This community has so much to offer! I’ve met so many new friends here. Everyone has been so friendly to me. It’s very clean and the food is very great. I’ve enjoyed the opportunity to be a part of all the wonderful programs here

My friend is a resident here at Glacier Hills. The staff at this facility are very friendly and helpful. Everything has been great for my friend. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Although founded by the Sisters of Mercy, residents have diversity of faiths (Christian & Jewish) as well as non-practicing. Most residents live independently and there is one floor dedicated to assisted living. There are many activities and residents are friendly and look out for each other. Apartment sizes range from studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom. All have full kitchens and some have porches.

What stood out to us about this facility were the friendly residents, which made me pick the place for my loved one. The facility was very clean and was just updated. Staff was super nice and made it easy to really choose the place for me and the pricing is very affordable for my loved one who is on a fixed income. They clean the place one time a week as well, which is convenient for her too because she is 80 years old. I have recommended this place to a couple of people now.

The only complaint my Dad has is the kitchen. Not enough staff & some if the food tastes horrible. That being said he is 87 years old, and I did explain to him that everything can be over seasoned. Other than the kitchen staff being very short staffed, I am very happy overall with the facility.

I would highly recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The physical therapy they offer is great. For the most part...staff is friendly. The treat my loved one well. There are three meals a day served and the residents have choices to choose from. The staff communication with the family has been good so far.

It's a very clean community. My loved one likes the food. They offer a lot of activities. It's kind of pricey but my loved one has a large one bedroom. We picked this community because, of the close location, it's a nice size community, and the property is wheelchair accessible . They can improve, by updating the bathrooms to make them wheelchair accessible. The staff is wonderful.

What we really like about St. Joseph at the Pines is community is the accessibility to eventually needing assisted living or our loved one. Based on the current experience we have had, we would recommend them to other families .

I have not visited this community since I live out of town but feedback from my family -it seems like our loved one is really enjoying it there. They have a bus driver to take the residents to and from places so he enjoys the independence of it. The food is great, there are plenty of different choices and meal options. He really enjoys the social aspect of it.

We love The Oaks and would recommend others to go here. I like the cleanliness. I like how the staff really take care of their residents. They're there to please their residents, vs. just putting them there and leaving them alone. The residents are treated like they're somebody. My loved one says the food is fantastic. And she enjoys the activities and outings. We're very, very happy with The Oaks.

We are very happy with our loved one being there. It's pretty clean. The people are all very kind. The food is good, and the dinner often smells good. We very impressed with what we saw at Glacier Hills. I would recommend to other families. The residents have all said it's a great place to be. It would be a great place for anybody's parent to be there. We are very pleased.

The Oaks is very friendly, clean, and it is easy to talk to management. The community is able to provide light housekeeping, and some laundry for our loved ones. There is a full kitchen in the apartment. There are meal plans to choose from, and then my loved ones are able to choose which meal or if they would like to cook for themselves.

I was admitted on [date removed]. Food not so good, complain reg chef on vacation, when the chef returned food improved tremendously. Nursing and therapy care excellent. My stay was for rehab after surgery.

As far as the Oaks everything is going great for my brother. He seems to enjoy everything there. Based on our experience we would recommend them to other families.

My children searched around looking for places for mom to rehabilitate. We called mercy-no rooms, and the next morning called again and there was a room. Perfect-our prayers were answered. mery Circle is #1. I'm very grateful for all the people who made my stay here so pleasant, and with such care. Thank You!

Their knowledge of the aging and dying process and dementia and alezhiemrs really stuck out to me. Also just the care and compassion and patience shown from the staff not only to our loved one, but our family as well. I would recommend The Oaks to other families.

I would recommend this place to anyone I know. The staff is competent, caring and responsive to the needs of all. I am grateful that I have had the experience, of living in such a caring environment and would recommned it to all. Thanks so much.

I don't think I could have found a better place for rehabilitation. This is a welcoming community. All services were excellent. I will miss the care of the nurses, therapists, and CNA's. made good friends during the 6 weeks I've been here.

I have been impressed with everyone working here. Every staff member has been attentive, kind, and generous. I felt the love and amazing care.
