Trinity Health Senior Communities

Things are going good. He likes it there. We were kind of hoping that the cable would be upgraded because it is just basic, but he does not complain much. He has to go outside to get to the dining room, so it gets kind of cold sometimes. No big complaints. He loves the food and he is comfortable, so those are the most important things.

I am pleased overall with Sanctuary at Clinton Villa. They do not provide enough activities. They do provide a bus that takes them to get groceries. I would like to see them either have more activities or take the residents to more places.

The staff were very pleasant, building was older but appeared well maintained, residents seemed happy & comfortable. My mother needs a home with interior hallways so the outside access was a big deterrent for our needs.

I like HH quite a bit and my Mom has adjusted over the first 3-5 months. Some of the finer details of care go overlooked.

Sanctuary at Marian Oakland. Sanctuary was the one that met all of my mother's needs and budget. Overall, the staff is friendly, the community is very clean and there are a number of activities, including shopping trips and exercise classes, which she will be taking part in soon. My mother, for the most part, is happy with the food. She particularly enjoys having housekeeping services, which allows her to have more time to do what she wants. The community has good open and common areas for gatherings. Very pleased with this decision.

Overall things have gone well with Sanctuary at Clinton Villa. It's a nice looking, well kept facility, and the staff all seem very friendly. They take great care of my loved one, and we have not run into any issues so far. They are worth a look if you are looking into options in the area.

Overall things seem to be going well here for my loved one! He seems to really be enjoying himself! They've got a good variety of activities, walks, shopping trips, etc., and they provide 3 meals a day! He also seems to be enjoying the cottage style units much more than an apartment in a multiple-story building like he has lived in before.

Favorite so far.

There were a couple things that could have been handled better, but overall, we're happy with this. I would say that they keep this place extraordinarily clean. The care services doesn't really apply. They charge for extra housekeeping and med. management, so we take care of that for my loved one. As for activities, they could improve a little. They definitely offer them, but they don't necessarily incorporate interests into them. Overall, for the price, the value is extremely fair. Meals are included, and for a person on a budget, this works out real well. The staff is great, and they went out of their way to accomodate our needs in the beginning, so that was very helpful. The only issue is that they don't work with the VA for medication, so we have to do that on our own. Overall, a great place though!

A family member toured this community when we were looking into options for our loved one. She had good things to say about it, and said it was a very lovely looking community. She liked the layout of their double rooms, which had a shared bathroom but had a dividing wall between the two sections of the room to provide a bit more privacy while still having the lower cost.

Very Clean, welcoming, liked one fee for everything, nice setting, activities,organized, large rooms, wants client to be very independent--learned levels of assisted living Mom got sick--hospital and than rehab-cost $6800 for the three days she was there because we saved her space thinking she was going back

I was in a unique situation. I was looking for my parents who have two levels of competence but wanted to live in the same place. Here they would have had to be in two different rooms and we wanted them to be together. The woman who gave me a tour was very helpful in the sense that she told us this was not the right place for us. She was very honest and said just go with another place. If you found a place where they can stay together, go there. I was impressed with her honesty. She was wonderful.

nice but still a little above my price range

This place was nice. They were in a good location for me but they didn't have any availablity when I was looking so I had to chose something else.

The floor plan of the 2-bedroom apartment we saw was perfect, the facility was attractive, and the location is ideal. We didn't see many residents during our mid-afternoon tour and we received only a sample list of activities, so we'd have to get more information about activities. No fees to join or leave the community.

This is a great community that offers a wide variety of activities to the residents. The community is really clean and the staff is very professional. We got a chance to speak with residents while we visited and they seemed happy and well taken care of. The staff is really attentive to the residents and really seems to care about them. Would have chose this community but the other community was just in a more convenient location for us. We would highly recommend this community to anyone.

They are a yes... Hope they work. (Consider a shared room) $2280 studio easy. (Simi-Private)

Beautiful place, perfect except no security. Definitely thinking about this one.

I did visit here, the staff was friendly and helpful and the residents I met seemed to really enjoy the staff and activities.
