I totally appreciate the hospitality and attentiveness of the staff to cover concerns on residents. Residents feel Cred about and taken care of. I would highly recommend anyone looking to tour Bloomfield.

I am very pleased with my move to Chesapeake Bay. I wanted some place that didn't feel like I was going to a nursing home and giving up. [removed name] (Activities Director) plans wonderful things to do! I feel alive again, it's a family atmosphere and I plan on staying forever. I Love the office and maintenance, even the mail man [removed name] is great! God Brought me here and Thank You [removed name] (Sales Counselor) for the initial tour and with me every step of the way during move in.

I have lived here for 4 years and couldn't be happier with my decision. My daughter and I love the staff, and they are so very helpful and nice! I try to attend as many activities as possible, there is so much to choose from. When you walk in and see all the amenities, you definitely think that you're in a resort!

I was there helping my mom move some things in the garage the other day and a resident taking a walk stopped and helped us. I know my mom has a lot of friends there and everyone I’ve meet has been nice.

The people here are really nice. I have lived here since February and I like it much better than my last place. There are a lot of activities and I appreciate how they honor the veterans. The neighborhood is safe.

I was visiting my girlfriend's mother and while I was there they unveiled their wall of honor. As a veteran myself I was very impressed how they honored the veterans that are residents. I have visited several times and every time has been enjoyable!

I visited my mom to bring her lunch. I was very impressed with the home feel of the facility. The residents were very friendly! The sales director was doing a tour while I was there and she seemed very friendly and knowledgeable. This is a very nice place with beautiful view of the water and I love the walking trails.

I was visiting friends that live at Gracepoint. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the friendliness of the staff. I visited one of my friends during the continental breakfast they provide in the suites for the residents that live there it was a lovely experience the residents made me feel right at home. I highly recommend checking this place out!

Visiting a friend, really nice place. Food was FANTASTIC! service was really good and everyone was friendly and helpful. I visit often and have always had a good experience. Would recommend. I also get my hair cut at their salon.

I always have a wonderful time at my apartment complex. Its the funniest place I've ever lived! There's so many activities and great people. The staff is Amazing and always helpful. The maintenance team is by far the best around. This is hands down a great, welcoming community.

Went here to work their annual craft show and got to meet and talk to many of the wonderful residents there! Staff was amazing and the food was delicious (I didn’t know chicken strips and fries could taste so good )

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Verena at Delray! The activities calendar is absolutely fantastic there’s always something fun, engaging, and thoughtfully planned for residents. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into creating a schedule that keeps everyone active and connected. The community itself is spotless. Every area, from the common spaces to the outdoor grounds, is beautifully maintained. It really makes Verena feel welcoming and comfortable every single day. What truly makes this place special, though, is the staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly, attentive, and warm. They go out of their way to make residents feel valued and supported, and it shows in every interaction. I highly recommend Verena at Delray. It’s a clean, vibrant, and caring community that exceeds expectations!

Going through the halls of Pine Ridge you will find it clean. They have a minimalistic approach when it comes to decorating for the holidays. I recently attended an event there for their holiday arts and craft show. The staff there was very professional and nice. The lady at the front desk was very sweet. The activity directors worked very hard to make sure that everybody was accommodated for and took very good care of their residence as they went through their shopping day.

This community is always clean, welcoming, and full of life. Every time I visit Mom, there’s an activity happening and the staff greets residents by name, which truly shows how well they know and care for everyone. It’s also reasonably priced, and the value you receive is exceptional. We proudly give Verena at Delray five stars. The staff has welcomed Mom with genuine kindness and consistently makes her feel comfortable, supported, and right at home.

I recently came to an event and was impressed by the community! Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The apartments were great! The whole place was extremely clean! The residents seemed happy as well!!

Having my mother, and then my mother-in-law live at Pine Ridge has offered a peace of mind that we never thought was possible. No more cooking, home maintenance or worrying about emergencies. The wonderful friends they have met there and the sense of community is priceless. Pine Ridge of Garfield has been an answered prayer.

Everything is done efficiently and the staff is great. The residents are all very pleasant.
