It's been excellent. It's been really good for my mom. I haven't had any concerns or complaints. There have been no problems with food or staff. So far it's working out well.

I am worried about their viability, because they are only half full and nothing has changed. So I don't see how the corporation can be making money. The reason is because the stopped accepting Medicaid. So they are going to have to start accepting Medicaid or shut the place down, because they can't be making money with it only half full. So that is my concern.

My loved one used Suncrest Place for a brief respite stay, and everything went very well overall! It is a nice looking, clean facility, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Our loved one was a little uneasy about the whole thing, but I think they did a good job making her feel at ease. We were very satisfied with the whole experience!

We are working out a few issues. They have worked out any issues we have brought up. Lately the food has kind of gone downhill a little bit. Things seem to be a little bland, and they have fish a lot, I hear a lot of grumbling coming from other tables. When we first chose them they seemed really nice, and they explained things all the prices, and costs really well.

We toured here as we were looking. We liked this place it was nice. It was in our top two. This was a little more expensive than the one we chose. This went by level of care, the other community was all inclusive. This was definitely our second choice.

This is a beautiful, well-maintained, charming place for senior living. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly before and after my mother moved into Russ Place. The residents were not quite as welcoming and my mother found it difficult to meet new friends. Perhaps some sort of new resident program of introduction would have helped this. The facility is quiet and has a warm home atmosphere. Initially, meals seemed appetizing and appealing. However, as the days progressed, it appeared that they were not going to offer a sufficient choice of fresh, green vegetables and salads. Except for the entrée, most meals appeared to come from a can even when fresh fruits and vegetables were available at the local market. My mother's apartment was nice and very clean. However, the lack of a more complete kitchen and the smell of a new carpet, which did not dissipate during her residency, were strong detracting factors. My mother was a bit surprised at having to provide her own furniture, but was even more surprised that certain necessities like toilet paper and shower curtains were not provided by Russ Place. Thermostats were hard to read and keep adjusted at a comfortable level. Bathroom lighting and towel bars were inadequate. It is strongly suggested that staff consider having a multiple session orientation program for new residents; having a resident manual does not effectively introduce a new person to the protocols of senior living. My mother has decided to move back home.

My father is pretty much physically limited to being in a wheelchair and needs help with just about everything and they do a great job taking care of him. My mother is suffering from pretty bad dementia and they take great care of her as well. They have a lot of really nice activities that keep them engaged. Good church services, good physical therapy, very clean, excellent staff, etc. It has been a very good experience and I would highly recommend Oak Creek Place.

I think they do a good job overall at Plum Creek Place! The staff here are very friendly, and do a great job keeping the place clean and looking out for the residents. They do have a few areas they could improve, however. I'd really like to see them work out their courtyard areas, they would look so much nicer with a few more plants. They also could work on the food, both the selection and quality could use improvement.

I am well satisfied.

I believe anyone in an assisted living facility needs someone that can help look out for them. I am that person for my aunt. Sterling House has been a good fit for her with caring, compassionate staff who help her whenever it is needed. I have never seen them treat a person with disrespect, or be hateful with a resident. That is wonderful, because older people need our support, not our criticism. The only complaint I have is sometimes the room is not as clean as I would like to see it. When I have noticed it, and brought it to their attention, they take care of it immediately. They have always addressed my concerns promptly. The one truly wonderful thing is the meals. They do a great job with the food and the snacks.

I live out of state and do not get a chance to visit often myself, but I have heard nothing but good things from my Mom! She really seems to enjoy it here! The people are friendly, and she is comfortable.

Nice smaller facility, think I'll have dad take a tour. Don't have 24 hr day nursing which is a drawback.

The center is very clean, very professional, will help their residents in any way they can. Very polite to anybody who comes to the center.

Due to several adverse health conditions and frequent falls, my family decided I needed assistance, thus the need to move into Kingsbury. Admittedly, it was strange at first, however I have come to feel a part of a large family. I have become friendly with many of my fellow residents, and find the staff to be very kind and helpful. We are treated with respect and feel the love and concern the staff feels for serving the elderly. The food may not always suit my personal taste, but that is my problem, not Kingsbury's.

Caring staff - administration listens,, addressees any concerns in a timely fashion.

The staff is very friendly and caring toward the residents. There is always some activity to keep residents busy if choose. The assisted living facility is clean. My mother seems very happy there, usually with a smile on her face. I do feel though that there could be more aide to care for the residents.

This is an excellent place to live in if not in your old time of life. There are medical and adapted places to visit when necessary and people to visit with. We have people who come to see us and those who visit from the Temple area is as excited as you wish to be.
