At Verena at Virginia Center the friendliness is a 5 +. I am pleased with a lot here. The staff is fantastic. The people in the kitchen area know the residents by name. The residents are extremely friendly. I have nothing negative to say about this facility.

My dad just moved here, but I can tell you we are very impressed with everything. Everyone from the front desk to the management, to the whole staff makes you feel welcome. We are hoping this works out for my dad. We know it's the best place for him. Much better than living all alone. Here he has people who will become friends and enjoy to do activities with. So It's a new beginning for him. One that can give him some dignity living instead of nothing to live for.

The staff of physical therapists are some of the best I've ever worked with. They are caring and sensitive, intelligent and very helpful. Having experienced PT in many other settings, I am happy to be in their care during my treatment here.

My parents both went to Arbour Square in 2013. They acclimated quickly because everyone was so friendly and they felt welcome. They loved the food! My father loved getting outside on his jazzy and going on the trail! His health began to fail in early 2014 and all he kept saying is "I want to get back to Arbour Square". While he was away from Arbour Square he loved his visits from Mimi. Unfortunately, he passed away in early 2015. It was a tough time for my mother after being married for 68 years. But the staff constantly watched out for her. They stop at her table and always ask how she is doing. Since she is getting used to the mechanicals in her new room, the maintenance staff don't mind that she makes multiple calls with silly questions. They always helps her out with a smile on their face. My family is so thankful we made the decision to put our parents in Arbour Square. THANK YOU EVERYONE!

I can't say enough how the whole Staff at The Villa's of Shelby helped to make Mom's transition virtually seamless. Lisa and Lynette were instrumental in seeing to it that Mom felt comfortable in bridging to her next chapter in life. I can speak for our entire family in that we are extremely please with our decision to place Mom here at the Villa's. It is the peace of mind knowing Mom is in a SAFE and COMFORTABLE environment.

How do I say thank you! Living 10 hrs. away from our parents was never easy- however as they grew older and the task of caring for their home became more than they could handle they found a home at Arbour Square and we found a piece of mind. They enjoyed their time there with friends, some old friends they grew up with- others they met and grew close to while there. Dad loved his morning coffee with friends in the cafe and we all enjoyed the car shows- my husband even brought his 63 corvette down from Maine and Dad had a blast. So many wonderful times and special memories. As mom's health declined they were able to stay put in their apartment with the help of hospice and angels, true angels, from the Birches at home. It was such a blessing to have the two of them remain together through this time. The staff was wonderful- recognizing our trials and tribulations and helping us through this with their smiles and encouragement! After mom's passing Dad was grateful to be surrounded by friends who shared his loss and memories. We will always be grateful!!

I give five stars all around on Preston Place. I just don't think you can beat this place. I am very satisfied with the facility. Everything here is just real good!

I've had an excellent experience at Bloomfield Forum. This facility has more activities than I can even have time to participate in. They are so accommodating. I have so many friends here. I tell everyone that I run into that this is great place to live.

Been here only a month but people help you get acquainted and everyone is so friendly to you.

The community itself has been fine. The food and activities are all fine. I liked the bright cheery facility. I thought my loved one would fit in with the other residents. The Right at Home care service, would get a three rating from us. They are understaffed. Things do seem to be improving within the last couple of weeks.

Neat clean well kept facility with plenty of available activities for the residents. The staff is professional, kind and caring.

I have been a senior "edutainer" in the Detroit area for 20 years. I perform at 55 facilities and I must say Pineridge is one of the friendliest, courteous residences I go to. the staff treat the residents with respect + concern. The physical appearance is impeccable. I have even recommended some people to move there. I feel it is a very special residence.

A beautiul facility with friendly staff and residents. There is a high level of security and many amenities are offered. The one bedroom apartments are well designed.

My mom Agnes was here for 6 months in 2007 for a rehab assignment. Then we selected this community again in 2014 when she could no longer live in her home. I reviewed at least 10 other facilities in Macomb County and Pine Ridge was the best value by far for price, cleanliness, staff, meals, services, added services and social entertainment in the tri-county area!

What a wonderful place! The residents and staff are really friendly and hepful, the facility is bright and clean. The food is wonderful with a variety fo choices. My parents are very happy at Verena.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out with Arbour Square of Harleysville! The staff here is friendly and professional, and they were a huge help throughout the whole process. They really went out of their way to make the transition comfortable for my loved one, who was very skeptical about this whole thing. It really eased her fears and she has settled right in! The facility itself is well kept and clean, and there is always someone right there to help you when you need it!

I have been to Pine Ridge many times. My father-in-law lived with you for 1 1/2 years. Now that he is gone I still come back for the events that are held there. Everyone here is very nice and all the residents are happy too.

Community was very clean and welcoming. We hope to have our grandma live there soon.
