When I walked through the entrance, what struck me first was the absence of any odors typical of some long term care facilities and how well the facility and grounds were maintained. There was no chipped pain repairs, mismatched paint, dust or debris on the floor. It reminded me of The Encore in Las Vegas when [name removed] ran the resort. I am a physician with 25 years of experience in long term care facilities and had anticipated touring several facilities, but after spending five minutes with [name removed] and [name removed] I knew I would not find more capable administration and support staff. They made our father's admission happen in less than 24 hours!

We toured Preston Place during our search for an Assisted Living facility for our loved one. This is a very attractive facility. We had an extremely nice tour guide. The facility was very clean everywhere and they had a good activity calendar. The atmosphere felt very secure and comfortable. I wouldn't mind that my wife and/or I stayed at this facility if necessary.

Cherryvale Place is very nice, clean and the staff are fantastic! The facility is very up-to-date which is what made them stick out over others when we first started looking. The rooms are a nice size and plenty of windows. The memory care staff are very patient and treat the residents with respect. The activities take place throughout the day and there's a wide variety for residents to choose from. I highly recommend this community.

My husband was in your care for just over a year. I witnessed the patience, love and concern the staff showed at all time. The staff became like family. I will miss seeing them!

They were very attentive and welcoming to my mom and our entire family. They checked on her regularly and encouraged her to get involved.

We have had a fantastic experience with assisted living at River Run Place. We have peace of mind knowing our famly member is there and in a good place.

The facility is warm and inviting with many amenities. We were able to take our time touring the apartments, dining room, game/craft room, court yard, etc. Staff is very friendly and welcoming when visiting our loved one. She is happy, has a great rapport with all staff, has made many friends, and stays busy with many activities.

Since Trustwell living has took over the Springfield location, so much has changed. The new remodel is absolutely beautiful. The apartments are so much larger than others in the area, and full size stove and refrigerator is an added bonus. Their staff is so friendly and fun to interact with. This is the best decision we have made yet.

My mom likes Rogue River Place. There are limited residents which is definitely a plus. My mom went from Skylakes hospital to Plum Ridge nursing facility then to Rogue River Place. The date she was to be released kept changing. We were still allowed to move her stuff in so she had a seamless transfer. I do think they need to offer a diabetic menu. There was also no breakdown of charges on the bill.

My wife has been a resident for just over a year. We chose this facility because it had a very home like atmosphere. the staff was friendly before we moved her in and they are still friendly. A good thing in my mind. My wife feels safe and I believe she is well taken care of. The facility has everything she needs and we both regard it as home.

Very friendly staff at Kingsbury Place. They keep you updated on resident's care and changes. The meals are great and good variety. The room is very tidy. I can't say enough good about how patient the staff is in handling situations. I would recommend this facility to anyone that needs help in care given for a loved one.

This review is from our respite experience last year, my loved one moved home. Everyone here was very friendly and welcoming. The whole place was just very inviting. We looked at 4 different places and Trustwell Living of Overland Park won! I would recommend them to others.

My grandparents are so happy living at Kent Place! Great care, Excellent staff always smiling, with a Warm, cozy, comfortable community and atmosphere to call home! They really enjoy and love the wide range variety of fun outings, activities, games, crafts, Especially the delicious food!!!

Back in [date removed] we started looking for housing for my grandparents. Grandpa past away and left grandma alone. We found Kent Place and it felt like the right place to put her. Affordable, great staff and close by us so we could visit all the time. She’s been there a year now and I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to put their loved one.

The love and care witnessed at Kingsbury Place is hands down the best! The staff cares for every resident as if they are family. Undoubtedly, would be my choice for my family if they needed assisted living care.

The constant attention and care are reasons for physical improvement and this resident was re-evaluated for level of care, ie. monthly $rate was reduced. We would recommend the Fairfield Place to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

It is so comfortable to know that all things are taken care of for me, I’m so glad to be here at Parkhurst Place Assisted Living with all the help I get from the care staff and the kindness I’ve seen and felt.

My loved one is a resident at Cimarron Place and everything is great! I could not ask for a better place for my loved one to be for healing, encouragement, and more. This facility sells itself, but I would recommend it to friends and family.

Our experience with Kingswood Place was great. The staff is kind and caring. Everyone in the community is friendly. They provide meals and activities to keep the residents social. The staff have been receptive to the family's suggestions in finding the what works best for our loved one's needs. Overall, we would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

Found this place and was so impressed. Had made a reservation on line to visit for family friend, but somehow reservation was lost. We were welcomed warmly from beginning to end. Nothing was hidden, all residents were doing their own thing, happy, cheerful and were known by name by all staff. A super pleasant surprise was the large menu and great tasting food. Only complaint from our resident is no white bread for sandwiches! Oh well, there's always got to be one thing! The facility is clean, warm, inviting and surprisingly homey. Many visitors and residents alike enjoy the fireplace room. Staff has been wonderful to our resident and are very aware of her needs. When medical care was necessary, it was provided swiftly and carefully. Also, costs are reasonable when compared to other facilities in Eugene. If your family member isn't safe at home anymore, and you can't be there for whatever reason, this is the place for them. You won't be sorry, and you'll all sleep better.
