Marcy Place has exceeded our expectations and Mom loves it! They made Mom's move easy, they helped us move Mom's furniture and everything needed for her to feel at home. It made her transition to her new surroundings very easy!

I was able to visit my father, who is a new resident. I was so pleased that his apartment is very homelike with many of his furnishings and decor from home. It was a relief to see that he is in good hands, and he is happy with his new place.

They really went over & above to get everything done with Dr paperwork to get her in on the scheduled day, the nurses communicate well with family about care, everyone seems very nice, they all call her by name when greeting her in day to day. I would most definitely recommend them to others.

I cannot say enough good things about Suncrest Place and their staff! My dad has been a resident since January 2024 and has been treated with so much respect and kindness by the staff. The staff genuinely care about each and every resident. The Director and the Business Office Manager have been instrumental in making sure my dad receives the care he needs and keeps an open communication channel with my brother and I which has been so important as we both live in a different state. When looking for an assisted living facility for my dad it was not easy. However, this facility stood out to me for many reasons including the small size, personalized attention, cleanliness and simplicity of facility, food quality, friendly and caring staff, and more. Suncrest Place has continued to exceed my expectations!

The facility easy to navigate for the residents. The staff has outstanding one on one contact with all residents. From housekeeping to the chefs. Very caring staff. I loved the apartment setup and the size of facility stood out.

My amazing wife, [name removed], passed a few weeks ago. I want to express my sincerest gratitude and praise for Trustwell, for giving her a comfortable and dignified exit from this world. My wife had Alzheimers for about eight years. She spent the last three and a half at Trustwell. In that time, I never for a second worried about her being well cared for. Even when Covid kept me from visiting. I can’t even imagine how hard all of this would have been if I was worried about her well-being when I wasn’t there to be her advocate. If anyone is reading this, trying to decide if Trustwell is the right place for their loved one, let me allay your fears. Taking my beautiful wife, the most important person in the world to me, to Trustwell was the best decision I could have made. She was happy there, and was surrounded by caring people as she passed.

Miller Place is a great place for your relatives. It is locally oriented and well run.

Our inly concern at this point has to do with the incident that sent [name removed] to the hospital and follow up from that. Otherwise comfortable, homey, and friendly always.

My mom moved from another assisted-living community in St. Louis, and we cannot be happier about the decision! The Allegro community is very active and she gets so much support throughout her day. Since the move, she’s been playing cards regularly with friends and doing other activities. The staff know her by name. Allegro is excellent and we only good things to say about Allegro!

What I like the most are all the little things that the staff seems to really know their people. Any medical care seems to be on the light side. I haven't really figured that out yet. I think part of that is new management. I chose it because it's smaller and the rooms are newer.

Above and beyond the best.

Facility has a family night with entertainment monthly. It's fun to watch grandma and grandpa enjoy themselves again! Sometimes they even dance!

Super nice and friendly staff. Very helpful with patients and families. Lots of activities. They bring patients to and from doctor appointments weekly.

The staff welcomes family and encourages participation in activities with your person living there. Definitely a place to call home. The apartments are nice. There is 24 / 7 assistance for your needs.

The Management Team seem to have good communication in working together. The Staffel have been friendly and patient when dealing with my loved one.

They have been such a good community for my parents to join last August. Mom had dementia and dad was pretty isolated in his role of caregiver. The staff was professional, courteous and at the same time incredibly kind and loving. They were quick to respond to my mom's every need. Mom passed away at the end of December and everyone from staff to residents have been supportive and caring. Staff as well as residents came to my mom's memorial service to be there for my dad. Can't even adequately express what a blessing it was for my dad.

They are short on staffing, but the food is good and the staff are helpful and friendly. My loved one's room is kept up. I would recommend this facility.

Our mom is currently a resident at Trustwell Living at Eagle Pointe Place and most everything has been great. She says that the meals are always good and that she has a nice variety to pick from. There are activities and entertainment, plenty to do. Mom is really happy there, she is never in her room and is always out socializing. The move in was easy and the staff is very friendly and helpful. There does seem to be some confusion on how often they vacuum her room, my sisters and I thought it was every week but not 100% sure. With housekeeping, laundry, meals, and medication management, it is definitely worth the money. We would recommend the facility, no question about it. Mom plays cards almost daily and really enjoys the dining room where she can sit anywhere and visit with everyone. The apartment is spacious enough to put mom's favorite furniture and it has a very large storage closet to boot.

It was to most of dad's children and the small facility fitted dad the best. My entire family was so pleased with the facility. It was close to us.
