I have been living here for three years now and it is the happiest place I have lived in. The management is professional and always will to help. Service is outstanding!! Come check it out for yourself-you will be very pleased.

Downsized 8 years ago to The Cottages and never a regret. The physical layout was a paramount attribute in my decision to lease: attached garage, high ceilings and judicious use of molding, many windows for natural light. I was truly amazed at the friendliness and availability of the staff, which continues on a daily basis. Minor repairs are addressed immediately in a satisfactory way. Major issues are resolved, and with one call, so much faster than when I maintained a home.. It is all hands on deck when an emergency of personal or property nature occurs. Where can you live that a failed heat system on a Friday is replaced on Saturday? THE COTTAGES. I believe that having a staff that is such a part of our small town and their goodwill with laborers is instrumental in the excellent service we receive. (I was new to this area when I moved in.) There are. appropriate activities but also respecting the amount of privacy as desired. Nearing the word limits, but not the accolades.

We moved to The Cottages of Monroe about 2 1/2 years ago and it was the best decision we ever made. Everyone is friendly and kind. There are many opportunities to get together and we all enjoy our pot lucks, birthday celebrations, movies, exercise classes, and Tuesday lunches. We often go out to eat together as well. You can do as much or as little as you want. Our cottage is comfortable and well maintained. We are close to medical facilities which is important at our age. It's a great place to live!

Cottages of Monroe is an amazing place to reside. [name removed] is a hands on manager, who also cooks an amazing meal every Tuesday. We stay busy between exercises on M, W, F and Lunch every Tuesday with something also happening on every Thursday. The community is filled with many amazing residents who take “newbies” in with open arms. If you’re looking for an independent place to live, cottages of Monroe is the place to be.

Have visited on several occasions to spend time with residents. It’s such a positive, beautiful place. The manager [name removed]does a great job of making everyone feel welcome and like they belong. There’s so many events each week and opportunities for fellowship, so those who live alone don’t have to be lonely. I am so grateful for The Cottages and the impact it’s making on so many lives.

Found staff to be very warm and friendly; Parents enjoy the activities offered by the facility. Halloween was wonderful as was Veteran's Day Celebration. Parents would like to see better food options. Food not always the greatest

The place was clean and the staff were very friendly and answered all of my questions. Easy to get to and my father seems to be pleasantly surprised at the facility. This is at the top of our list when he is ready for it.

I had good experience in moving in. Staff was terrific. I have had several requests and they have been accommodating. The price is very fair for what I have. The residents are all friendly! I would recommend most people look here when searching for a community.

This facility is beautiful. Well kept, clean, very well maintained. What I picked up was the sense of community. The staff is very professional and very friendly and helpful. They seem to believe in this place. The residents are equally as friendly asked speak highly of the sense of community and the staff.

I have been at Bloomfield for nearly 3 years and love it. The residents all look out for one another and it is a true community. When it is your birthday, you get a large stack of greeting cards from neighbor residents.

Personally, I love it here. I'm in a 1-bedroom plus den unit, that is 1049 sq. ft. It's amply large enough. They do not have meals, except that they have a continental breakfast available M-F. But my kitchen is sufficiently large enough. I have a sideboard cabinet that I use to hold my small appliances. I have bedroom furniture in my den space for a guest bedroom. The apartment has 1 1/2 baths with the main bath having a walk-in shower. The other residents seem very nice. And there is a monthly calendar posted of events each day. There is a workout room in the clubhouse with some machines and daily exercise classes, which I understand are water aerobics in the summer. There are two pools on the property.

I loved seeing residents in the common area and interacting with each other. I like that my mom has direct access to outside rather than walking down a long hallway. All residents and staff have been very friendly

[name removed] was is a wonderful salesperson. She explained everything and answered all questions. The residents were happy. The chef was friendly and caring. The food was delicious. The rooms were spacious.

The atmosphere is conducive to the residents. It has activities that include everyone. The heated pool is terrific for exercise and the floor plan of the building makes it easy for walking. People are friendly and welcoming.

The people who live and work at Verena are what make it special for me. Having been recently widowed, I was worried about fitting in prior to moving here. But everyone is very friendly and inclusive. There are a variety of activities to accommodate people and you can be as busy as you choose. They have various apartment sizes to choose from, I have a one bedroom and it is perfect for my needs. I'm very happy I chose Verena at Leander for this stage of my life.

Staff absolutely wonderful, the complex is well maintained, good neighbors. I feel safe and at peace here, I love it!

I love living at Chesapeake Bay! The staff here are fantastic. My apartment is beautiful. Always plenty of activities. I walked in the first time and I knew this would be my home! 5 across the board. We don't have a restaurant or medical care at Chesapeake Bay.

We love that place. So clean, nice decor, staff is so friendly, tenants are nice, lots of activities inside and outside of the facility. She loves all of the card games and bingo the most! She got rid of her car as she says there are so many things to do there why would she need to leave.

People (residents and staff) are friendly. Yes, I would definitely recommend this community to other families.
