Fantastic staff - they are dedicated to the residents. They help on every way. The resident are friendly and I enjoy my apartment. I still drive and very active within the community. I’ve been here 4.5 years and I love it.

Laurel springs seems like the best place for my dad. We toured the property and my dad loved everything about Laurel Springs( Pool, Hot tub, and the walking trails. When he is ready to make a move this will be the place for him.

Verena at the Glen exudes such a welcoming atmosphere the minute you enter. The leadership and residents alike are kind and inviting. You feel as if you have lived there a long time and could sink into the well-appointed living area or enjoy a delicious meal in the dining room. The activities are robust and numerous attracting all kinds of interests. Overall, Verena at the Glen is a wonderful resource for those who want to stay independent and live a full life full of friends and community.

I’ve lived here 6 years and have enjoyed every moment! Maintenance is a call away. I’ve met lifelong friends and don’t plan to ever leave. Come visit Laurel Springs. You won’t regret it. I love my home!

I recently toured Verena and was absolutely impressed with the renovations that have been done. The community is welcoming and you can tell the team is very attentive to their residents! There was a happy hour going on and everyone seemed to be having an excellent time! Looking forward to my mom calling Verena HOME!

When I am visiting Laurel Springs, I imagine this is what neighborhoods used to feel like. The residents know each other and enjoy spending time together. I don't know if it's the smaller population size, but it seems more like a family atmosphere. You will feel comfortable with your loved ones living at Laurel Springs (and you will want to visit often. They have fun activities and a great outdoor area with a beautiful pool and hot tub!)

I have worked at Pineridge Plumbrook for almost 11 years. I love my job and I am very happy here. Nice place to work, great environment, with wonderful residents. Please come to visit and meet everyone.

We chose The Cottages of Monroe because it felt like HOME when we visited. We like our cottage and our neighbors throughout the village. Our director makes sure that there are activities available to us if we chose to participate. This is our HOME and we are thankful for the friends that we have made here. Since moving here we have experienced some health issues that forced us to ask for help. The help was given willingly and lovingly. As we continue to travel life's road we are glad that we know how willing others are to make our HOME what it is today.

The Cottages of Monroe is charming and warm. The residents are like family. Everyone looks out for each other. My mom moved there after retirement. The Cottages gave her a social life like no other. The manager treats all of the residents as if they were her parents. It is truly a special place for seniors.

My mother lived at the Cottages for many years. She has never been happier! The activities kept her social calendar filled all the time. The residents are like a family. They take care of eachother and are so welcoming to everyone that comes in the door. The director of the facility is absolutely amazing . She loves the residents and constantly has trips, lunches, plays, etc planned for them. I can't say enough wonderful things about The Cottages! The best place for your loved one

The Cottages are warm and cozy, just like you want them to be when you are growing older. The community is small enough that you feel like family from the minute that you take up residence. I moved to The Cottages of Monroe two years after my husband passed away. It was time for a change of venue. My experience at The Cottages has helped me to continue to grief and heal in a gentle, peaceful and supportive setting. It was definitely the right decision. I would do it again!

The cottages is an oasis of love, family and friends. You’ll never feel alone here with [name removed] as the manager. She will always make you feel included and loved, and want you to join in on the fun. They celebrate birthdays together, have movie nights, meals, parties, everything you can think of. This is the place to be. The place to always be safe, included, and cared for.

My father moved into the Cottages with the hope of moving my mom from an assisted living into the apartment with him. 2 days later she moved to Heaven. I was grateful Dad was living there. He needed to be around people. I was a few miles away but couldn’t spend all of my time with him. [name removed] opened her doors and heart to my dad. He feels close to her and that she is truly his friend. He enjoys the weekly luncheons and is very diligent when it comes to preparing an item for the monthly covered dish. I’m so grateful [name removed]was there to keep an eye on him and to love on him like a daughter would.

I recently visited the Cottages of Monroe and this is an amazing place! Everyone is very friendly, welcoming and the staff is the same way. I love how every month they have activities going on for everyone to get together.

I have lived at the Cottages for 10 years and enjoyed every minute! I have my own little home with no cares about upkeep--just pick up the phone. I would recommend the Cottages very highly. I also enjoy some of our weekly activities and the friendly comradery with the other residents.

Having lived in the same location my entire life, I began considering the possibility of moving nearer my only child and her family. I was fortunate to come across The Cottages of Monroe, after careful searching. My visit confirmed I had found the place I wanted to live. I moved 325+miles over three years ago and have never been happier with my decision. The Cottages are a family I treasure. Every resident is a special friend. I first saw The Cottages online several years ago when my sister and brother-in-law were looking for an appropriate place for his mother to live. She needed an assisted living facility, but The Cottages appealed to me. When I decided to return to Georgia from Arizona to be near my sister who lives in Monroe, I knew where I wanted to live. The Cottages is the perfect place for a senior person who wants to be independent and prepare her own meals and live in a friendly community. I have lived in my cottage for 13 months now and I am glad to be in my forever home. If I need assistance in the future, I plan to have home health care as long as possible so I can stay in my happy place.
