5 years ago I lost my husband and moved to Laurel springs. It was the best decision I ever made. I have made so many friends and felt so very safe every day. I enjoy coffee every weekday at 9am and playing games every day at 2pm. We have several evening concerts with special dinners each month. This is a decision I will never regret making. I can’t imagine where I would be today without this place. I could have given up after my husbands passing but instead I found a community where we support one another. I love it here, it’s home.

Living at Laurel Springs was the best decision for my health situation. Loved it being a Gated Community which allowed me to be safe and secure. All of the residents look after each other. The management is very compassionate and concerned about your safety. I will definitely be moving back to Laurel Springs again.

Arbor Square, where you will find someone or something in every corner. Arbor Square is a place where men and women have an opportunity to live the best years of their life where they are able to come together, in a safe, secure, and nurturing environment that includes entertainment, activities, and friendships all of which are the key piece of enhanced living. From Bingo, to bus trips, community events, Engagement opportunities, crafts, and music. You can even bring out those musical instruments and become a member of the “Seniors musical entertainment band” or become a member of the the Arbour Square Chorus. The staff become part of everyone’s family. If you’re considering AS, know that your family member will never be alone. They will have their meals either in their own apartments if they choose, or with their friends every single day. They will celebrate holidays together, be outside in the courtyard, have picnics, play shuffleboard, corn toss and simply love and celebrate life!

Laurel Springs is a beautiful property. The atmosphere is wonderful. The staff is wonderful and my parents are very blessed to call it home!! The residents have been so welcoming too! I definitely recommend Laurel Springs.

Touring facilities and this is top notch for seniors. [name removed] answered all our questions, showed us around, and gave us full confidence in making the right move. We are so thankful for her kindness and expertise in a not so fun time of decision making. Thank you!

Love the staff here! They were very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt welcomed to ask questions and confident they were answered truthfully and thoughtfully. This staff really cares about the residents and their families!

My wife and I had a very nice visit and guided tour with [name removed]. the apartments were beautiful are favorites were Magnolia, Ashland, and Henrico. Oh The food we had was great and the menu was fantastic. We’re hoping to move in early spring of next year. Looking forward to meeting [name removed] and the Very friendly staff. My daughter and I recently visited Laurel Springs to explore whether it might be a community I’d consider for my next home. [name removed], the salesperson, was exceptionally welcoming and provided us with a wealth of information. The property is truly beautiful, and we felt very much at home. We toured several properties that day, and Laurel Springs stood out as our favorite.

I called in to get some information because I am looking for a place for my mother. I was able to get a tour set up very easily and met with a lady named [name removed] that was very informative and helpful. [name removed] and [name removed]were very friendly and helpful, and the residents that I spoke to absolutely love the place. The clubhouse was beautiful and I can’t wait to show mom the swimming pool and hot tub!

I moved here about a year ago and absolutely fell in love, with the staff, my neighbors and my new home. It's so cozy and I feel very safe. There's always something to do and people looking out for you.

You can tell she loves what she does.So thankful we were able to find this place that is perfect for us! Community is well kept and residents are very friendly and engaging. Apartments are lovely and offer great pricing. If you like a pool, the pool here is beautiful, zero entry and has very nice resort feel.

Love living here plenty of fun and healthily activities, delicious food and peaceful atmosphere.

Verna at Gilbert is very warm and inviting. The facilities are well kept, welcoming, and clean and the staff is friendly and attentive. I love the amount of activities that are available and the menu choices.

I visited the community recently and very impressed with the vibe and friendliness of the residents and staff. Community very well maintained and lots of great activities offered. Personal transportation for doctors and shopping is very important and offered.

The friendliness of both the staff and residents truly stands out. Everyone is approachable and warm, making it easy to feel at home and fostering a sense of community. My dad has made lots of friends quickly. The staff takes the time to understand individual needs and preferences, ensuring that residents receive personalized care and support. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the living spaces. The staff consistently ensure that common areas and private rooms are well-maintained. The dining experience is delightful with variety of meals and the quality of food is excellent. They have happy hour and meal times are social events, where residents can gather together in a pleasant atmosphere. The range of activities available is impressive and promotes engagement and social interaction. From playing board and card games, they have a fitness center, there’s something for everyone!

Sales staff was extremely professional and answered all of my questions. The tour went very well - the facility appears clean and inviting. I did chat with a few residents during the tour and they stated how pleased they were with the facility. The apartments were very nice and inviting.
