Staff very helpful from the start and able to answer all our questions [name removed] was very accommodating while my mom was waiting to sell her home. As far as the food goes, Main choices could be better and less spice. Also less heavy sauces.

I have made a lot of great friends living at Verena at Gilbert. Lots of people pay for extra storage units, but for me it's adequate I love having the washer and dryer in the unit and I love the kitchen.

I have nothing bad to say about it. The staff is exceptional. I feel like the other residents and the staff make it feel like it's a family. It feels extremely safe. We can walk around any time of the day or night and feel safe. There are so many activities you can't do all of them. We all tend to look out after each other. . I think everybody over 50 needs to live here.

What we like the most about Parc Place is the friendliness and all of the activities. Yes, we would recommend the community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Clean environment. Staff friendly and professional. Residents can be as involved as they want. Food good with lots of variety including gluten free. No entrance fee with 30 day notice to move. Flexible lifestyle.

This was my last stop on my search that started in December. I stepped out of my comfort zone and went to Bedford. I took a tour of a 3 bedroom for reference I was looking for a 2 bed room cottage or villa but this was a Patio Home it was over the top in the things I wanted. I was in shock I signed the lease today and this made me cancel the previous apartment...this is a entire home where my family can visit .Everyone was warm and welcoming and lunch was also great! Move in date is [date removed]!

We are a community. We care about one another. We love the upkeep. Something breaks, we just call maintenance. They come! Yard is maintained. Lots of age/ appropriate activities. But best is the community of nice, caring people.

Friendly, welcoming, accommodating, and helpful staff. Average selection of, studio, 1 & 2 bedroom apartments. Our 2 bedroom is spacious and well laid out.

Beautiful cottage homes with nicely landscaped common areas. Well planned events that help build a sense of community. Activity calendar had enough going on a daily basis that it would be hard to be bored living here. Great for seniors who are fully capable of caring for themselves. On my tour, residents that I met were friendly. Close enough to the big city amenities, but far enough away to give you more of a smaller community feel.

This place is so beautiful and active. If that’s not what you’re looking for then that’s okay because they have other things to do and if you just want to relax you can do that here too mom. They supply everything you need here to live comfortably and you will make lots of new friends here.

This is a home. The people that work here are top line. Management is the greatest. Have a problem or you just need to talk she will always make time for no matter how busy she is. I had a problem here recently and before I could turn around twice it was no longer a problem and I’m as happy as a cranberry merchant. She let me know in no uncertain terms that I mattered. God bless her. The girls in activities are the greatest people. They keep us well occupied with activities and if you need special help they are Johnny on the spot to help. Housekeeping is great and so kind to us. [name removed] is mine and she takes wonderful care of me. she is a real sweetheart. The restaurant staff are wonderful. They have a way of making you special and I mean every meal. I haven’t met anyone that works here that I dont absolutely love. They are all special to us and I think they feel the same about us

The staff is always helpful and friendly. The facility is always clean.

Been here going on 3 years and have been very pleased. [name removed] the manager listens to any concerns you have and immediately takes care of it. The activity directors are the best. They keeps us well supplied with wonderful things to do and places to go. We have a great transportation driver that gets us where we need to be in a timely manner and he is so sweet to all of us. All these people make this an awesome place to live. I’m so glad I found it.

Although my sister came to Arbour Square with a lot of reservations, the staff were great at connecting her with other residents and helping her settle in. She is much happier than she’s been in a long time.

It's attached to the public library. No need to even go outside. It is a nice place that I would definitely recommend to others.

All I can say it is a great place to live. All staff are great people here.

This is the closest thing I can to my dream tree house! I enjoy being on the 2nd floor and get to see nature through my window. The community itself is filled with amazing people that genuinely care from residents to staff. The potluck are fun and I'm going to start going to the continental breakfast for the variety. I believe there is plenty of things to do for everyone, [name removed] does a great job listening to what residents want to do. [name removed] is always present and on top of things as an Executive Director. Maintenance are very responsive and kind. I am content here!

Everyone has been very welcoming and happy to have Mom here. We like the helpful staff and other residents. The food is fabulous and the activities look fun.

Reflecting back on last year’s activities one still stands out as top drawer event and that’s the car show at Pine Ridge Villa, a warm welcome and Personal follow up by the staff of Pine Ridge carried on throughout the days activities, making sure we were OK and had everything needed , the residence of Pine Ridge along with their families kept us very busy taking pictures throughout the day they’re appreciation for us being there was truly overwhelming , you can see even the director of operations jumped in to the photo shoot , we’re looking forward to an invite back this year.

The staff here does listen to what we say. Many building improvement are being done. The food is good and heathy. I would like a little more variety. (but that's me). We been here 3 months and feels like home.
