Bell Gardens is a friendly welcoming place for people to enjoy living. The staff is amazing and goes above and beyond to help people with their everyday needs. My favorite part is that they serve the residents like they are in a restaurant for each meal.

Bell Gardens is a really nice place to be. Nice people. Nice and relaxed environment. Very caring people. Really nice workers and patients. The place is really clean and well taken care of. Bell gardens is a great place to be.

Caring staff, clean and very respectful. I'm glad I can call this place home for my loved one. Staff is very polite and energetic. My last couple of visits it has truly made my heart happy. This is the place to call home.

Well let's start with the staff. The staff are friendly and caring. Extremely helpful and will bend over backwards to make sure the customers are happy. The dining room serves 3 meals a day. you can also have snacks as well when wanted. The building is clean and well kept. Has a very homey feel to it. There is also a Beauty salon and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi spa the residents can use!(How Cool Is That)! Also there is a sun room that looks out over the court yard. The courtyard is in the middle of the facility but is outside in the open air. This cant be seen from the road. Beautifully cared for Urbana Place is a fantastic choice!

I have toured a few communities in preparation for my great grandmother as she is starting to need more assistance with the day to day. This community was clean and felt more like a home than a facility. The common areas were nice and well kept. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a few options in room sizes and styles, but some are limited due to apartment is already occupied. Urbana Place is at the top of our list!

Urbana Place , the first thing I can say is that upon entry to the home the layout and decor had a very homey feel. Everything was clean and the residents were all playing a game. I saw snacks, heard music, and the staff was mingling with everyone. They also had an entertainer there , what a wonderful thing to see while there as well. The rooms are all fresh and look brand new. Several different size rooms to choose from. All in all this was the most home felt place ive visited.

Urbana Place is caring, loving and compassionate to loved ones. The facility is beautiful and the staff are fun, attentive and provide the best care. They provide many activities for the residents. Their private rooms are clean and give a sense of home. Would highly recommend your loved one at the Urbana Place!

Nice place! Clean, friendly staff and the food looked darn good! I like the fireplace to sit by and all the residents seemed happy and friendly! I would recommend Urbana Place to anyone wanting exceptional care for their loved one.

Urbana Place is a nice community that feels like home. It is warm and inviting and the staff really do care about the people who live in it. They have multiple activities to occupy time whether it be musical entertainment, crafts, bingo, or noodle ball. I highly recommend Urbana Place if you have a loved one in looking for assisted living. The care and community speak for itself.

I was pleasantly surprised when I toured this facility. It seemed more like a home than an assisted living facility. The first view of the inside was a very comfortable sitting area where residents can sit and chat. Close to that is the dining area which was very clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. All my questions were answered. I was treated with dignity and respect. The building is designed well, with a hallway going around the facility with rooms situated along the hall. The rooms are very clean and organized. I like the kitchenette very very much. It really adds to the comfort and convenience of the space. I eagerly recommend Urbana Place to anyone who is considering assisted living.

The staff was super friendly and informative for starters! Made me feel comfortable asking probably the silliest of questions! I loved how the rooms were divided up with separate living room and bedroom, felt more like home. But the best feature of all was the kitchenette-right there in the room with everything I need if I want a late night cup of tea. The whole facility was spot free and the dining area looked warm and inviting. I really have nothing bad to say about Urbana Place!

I have found that living at Urbana Place has been a really good experience. Excellent care and friendly staff. Dining and activities are very good. I would recommend Urbana Place to anyone needing this kind of care.

Staff are exceptional, prompt and caring. They really know how to build resident relationships. Director of nursing is kind and caring, nursing staff are caring and supportive. Over all a really pleasant ace

I have been providing Music Therapy services at Mansfield Place for nearly 20 years! Over this long period of time, the staff has always been extremely supportive of the services I offer. I am consistently welcomed into the facility, and the team is dedicated to bringing residents to the hour of music. Mansfield Place creates an environment that feels like home; always encouraging and positive. [name removed](the Life Enrichment Coordinator) is one of the absolute best in our area. Her love, care and genuine compassion for the residents is demonstrated in her daily activities, constant smile and excellent sense of humor. The residents are blessed by her on a regular basis! [name removed]also enabled me to continue providing my music therapy services for over a year (April of 2020 through April of 2021) by setting me up virtually. She took me from room to room via a laptop so the residents could still have weekly music. I am forever thankful for that commitment!!

My dad [names removed]have received the best of care. All of their needs are fulfilled. Anytime there is a health issue, the people are right on top of it and get whatever is needed. They enjoy the many activities that are there for them. They also, very much enjoy the food. Occasionally they are taken out on trips and have a great time. The employees are all helpful and very friendly.

I have no concerns about my mother's care. I'm kept informed by staff. I only have to bring a matter to their attention and it is addressed. They work efficiently with outside care. 'Glancing at the list below I have no doubts all my responses will be of the highest grade.

The staff at Westwood worked extremely hard to prepare a room on short notice this past February when I was away at conference and my mother and step dad who were previously independent at home and the community took ill with covid pneumonia and were both hospitalized and unable to return to their home upon discharge. They shared a room at Westwood close the the entrance and dining area and were greated with a very welcoming atmosphere and care from the staff. The facility was very clean and had nice décor to make them feel at home and many activities to engage in each day. My mother particularly enjoyed the salon. Westwood provided a nice respite stay for them for 5 months until they were well enough to come home. My family are thankful of the care they received in our time of need.

I am so grateful to have found Mansfield Place for my dad. When he first got to the community he was anti-social and we worried about him being secluded in his room. The activities person is amazing and has dad participating in so many activities. Some of his favorites are exercise, Bingo and going on outings to local restaurants. I am impressed more and more every day with the staff and their top notch communication and kindness. Mansfield Place is a step above the rest.

I really enjoy Fairfield Place. I really love food here and my family can visit anytime, and they can also take me out whenever I want. Everyone is helpful and they take good care of me. I highly recommend it.

Well they treat you like family there. We picked this community because, of the connections with staff, availability of a suitable room, proximity of room to lobby and meals, and commuting distance for family and friends that visit. Additionally, follow-up with medical care for vaccinations , etc.
