Excellent!

I downsized in [date removed] for 2 basic reasons: I was tired of maintaining my townhome and I was tired of cooking my meals. Verena has satisfied both of those needs beautifully. The icing on the cake now is that I am living closer to my daughter!

Verena and it's residents and staff are like family. We care for each other, enjoy the company during good times and bad. There is always something to if you wish to participate or just come to dine. We have a nice variety on our menus and it changes daily. We have an ever changing entertainment on Fridays, so that different tastes in music are met. As I tell friends, this is where God wanted me and I made an excellent choice.

I recently went to visit my mother and was amazed at the friendliness of the staff, cleanliness and overall quality of the facility. The grounds were beautifully maintained, every staff member and resident I interacted with was very welcoming and I left with a feeling of security knowing my mother was in a good place! I had an especially good interaction with the sales director who was very helpful and answered every question I had.

Residents and the activities are fantastic! I just loved how welcome they made me feel. Only downside was the food didn’t feel super fresh. Made me wish it was more home made tasting. Other than that and hearing that the maintenance is less to be desired.

I’ve been here for a few years now - moved from Dayton Ohio back to Michigan to be closer to my son. I truly love the staff and the resident. It’s a new experience for me and I am enjoying my new lifestyle

It’s been 6 years at Pine Ridge Plumbrook. The residents tans staff are great. I feel very comfortable and safe at the community. My family also feels like this is home for me. I love poker night and anything else when we gamble. I also enjoy happy hour.

Looking for myself . One bedroom one bath. Looks very friendly and cozy ! The grounds were good. The area was good have a lot of stuff near by doctors , dinning, movies and more . They exercise at Grace pointe which I like a lot . I liked the suites and the cottages .

I enjoyed my tour Friendly residents here! Love the modern look of the whole community Good looks very good!I was very impressed with meeting all the staff as well They all introduced themselves and I did meet a lot of residents.

I play the piano on Friday evenings for “Hollys Sing Along”. It is a great environment and we play all of the favorite songs from our generation. The food is great, [name removed] is always so helpful and a great listener. He knows everyone’s preferences. Everyone, staff and residents are always willing to help and support one another.

Verena at Delray is a warm, welcoming community where the staff truly care about the residents. The building is always clean, modern, and comfortable, creating a safe and supportive environment. Dining is excellent, and the team consistently goes above and beyond. Activities are well-planned and keep residents engaged and active. I highly recommend Verena at Delray for anyone seeking a caring, professional, and beautifully maintained senior living community.

Very clean!! Beautiful property! Staff and residents very friendly! The apartments are clean, updated and modern. Love the vibe! I would definitely would not hesitate putting my parents in a place like Verena at Delray.

I was visiting from Georgia and came across Chesapeake Bay Active Adult Community. It was very nice, warm and welcoming. Then I realized that I knew a resident that lived there and bragged all the time of her new apartment complex

I enjoy all the activities that are given to us to join, we have gone on day trips, and joined in cooking sessions. as a couple. The friendliness of the staff makes us feel included and remembered. The residents all extend a friendly hello and a smile. All these things make us feel at home.

I have a lovely 1st floor apartment that works out wonderful because I have a small dog. I walk my dog three times a day. The community offers a nice walking path around The entire building. During my walks, we usually come across some deer.

The moment I walked into the Club Room I was welcomed with smiles, hugs and hello. It was a nice feeling and so cozy just like being at home with family and friends all around. I hung around longer than I thought I would.

I enjoy living here. It meets all my needs. I have made friends and have participated in many events offered. My maintenance requests have been filled promptly. I would recommend this community for active senior living.

I love everything about Pine Ridge. I don’t need to cook, I don’t need to clean, and they take care of my laundry. I’ve created some new friendships. I also volunteer and help out at the community.

The welcoming, greeting and being a part of exactly what you are looking for. I got more than I expected and I did not ask for it from staff and residents. The place is clean and everyone is so nice. I would recommend anyone looking at moving to a community to see Bloomfield.

we love this place for are mom she feels safe been here we know that she is comfortable inside the towers. she likes doing the arts and cafe were her favorite things to do things. and going to dinner with her new friends that she has made here. she likes that her mail and packages are inside the tower. and she can go in the van to go to do some shopping.
