I visited my relative and attended a special event. The food was amazing and all of the staff were so friendly and welcoming! There was music and lovely decorations - I even danced with the Executive Director! It was a great time! The residents of Plumbrook are truly lucky to live in such a warm and friendly community! It really is like one big family!

I visited nearly 14 places and this one was the best. My dad can walk out onto his porch and he has a ton of things to do. All three meals, weekly housekeeping, utilities included, even internet. On Sunday they were all watching the lions game. Best place.

My mom was living at another community and not happy with the food or the events. Plumbrook has a great calendar and the chef has a large menu of good food. The entire family had a welcome dinner with home made Beef Wellington. Mom is happy now!

[removed name] has gone 'over the top' to walk my husband and I through the move-in experience. She not only literally 'walked' us through the community and then our prospective cottage, when it became available; she also figuratively 'walked' us through the rental process, answered many questions and fielded more than a few of my calls??. We have rented our cottage, with a great move-in special, and we are slowly transitioning from our former home to the cottage. I told my sister yesterday that I am having so much fun creating our (albeit smaller) haven and have already met so many kind and helpful neighbors and staff. WE ARE EXCITED and I am 100% sharing this property with others.

I highly recommend Chesapeake Bay Luxury Active-Adult Community. The moment you walk through the doors the staff, especially [name removed], makes you feel at home and a part of the Chesapeake Bay Family. The facilities and the activities are amazing. There is always something fun going on at the community. Fun place to live and enjoy life.

Such a beautiful place to call home. The cottages surrounding the lake is such a lovely setting. The residents are so nice and friendly.A lot of the residents have lived there for years and are so inviting to the new residents There are a lot of activities to participate in such as early morning coffee to pot luck dinners. Lunch Trips to various restaurants.

I moved to Chesapeake Bay 4.5 years ago. My experience has been nothing but positive. I researched other properties and found that Chesapeake is the best game in town (especially price wise and amenities). What drew me to Chesapeake was the Villas with the attached garages. I can't say enough about the admin staff and the maintenance staff. Both are very accommodating.

From my very first visit to view a bungalow I knew I wanted to live at Chesapeake Bay. [name removed] was my point of contact and she was outstanding in every way. She was sincere about finding a spot that I loved and she is very knowledgeable about every area of the property. She was so patient as I requested to look at close to 8 options. [name removed] never rushed me, she answered every question I had and stayed in touch throughout the entire application and move in process. I feel so relaxed in my new space and I am so thankful for [name removed] professionalism and eagerness to make sure I was satisfied.

The building is nicely maintained inside and out. The interior design of the common areas seems like a well-appointed luxury resort. While walking around I noticed people socializing, laughing and heading off to a different activity. The residents I did speak to mentioned they favor the full calendar of activities, both on site and off premises. Many residents could not speak highly enough of the chef. The resident rooms are quite spacious and come in a variety of floor plans including one and two bedrooms. The interior rooms have a great view of the beautiful built-in pool and deck area. Along with transportation available for activities and other necessary appointments, the building is close to shopping, restaurants and the airport is not far away.

My husband and I moved to Chesapeake Bay in [date removed]. We have both enjoyed our time here. We live in a Villa and it really feels like home. Our Villa has two bedrooms and is a walk from the Tower. Any issues with our home and the facility is well taken care of, when we report an issue. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Management and other residents are here to assist you. There is plenty of activities and clubs too. We are both in the Veteran's Club.

What I like the most about the community is all of the above, from the overall experience, cleanliness, friendliness, care services, to the meals and dining, activities and the value for cost. Yes, I would recommend Pine Ridge of Garfield Senior Living

I love my apartment, the meal, the entertainment, my new friends, and the staff. The kitchen staff is fantastic. I still drive, so I come and go as I please. I am in a 2 bedroom apartment facing the courtyard.

What a clean and beautiful facility. Staff and residents are so welcoming. They are a fun energetic group. I would recommend this place to my family and friends. Residents were telling me the dinners are homemade and delicious.

I work in a lot of buildings in Omaha and this is by far the best Independent living!! Always happy staff and residents! Always clean and beautiful! I love it here! The environment is exactly what I would want for my family and clients!

My experience with Chesapeake Bay, i love the people here and especially [name removed]. The neighbors are like family, and we take care of each other. I would recommend Chesapeake Bay. Activities are amazing and we appreciate all the hard work the management team provides. They are friendly and always willing to help.

I visited my friend recently at Chesapeake Bay Active Adult Community and it is definitely Active. So many residences and the warm feeling of true friends at home. It is at the top of my list when I am old enough to be a resident there.

The staff is unbelievablely kind, responsive and helpful. The building is clean and and in excellent repair. The building has been updated since I’ve lived here. Often new amenities are added. I feel blessed live here.
