My care here has been excellent. Everybody was very kind and helpful.

The community is good for what it is. The apt sizes are good, but the food is very bad and there is no seasoning. The grounds are well maintained and clean, and I would recommend this community to others.

St. Paul's has handled the COVID-19 restrictions and precautions fabulously and it has been evident in the number of cases and recoveries that they have experienced. The staff has kept all parties informed and educated. I appreciate the care, concern, guidance and great caution that has been displayed and carried out. There are many places in this area to choose for Assisted Living and Independent Living but I believe that staff here are second to none and they go above and beyond for residents and staff.

It is very cost-effective compared to other places in the area. It is a smaller community so not overwhelming. The staff has been very helpful and attentive. It is clean. The food is ok. The layout is excellent. The room size is great. My dad has a one-bedroom, one-bath unit that is perfect for him.

My experience here has been very pleasant. Everyone has been wonderful and very helpful. I am very happy to have been brought here for my rehab. The staff has been great.

RNs professional, conscientious and pleasant. Physical Therapy Dept. is operated extremely well. Staff is knowledgeable and compassionate. Recommend looking into volunteers to assist with patients—taking to & from dining room, physical therapy, etc.

Mercy Circle is superior in every aspect. From the CNAs to the therapists and nurses all give excellent can cheerful care. I would recommend Mercy Circle to anyone.

My experience here has been a real pleasure. I’m sure that’s why I recovered so quickly. It will always remain at the top of my list.

I am a retired registered nurse who worked at Mercy Hospital in Chicago 40-plus years and enjoyed every minute of my life at Mercy. I worked on the rehab floor for 11 years, diabetes unit - 5 years- and was head nurse in The Eye Care on the 8th floor for 11 years and enjoyed every minute of my life of Mercy.

Came for physical therapy and it has exceeded all mu expectations! I experienced all staff in the facility as hospitable, kind and friendly - competent of course. The only difficulty for me was/is the meals - the kind of food, how it was cooked and its presentation. Kitchen staff were very kind and accommodating.

Excellent care. Therapy was helpful and practical. Staff was amazing. Food was good, especially the soup. Guests were warmly welcomed by the staff, who smiled and said hello. Social worker was a great resource. I thank them all for making my stay so comfortable.

My parents moved into the McAuley in January 2018. They live in the Assisted living part. Mom would have qualified for Independent living, but my father did not. It took them about 6 months to make the adjustment they are in their 90s and had always lived independently. It can be a bit depressing for my mom ( at 91 is as sharp as ever) because many people on her floor have some form of dementia and many have walkers or some physical problem. That being said she has made friends and the staff is fabulous (especially [name removed]). Both of my parents love the food. The activities are great. Their apartment could be updated. but they choose it because the closet. (it is huge) but most people move into an updated apartment. All in all they are very happy. Many of my elementary school friends parents live here as well.

My father loves living there. He enjoys the independence of his own separate apartment with outside entry and the community feel. It is priced very competitively. Additional services are offered, but not required. The staff is also very nice and helpful.

A really great and caring place my grandfather became a current resident and the lady who takes care of everything [name removed] was a wonderful and great help she went above and beyond in all the help we needes due to my grandfathers situation i would recommend anyone looking for a good place to check this place out good prices caring staff rooms are well taken care of the food is good there are so many activities for the residents there and they give so much help and they gave so much time to help me figure how to get things done
