We hired an individual who was referred to us to do a check in and administer pills. She is a definite 5+. I have not eaten there and my sister has only one meal a day from C.V. she has a microwave she bought for her unit which she also uses. She prefers the solitude. My sister had to buy a microwave and coffee maker but the apartment is, value wise, very nice. She loves it there. No internet provided either. It is more of an actual apartment with meals and weekly cleaning. Also a shuttle to grocery store. Do your own laundry.

St. Joseph Village has been great; the whole staff has been really great!

Woodland Village is a very nice facility also. The wait was taken awhile and my mom wanted to get into her own space. Our tour went well but after doing some online research, which my mom did herself, she decided that [facility name removed] seemed like a fit for her. Possibly more active. The tour was great though, very thorough.

We did have some difficulty getting some of the services started that we paid for. She is so happy there, it has been wonderful it has brought her out of her shell. The staff has been instrumental in getting those things to happen. They provide for them well and the amenities are very great. I think best thing that is missing or good suggestion would be to have a nurse on call.

Woodland Village is a pace to live in the golden years. The staff is very Friendly, and will go out of there way please you. Woodland has a whole lot of activities . For all the people. The food is very good as well as a nice new dining room with table cloths and Napkins.

PT Both physical & Anymore therapy was good. All Time Very Helpful.

There are not enough words to express how wonderful it is living at Mercy Circle. The therapists are great. They couldn't be any better. Thank you for all your wonderful care and service.

Great staff,excellent price, and most rooms have been remodeled. There is a lot of extra curricular activities.

We have been very very pleased with the quality of care she is getting here. One of the things that has impressed me continuously is no matter who you see in the hallway whether it be the maintenance man, the chef, the manager, they always greet you and speak to you. I am always taken a back by that - everybody is just so friendly and they listen to what you have to say. I would highly recommend St. Paul's to other families.

They gave excellent therapy. They were very helpful in my recovery. When I came in I couldn't walk very well but today I have gotten stronger and can walk on my own. The food here is very acceptable.

My experience at Mercy Circle was wonderful. I came in here on a Thursday night and each day was better and better! The staff were very kind, caring and above all patient and friendly. The therapist were so great, knowledgeable and patient! Hopefully the staff will increase over time so the present staff are not stretched so thin, as they seem to be. Maybe the bell (for nurses) system can somehow be upgraded as you hear bells all day. With lack of staff it is difficult for them to address everyone's needs as they seem to be overburdened.

Staff was warm, welcoming and accommodating. A quiet, restful place to recover. Nice, clean environment. On occasion nursing staff was slow to respond to call light.

From minute one, the services, personnel, and facilities were top-notch. Our family appreciates the care, commitment, and passion the personnel showed our dad, husband, and sibling!! We had a vague idea what Mercy Circle offered, but nearly 2 months later, we fortunately weren't disappointed. Thank you again for all your time and consideration!! We'll recommend you highly!!

Everyone and everything was wonderful. I have no complaints. Everyone was wonderful. The therapists are special and took great care of me. Thank you all.

I highly recommend Bellbrook to others for their loved ones. They have a secure memory care unit and it is a smaller number of residents in memory care as well. The staff are accommodating in where the residents eat their meals, whether it is in the dining room or in their room. The community is able to provide medication management, bathing, dressing, and more if the resident needs it or the family requests these care services.
