Kent Place is a wonderful place. We're so lucky to have found them. We can't say enough good things about them

We chose Westwood Place because he fell in love with [name removed]. We left the decision up to him and this was his favorite facility out of 5 we looked at. They also had a room close to the dining hall and close to the front door. It also has a separate bedroom which he likes. They are having issues keeping housekeeping. The apartment is supposed to be cleaned more frequently than it actually is. It would be helpful if the director of nursing knew more about long term care. Overall they have been very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this facility to others looking.

My mom was here for Assisted Living/Therapy for two and a half months. The staff at Mansfield Place treated her as family and even called to check on her after she moved to another facility for permanent care. The care received at Mansfield Place was top-rate, we could not have asked for better care. The sincere care was genuine and heart-felt. and it was obvious yo my mom and myself. I HIGHLY recommend Mansfield Place!!

I like it here. It is wonderful and it has wonderful people. The workers are all experienced and wonderful. The workers are very helpful when you need them. They will get you anything that you would ever need.

I would recommend it to a lot of people. I think the people are nice and helpful. They treat you will and if you are sick all you have to do is hit your button and they will come help you. The privacy is great as well.

I would recommend Oak Creek Place to others.

I toured this facility and really liked it. [name removed] was so professional and fantastic with us and with mom. We talked for a while and I met with the director and the staff. I was very impressed with the longevity of the staff, they had all been there about 6 years which says a lot. I moved her in within days and it has been a wonderful experience. Because it is small, they all know each other and the staff encourage the residents to keep their doors open. When people are walking by, they are able to stop in and talk and that really helps with the loneliness. She is overall just so much happier and more active since being here. I like that it is all on one level so there are no stairs, it is easier for people to maneuver around. It is built in a horse shoe shape and there is an enclosed outdoor area that residents can go to anytime they want to. Overall we have been very pleased I would highly recommend Rogue River Place.

It was a nice place. The rooms were really nice. It was really clean. They did not provide the level of care, that my loved one needed.

We would definitely chose Preston Place again and my mom loved it there. My moms room wasn't always swept but overall it was clean. Their staff was amazing, especially [name removed]. Although my mom didn't do many activities they always had fun stuff going on. It is pricey but well worth it!

Cherryvale Place was the first facility given to us by A Place for Mom, we needed placement immediately. We visited for a tour and were impressed with everything that we saw and figured this was going to be the best fit for our mom. They did a wonderful job of showing us around the whole facility, assisted living and memroy care. All of teh staff have been so helpful and friendly. The reason for the lower score on the food is just because they are currently on lockdown for COVID. It is hard to get the resources they need when meals are being delivered to the rooms. I worked in a nursing home for 12 years so I know a good facility when I see it. I would absolutely recommend Cherryvale Place.

[name removed] who works as "Community Relations" and [name removed] who is the "Head Nurse," were awesome. They answered all of our questions and were very helpful. We are there every other day and the place is always clean and well kept. I have never had a problem with any of the staff. They are always friendly and ready to help. They provide excellent quality care. Our mother is well taken care of and treated with respect. I have been there when they have served meals and was impressed with the quality of the food. Our mother has no complaints. [name removed] is diligent and very good about visiting all of the residents to let them now all of the activities that are provided and encouraging them to participate. Compared to everything else me and my 3 siblings. Plum Creek Place is great value for the money.

Parkhurst Place gets 10 stars across the board, we love everything about the community

We had a great tour at Cherryvale Place - I loved it. The people were friendly. The place was clean. It was just a little too far away.

Cimarron Place is wonderful. A rating of 5 doesn't do it justice. The staff is over the top in their care for the residents. A very nice clean and friendly environment. I have recommended Cimarron Place to several of my friends to assist them with family members seeking such accommodations. I give Cimarron Place a 10!

Wildflower Place has been a great experience. The staff are amazing, we could not ask for anything better. I would absolutely recommend this facility to others looking.

My loved one seems to like all of the activities. We picked because the lady from APFM gave us a few places, and they had a locked door policy for getting in and out, which gave us a real sense of security. The courtyard is exceptional and there is more interaction going on with the residents. It felt more like home. Also, my loved made a lot of friends within the first few days.

The staff are great and very caring. I think it's a great place to be if you have to be. The facility itself is good. And overall they do a good job with memory care related issues.

Astor Place was the right place to get my Mom the needed security and long term help upon my Dad's passing. My Mom had early onset of Demetia when she moved to Aslor Place. Over the years that has developed to the point of having to move her to a Long Term Memory Care. As much as Astor Place tried, they are not set up for those needs. I can't say enough good, thanks for the loving care my Mom got and how they worked with my Sister who is the main person over Mom's health care and myself over 2,000 miles away in Alaska. To the staff, then and now, I want to thank all for all you did. It made my days a lot lighter knowing that my Mom had eyes on her, the care was excellent! My brother, sister and I made a promise to our Dad to protect Mom at all cost and to ensure she would be taken care of. Because of all you have done, now her being cared for in Portland, our promise to our Dad and to Mom was and is fulfilled!

Everyone at Oak Creek Place has been extremely awesome to work with. More importantly, my aunt has been take care of by kind and compassionate people.

Highlander Places RN met with my Dad and I in person, assessed him and reviewed his records and said they absolutely could handle his care. Because they are a smaller facility I think with only like 40 some odd residents, It has a more intimate setting than other facilities I toured. The staff, oh my gosh....are terrific!! The Director, The Community Liaison, the Facility RN, CNAs, Med/Techs housekeepers, cooks. Every single staff member has gotten to know my Dad and love him. I have interacted with almost all the staff and they treat me like friend/family. They truly go above and beyond and I'm so glad I chose them.
