The staff are very kind and helpful at Marcy Place. The facility is clean and doesn't have a smell. The housekeeping cleans the facility and stops by each room daily to check on trash, make the bed and on laundry day takes the clothing and brings it back after being washed. I get communication by phone, text and email which is extremely helpful. The move in process was smooth and not stressful. The food seems to be good and does exceed what was expected. I would recommend Marcy Place to a senior that is looking for a place that is Independent to Assisted Living, as the need presents itself.

We enjoyed the tour of Astor Place. It was a friendly and intimate assisted living community. Trey was a wonderful guide, and took us on a thorough tour. We were impressed with its cleanliness, location and friendly staff. There were different levels of care available too depending on what is needed by the residents. From what we saw on the tour, it appears to be a wonderful place to live. They even have activities planned for the residents for each day. Participation is optional.
