I am happy with pine ridge of Plumbrook. I moved from a condo to my lovely senior apartment. My neighbors are great on the 2nd floor. I still drive so I can come and go as I please. Meals are good - we have a chef that prepares them.

I enjoy my apartment and my neighbors. The transition from my house to my new senior community was smooth. I’ve made some new friends and also enjoy the entertainment and movies. I have a nice woods view so I enjoy seeing that each morning.

Everyone at Bloomfield was super nice and welcoming and the few residents I met had no complaints about the building or staff. After my tour I can definitely see why there is a waitlist on apartments that are larger than the 3 bedroom house I currently reside in.

This community is beautiful. The environment is inviting and the people are all kind and welcoming. The apartments are spacious and there are several amenities that are available to the residents. This would be a wonderful place to call home.

I moved here 4 years ago after my husband passed and love it! My mom is also a resident. The staff is wonderful, unlimited activities and the pool area reminds me of a resort. I highly recommend Chesapeake Bay for anyone over 55 and would love to see more people in my 60ish age range move in ??.

We have recently moved my mom in Laurel Springs and I could not be happier. I love that it’s a small community feel with the added layer of the front gates. I also love that they pick up her trash and are quick to come fix anything that she is having problems with. She has sweet neighbors and they seem to look out for each other.

I visited this community with a family member and the staff and residents were so friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to say hello and tell me how happy they they were to live there. I am considering a move in the future and will definitely go back to this community.

Our Dad is a current resident and has lived here almost 3 years. It is a very well run and maintained facility. Perfect place for him to be at this time of my life! Our mother recently passed away, and they both lived here. It worked out very well that he is continuing to be able to be with his friends and staff!!

After viewing other Independent facility it was so great to walk in to Verena at the Glen! From the moment we walked in we felt like it was home. From being greeted with a smile too doing our tour. There wasn't a person that wasn't stopping to talk with us,ask if we were going to make Verena our new home. The atmosphere was relaxed, food was good, activities were filled with choices that were offered throughout the day. Sitting with others that have been there, heard a statement that we felt "Home is where the heat is" Verena met all the requirements we were looking for and more. If my mother and father were still alive, I would feel comfortable be a resident of Verena at the Glen!

My parents have lived at Verena at the Glenn over a year. They are very happy there. We have found the staff to be helpful and caring. The food in the dining room is very good. The common areas are lovely and well maintained. There are many social activities for the residents. I highly recommend Verena.

Our parents moved to the cottages a couple of years ago as they found they were unable to care for their home. They worried about leaving their home behind, but discovered when they moved to the cottages that they had found their home away from home. My mother has since passed away and my father continues to live there independently. Margie and her team do an excellent job of providing a wonderful and caring place for my father to spend his golden years. It is a wonderful community that gets together for special events, greets each other walking along the neighborhood, and everyone genuinely seems to care for each other there. We are indeed blessed and so thankful that the cottages exist for our father’s independent living among friends.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Laurel Springs! From the moment I stepped through the front door , I could feel the welcoming, warmth, care, and community spirit that make this place truly special. The staff is exceptional—always friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in the well-being of every resident. They go above and beyond to create a safe, welcoming, and vibrant environment. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the amenities are thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. There’s always something to do, from engaging social activities to relaxing outdoor spaces perfect for quiet time. The sense of community here is remarkable; residents support one another, and it really feels like a family. If you’re looking for a place where independence, dignity, and quality of life are prioritized, this Community is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended!

My mom stays here and she loves it. She enjoys events like bingo with other residents and the pool. The staff is amazing especially the maintenance lady [name removed]. She hooked up my mom’s internet and takes care of any needs she has. Love this place.

My wife and I moved into Laurel Springs, just seven weeks shy of, 6 YEARS ago. At that time LS was only 2/3rds built out. During that process we looked at everything comparable in the OKC area. Although, when taking the LS Staff into account, nothing else was comparable………. Across the past 6 years a lot has changed. Including losing the love of my life on [date removed]. That is an event, a “Life Milestone”, no one wants to achieve. Yet it’s impossible to escape its eventuality. Truth is, I’m not sure I would have, could have, managed through that event without the love and support of the LS community and the LS Staff. In 6 years, I’ve had numerous questions, concerns, maintenance issues and even a few emergencies. Each and every time they were addressed sufficiently, if not superiorly. Kudos to [names removed] for CARING. Thank you for making Laurel Springs…….. HOME.

I have lives at Bloomfield for several years and have loves every minute. I met my husband here and many good friends. Love the activities directed by residents and keeps me busy when I want to be busy. Love going to exercise with the director. Also, the heated garage is a huge benefit.

Met my wife here and have made so many great friends. Residents and staff are so nice and staff is helpful. Would promote Bloomfield to anyone looking. The food is great and chef knows everyone's preferences.

I stopped by to visit my mom and ended up staying for lunch. Talk about a restaurant atmosphere and the food was delicious. This place has all the whistles and is so nice. We have definitely picked the right place for our mom. She’s always happy as well which is a great thing. I was telling my mom that we could go out and do some shopping but she said she had craft class and music after that. I so appreciate the Verena and how they’ve put a smile on mom’s face. Thank you

From coming in the door and being welcomed so nicely to talking to the residents that live there. This place is gorgeous. They have a wonderful team as well. When I stopped by the residents were listening to music while others were in their set room making ornaments. They definitely keep you busy here.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with this independent living community. The cleanliness of the entire facility is consistently impressive, creating a comfortable and welcoming place to call home. The environment feels warm and uplifting, with beautiful common areas and a positive atmosphere throughout. The staff are genuinely caring and attentive, always going the extra mile to make sure residents feel supported. There’s also a great variety of activities offered each week, making it easy to stay engaged, socialize, and enjoy new experiences. Overall, it’s a truly outstanding place for independent living. I would highly recommend this facility.

Recently visited a friend here. Love the layout of the grounds and the trees. We had lunch in the dining room. What a beautiful space, there’s even a cute library, and lots of rooms for activities. The food was great! Be sure and keep the Chef. Had the pleasure of meeting [name removed] while I as here what a sweet young lady. She was friendly, knowledgeable,, and professional. We’ll keep this place in mind for when I’m ready.
