I have found that living at Urbana Place has been a really good experience. Excellent care and friendly staff. Dining and activities are very good. I would recommend Urbana Place to anyone needing this kind of care.

Staff are exceptional, prompt and caring. They really know how to build resident relationships. Director of nursing is kind and caring, nursing staff are caring and supportive. Over all a really pleasant ace

I have been providing Music Therapy services at Mansfield Place for nearly 20 years! Over this long period of time, the staff has always been extremely supportive of the services I offer. I am consistently welcomed into the facility, and the team is dedicated to bringing residents to the hour of music. Mansfield Place creates an environment that feels like home; always encouraging and positive. [name removed](the Life Enrichment Coordinator) is one of the absolute best in our area. Her love, care and genuine compassion for the residents is demonstrated in her daily activities, constant smile and excellent sense of humor. The residents are blessed by her on a regular basis! [name removed]also enabled me to continue providing my music therapy services for over a year (April of 2020 through April of 2021) by setting me up virtually. She took me from room to room via a laptop so the residents could still have weekly music. I am forever thankful for that commitment!!

My dad [names removed]have received the best of care. All of their needs are fulfilled. Anytime there is a health issue, the people are right on top of it and get whatever is needed. They enjoy the many activities that are there for them. They also, very much enjoy the food. Occasionally they are taken out on trips and have a great time. The employees are all helpful and very friendly.

I have no concerns about my mother's care. I'm kept informed by staff. I only have to bring a matter to their attention and it is addressed. They work efficiently with outside care. 'Glancing at the list below I have no doubts all my responses will be of the highest grade.

The staff at Westwood worked extremely hard to prepare a room on short notice this past February when I was away at conference and my mother and step dad who were previously independent at home and the community took ill with covid pneumonia and were both hospitalized and unable to return to their home upon discharge. They shared a room at Westwood close the the entrance and dining area and were greated with a very welcoming atmosphere and care from the staff. The facility was very clean and had nice décor to make them feel at home and many activities to engage in each day. My mother particularly enjoyed the salon. Westwood provided a nice respite stay for them for 5 months until they were well enough to come home. My family are thankful of the care they received in our time of need.

I am so grateful to have found Mansfield Place for my dad. When he first got to the community he was anti-social and we worried about him being secluded in his room. The activities person is amazing and has dad participating in so many activities. Some of his favorites are exercise, Bingo and going on outings to local restaurants. I am impressed more and more every day with the staff and their top notch communication and kindness. Mansfield Place is a step above the rest.

I really enjoy Fairfield Place. I really love food here and my family can visit anytime, and they can also take me out whenever I want. Everyone is helpful and they take good care of me. I highly recommend it.

Well they treat you like family there. We picked this community because, of the connections with staff, availability of a suitable room, proximity of room to lobby and meals, and commuting distance for family and friends that visit. Additionally, follow-up with medical care for vaccinations , etc.

I really all the aides and nurses here. The Food is also really good. Mostly, I enjoy being with my friends and having a good time in activities. There is always something to do and we really love [name removed]in activities.

I have lived in this community for 9 years and I love the staff here. They take great care of me and treat me like family. I really enjoy their company. This is a wonderful community with lots of fun activities

I really like the size and the closeness of the community. The Staff are all friendly and they really take the time to help you. The food is good and healthy. There is always something to do to keep you busy with activities

I think everything we do here is entertaining, I love when we have live music and crafts. I like living here because we all get along and there are people around to help me when I need it. I have made many friends in the 2 years I have lived here.

I have lived here for 5 years and it has been a good experience since the day I moved in. I try to do as much as I can on my own but they do help me to keep my apartment clean. I also like that I have my privacy when I want.

I like how clean and neat it is here. I come to every activity and I like how friendly all the other residents are. The staff is always so kind and caring to everyone that lives here. I have lived here for almost 1 year.

The staff is always positive. There is always someone here to help me when I need it. It feels like home here and there are activities all the time. It took me a couple days to really get acclimated, but I never feel like I am just sitting around all day. I always have something to do.

I have always been comfortable and happy here. The staff is very helpful and they keep my apartment clean. They always have events that I enjoy attending. Overall, I would say that I really like living here.

I have lived here for a while and I think it is very clean and I am well taken care of. I like to join in on the games and they have a piano that I play from time to time. I like when they have live music too.

Anytime you need something, all you have to do is ask. There is always someone here to help me when I need it. It is very well managed and every effort is made for it to be a home like environment.

It was a smaller community, which was very nice. My loved one seemed to like the food. They did well with working hand and hand with Hospice, and making sure that they had everything that they needed.
