experience.

We toured this nice community for a tour. the staff was very nice and caring to answer all the questions of what we were looking for at the time. We did not see the menu at the time of the tour. We would recommend that other families tour this community for the care of a loved one

My aunt so far has had a pleasant experience with the staff at this community. She has recently fell and is unable to make it down to the dinning hall so they have made accommodations as best as they can to help her. They often check on her in the room and bring her meals to her in her apartment. Other than a few issues we as a family have been content with the quality of care she has been receiving and have no complaints.

My dad has made a smooth transition into this community and has really adapted well into his new living environment. They offer a wide range of activities and even take them out and about to get there errands done. The food could use some improvements but overall we have no complaints about how things are going.

I toured this community and found it to be very nice. The staff was nice and able to answer the questions we had for the care that is given. the community is clean and maintained. We liked the community and the activities that are offered. We would recommend this community to other families for good care.

When we toured the Kent Place, we noticed that it is a very nice place with nice people but it was very small. There were not more than 25 residents there and I wanted a larger place with more activities so that my mother would have more to do.

I toured the Bickford several times, and every time I went there did not seem to be too much activity going on. The residents did not really come out of their apartments. They did not seem to involved in activities and I did not like the location. There was too much commercial around like grocery stores and banks. In the rooms, there was only one window and we wanted many so there would be natural lighting like at her house. It was not what we were looking for.

When I toured the Plum Creek Place, I knew it was the one. The place is clean and well taken care of. I like the warmth that the staff gives off. It was one of the nicest places that I toured. All of that made the choice easier.

I had a very nice tour with [Removed] am going to have another visit this week. I am liking this place as they seem to have it altogether and very clean and everyone greeted me. It seemed more like a family setting. Thank You [Removed]

The caregivers and staff do not talk down to you. They treat you respectfully.
