My friend invited me to see her new place in Seabrook. I never thought it would be such a glamorous property for the senior living experience. I was very impressed and told her this would be #1 on my list for my final retirement home.

I visited my daughter at Chesapeake Bay Active Adult Community and it is a Very active property. There was always something going on. If it is not Staff scheduled it is the residents schedule their own activities.

I work off-shore and I am only home 30 days at a time. Everytime I come home, I feel like im on vacation at an All Inclusive Resort. The property is well maintained, the staff is always in good spirit and friendly and all the residence feel like close family and Friends.

I enjoy Chesapeake Bay so much. The welcoming staff and residents have really made this a great experience. There's always something interesting to do or participate in and everyone is so friendly and helpful. I give it my highest review and recommendation.

enjoy meeting new people, playing games, experiencing various personalities, receiving service when requested, and the friendliness of the staff. i have been a resident since [date removed] and presently would not live anyplace else especially a home again.

Since new mangement there has been much more attention given to upgrading the overall facility. Landscaping, renovating the inside of tower, our activities director is great about setting up activities and the calendar, the staff is always helpful and maintenance is handled efficiently.

I currently live in a 1 bedroom apartment that faces the courtyard. I have wood flooring in the main room and carpet in my bedroom - which I like. They include weekly laundry, housing, and entertainment.

I’ve been living at Pine Ridge of Plumbrook for 2 years. I currently live in a 1 bedroom apartment that faces the north. In general, it’s clean. Good size apartment/ lots of closet space, and I enjoy the weekly entertainment. Plus, the residents are very helpful to new tenants.

We highly recommend Verena at the Reserve. Their highest priority is excellent care for their residents.

I love living here with all the activities and all the employees are so nice. The property is very nice. I recommend it to all my friends and family. [name removed] the activities director always has something for us to do and is very involved.

My brother has recently become a resident of Arbour Square. I can't say enough good things. It's beautiful, clean, and everyone is so friendly. There are so many activities in which to be involved. There is something for everyone. It's a great place.

I have been here about four years and happy. The staff are helpful and answer all questions. We are encouraged to raise money for charities. We just raised $[removed] for six Salvation Army Families in Omaha.. Exercise classes twice a week. Terrific maintenance service.

Nobody wants to talk about getting up in years and not being able to do all the things you did; however, the Independent Living Lifestyle is unbelievable at Arbour Square in Harleysville. There are many onsite amenities, and a variety of off site outings which Arbour Square provides transportation to it's residents. These vans frequently travel to Harleysville, Sellersville Souderton, Landsdale to provide shopping to supermarkets, Boscov's, Dollar Store, Casinos, Medical and Laboratory runs to local facilities. Arbour Square offers many ways in which residents can volunteer their time and talents. Onsite activities including fitness programs, crafts, bingo, aerobics, billiards, dominos, writing groups and Sunday trips to local Church's. Yes, living at Arbour Square, gives you the peace of mind that your in a community which cares about the senior residents. Meal service is provided for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner a sensational variety of appetizers, salad bar deserts. Come & visit us!

I have lived at Verena for 6 years. It’s centrally located near shopping, restaurants, grocers, and, most importantly, medical care. Our staff is friendly, caring, thoughtful and go the extra mile. They offer many enriching programs, card games, and social events. We can share, and learn as much or as little as we choose. I’m thankful to call Verena my home.

I moved here in [date removed] from my home of 48 years in Houston. I really love it here. Having my own villa with an attached garage is delightful. Everyone is friendly and the complex is lovely with many fun events daily to take advantage of. I feel very safe here and full of energy.

My wife and I moved in 4 years ago and we love it. It’s comfortable, friendly staff and residents. The culinary experience is good. My wife and I feel very safe at pine ridge of plumbrook. My family loves the community too.

I’ve been at pine ridge of plumbrook for 6 years. I like my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment on the 1st floor (I have a pet). I love the staff - dining room gals are fantastic. The best part of the week is Friday horse racing.

Complete facility. I could see us living here. Size is comfortable for accessing the facility. We have visited 3 times. One visit was a social gathering. We will be going back for social gatherings During the month of December.

I have lived in many parts of the country but moving here at Chesapeake Bay is the best location for my retirement! I have met so many friends here that I no longer call them friends but family! The amenities they offer make me feel like I live at a resort! When my son came to visit I was so excited to show him around and show him how excited I was to find my last home!

My wife and I have lived here for five years. The facilities are very nice, and the kitchens have granite tops everywhere . There is a beautiful very large swimming pool in the middle of the compound with lounging cabanas and outdoor grills at each end of the pool, covered against the weather. Our Activity Director keeps us busy with lots of things to do, including trips out for lunches and dinner. We have a very nice club room with a bar and bartender, and use the room for various activities including well attended pot luck “sing alongs “ on Friday nights. It is a good place to live.
