When he signed up, it sounded like he would get a lot of extra things included, but that's not necessarily the case. But it's been a good place overall. They're a nonprofit and don't have a lot of staff. But the staff are nice and helpful. Housekeeping has been great. The grounds are not kept up as much, but they do the best they can with what they have. He likes the food but wishes there was more variety. I think the value is pretty good considering you get three meals a day, utilities, rent, and light housekeeping included. And overall it has been working out for him. Before moving in, he was a shut-in, and Maple Vista allows him to have daily contact with people and get out walking and moving more, which has been good for him.

For me it wasn't about the money it was about the care that they give to the residents. I would say to go to this community. I tell my wife that when I get older I am going to go here and it was the best place that I looked at. They have activities like religious activities, bingo, yoga, cards, knitting while they hang out and more for the residents to stay busy and active in the community.

I've had a very good experience. I've heard nothing negative from anybody who lives here. The staff are all very nice. My apartment is pretty, and it's just big enough for me. I did have to downsize, but I have everything that I need. They have a place where I can go for mass, which is important to me. It's expensive, but you get what you pay for.

This is a great place to live. The staff are accommodating, helpful, and kind. Housekeeping, all utilities, and the room were included in the monthly fee. There is a full kitchen included in the apartment, along with a bathroom and walk in shower. The staff were great to work with, and were always willing to assist in answering our questions or concerns.

This community is like home for your loved one. They have activities like arts and crafts, music entertainment, field trips and more for the residents to do at the community to stay busy. My interactions with the staff have been very good. The tour was confusing just seeing so many places at the same time but this is the community we went with in the end.

I would highly recommend this community for you or your loved one. They have activities like field trips, work outs, cards, music, and games. They are accommodating and quick to answer. The tour was good and they gave me all of the information that we needed.

We like Woodland Village a lot. They have exceeded our expectations. The staff are amazing and do everything I ask of them. They're cooperative, friendly, and have really gone out of their way to meet our needs. And I think the cost is fair.

This community was my second choice for where I wanted my loved one to be. They just did not have any open rooms and I had to pick somewhere else for my loved one to go at the time.

My Mom received great care at Mercy Circle. Every CNA and nurse were outstanding.

My Mom received excellent care and therapy. She was happy to socialize with others through spiritual activities, dining and activities. We are very pleased with the compassion and friendliness the staff expressed. Thank you.

After spending three dats at one of the worst rehab facilities in the area, I was transferred to Mercy Circle. On arrival I was warmly welcomed and made comfortable. I cannot compare the two places because Mercy Circle is a real rehab facility with outstanding staff who treat patients with caring and respect. I thank God for bringing me to Mercy Circle when I needed therapy and healing.

My father-in-law lived at Bellbrook for three years, two in Independent Living and one year in Assisted Living, plus he had multiple stays in rehab at Bellbrook for physical and occupational therapy. He thoroughly enjoyed dining with his neighbors in the beautiful restaurant, he enjoyed the transportation for outings and shopping trips when he was no longer driving, and he participated in many group activities and church services. The care that he received when he needed it was amazing, the staff treats their residents like family, and all of the residents are happy there. We were so very blessed in having the angels at Bellbrook watching over our family.

This was a good community it was just too far in location and I wanted my loved one closer to where I live.

Came in for post surgery care. All of the staff were friendly and professional. All went out of theirs way to keep me comfortable and well. A very high quality of care and service. I highly recommend Mercy Circle and its great staff.

Amazing and caring staff. They welcomed me with open arms and truly made me feel like part of the Mercy Circle family. i enjoyed socializing with the residents and appreciate all the safety protocols in place.
