Where do I start at. Grace Point Living is the "VERY BEST" place to call home. I actually haven't actually moved in yet, as of now. But I have been working with someone ([name removed]) and she has answered my every question. And she is so pleasant to work with also. So, just a "heads -up" [name removed]. I'll be making that more real fast now. And I can't wait. Thank You Again [name removed] for all you have done for me during this transition.

The food quality varies from really good to fair throughout the week and the dog park should be bigger include more shade and water. However, the community is vibrant. Everyone is friendly and keeps an eye on each other. The staff is always ready and willing to help with any need or concerns. The infrastructure is well maintained

A house is too much for one person to maintain, especially as we age. Now come the decisions. After living in Plano for 32 years, I did not want to leave my friends and more importantly my doctors. i enjoyed a lot of lunches at different possibilities, but none really jumped out and said "This is it!" Then I remembered a place I had toured with my mother, PRESTON PLACE. It was not a fit for her as she needed assisted living, It's perfect for me. I can make my own meals or eat at the Veranda, i can meet my lpng time friends or enjoy my new neighbors, I can enjoy the people in my new book club or stay at home reading my Kindle. The grounds are lovely to walk through and the Garden Club keeps the flower pots full. No doubt, I made the right choice for me.

Truly we are family at Verena. We know one another’s name without their name tag. We pretty much know how many children they have and where they lived. We know what you have done in the past. We know about your health because we are concerned about one another. At the dinner table or at breakfast table we will laugh at one another and with one another and we know where we can joke and we cannot. Meal time is almost like Thanksgiving with all the family around. New folks are welcome to the table and encouraged to participate in the activities of our facility, which are many. Come visit us get to know us and I know you will like for.

I moved into Parc Place a year ago. At that time my life was full of turmoil, due to the death of my husband's passing. In the process of selling our home after 46 years we lived in it, the stress of moving, packing and donating all the memories and collections after all those years, I was exhausted and not thrilled about moving into a senior apartment. I felt so accepted and met people who understood and relate to what I had gone through. I found the staff and residents Great, and the activities are so fun. I would definitely recommend Parc Place in Bedford to another senior citizen!

I like that the staff here is always courteous and helpful. There are plenty of activities and social events to keep residents busy. Something broken or in need of repair? Maintenance is quick to respond. My biggest complaint is the evergreen bush’s in front of my widow that are allied to grow wild and are now beating against the window every time the wind blows! Yard maintenance needs help!

I have lived at Arbour Square for 1and 1/2 yr. I found many kind, friendly and happy residents who have helped me to also have a happy life since I was very sad and lonely after my husband Tom passed in [date removed]. I like the activities that are offered, the wonderful musicians and bands that come to entertain us. The fitness center is great. The staff and all the people who work here are great and helpful. The fact that you don’t have to cook your meals because we have breakfast, lunch and dinner served to us in the lovely dining room every day is wonderful and the food is very good! Our apartments are comfortable and easy to take care of as we have housekeepers that clean apartments every other week and do a great job! We have a Pub which is open twice a week and a great Bistro that offer great pizza, sandwiches and snacks! I feel very much at home living in this lovely apartment community for seniors!

I've been at Bloomfield. 2 1/2 years, am very pleased I made the decision to move here. Our staff is carrying, kind and helpful. Our facility is beautiful, and our grounds are very well maintained. Our meals are delicious and the presentation is excellent. I am very happy here, and wouldn't move anywhere else.

My husband, [name removed], and I have been living in one of the Verena cottages for about a month. We are very happy that we made the move. We have a beautiful view of the pond from our back patio. The rooms are spacious with lots of natural light coming in through the many windows. Of course, with any new build there are glitches to work out. The staff have quickly responded to and resolved all our requests. Everyone (staff and residents) is so friendly and helpful. There are a wide variety of activities for those who wish to participate. You always feel welcomed. The meals are out of this world delicious and the atmosphere of the dining room is relaxing and friendly. We have been very pleased to start this new stage of our lives here.

I have only been here about two weeks, and I can truly say , ' this place has certainly earned the name "The Best". Here everyone is like family. You do not meet any strangers here . You are greeted with a smile and a heartfelt welcome by everyone you come in contact with. My very first day here I received a knock by many of the residing residents. I opened the door to the words, "hello and welcome" followed by a hand shake or hug and I am (name was given). Those greetings made me feel at home. I have been in the state of Texas for five years now and I met more people here at Preston Place in one day than I met at my previous residence where I lived for five years. This a place where everyone is a part of the family. We are one huge family.. I am so happy to be a part of this Preston Place Community.

This is a wonderful community.. we have friendship, plenty of activities, the staff is always ready to help in anyway and are very caring and the freedom to travel without worry is such a comforting feeling.

While we have been here only half a month our experience has been entirely positive. Residents and staff to a person are extremely friendly, and Verena is very well managed. In summation, a fine experience.

Both residents and staff are unbelievably nice and friendly. It is a safe place to enjoy your life among people who go out of their way to make you feel a part of the family. The staff do not just sit behind a desk but are out among the residents getting truly involved in the many activities here.

Pine Ridge Villa [name removed] has a great facility and staff. [name removed]the activity director keeps everyone active and involved. They are always making improvements and asking for input and seem to genuinely care for their residents . I would highly recommend this facility.

When I walked into Preston Place I knew I had found my forever home. It’s everything joy of knowing people with like minded interest. Neighbors helping neighbors having fun and caring. There is entertainment, great food and the community is lovely. Staff is very Accommodating.

I lived in an apartment with two bedrooms and a den. I loved it but it became hard to take care of. I didn’t realize how lonely I was. Just being in this beautiful surroundings and around many different people has made me a lot happier I never wanted to be a burden to my family. I don’t feel that way here.

I am here almost four years and was welcomed with open arms. Which is one reason why I welcome new comers with open arms. I am experiencing life pleasures living in an apartment. Life is good.

Residents are very nice. They go out their way to help a new resident! The meals are very good also. So far so good. It is like a hotel, keep up the good work.

I love the Villas. So many things to do. Great happy hours.
