Traditions Management

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The community might be a little understaffed, like a lot of places are currently. I feel the staff go above and beyond for my loved one and family. The welcoming community could have arranged a little better for my loved one. The residents are friendly, they came out to meet my loved one, and to assist with them settling into the community. The food is horrible and my loved one says the food doesn't have much of a taste to it. There are three meals a day served, and the residents have choices to choose from. They have snacks and beverages throughout the day available.

I toured this facility and it was nice. It's a much larger place and has more of a hotel feel. The residents and staff were friendly. I felt that this facility was too large and would maybe be too overwhelming for my loved one, but could be a good fit for others.

Brookdale Lakeview was always very clean when we could come to visit our loved one. The staff members were absolutely fabulous from the receptionist to the nurses and even the volunteer aids - just from top to bottom were just super. Every time we came to visit they always greeted us and told us what our loved one was up to and how things were going. You could tell the staff members really took the time to engage with our loved one and they were just really on top of things. The meals were a hit or miss but they made a big effort to please our loved one. With the memory care group we do understand activities may be hard but we do wish sometimes they had a little more stimulation.

We had a great tour experience with Traditions at North Bend. The facility was beautiful and looked brand new. The price was higher than we wanted to pay and it was on multiple levels. She would have had to go up a few floors to get to the dining room.

I toured Traditions at Beaumont. It was a beautiful community. [name removed] and [name removed] were so sweet and helpful. I had a wonderful tour and experience. I ate lunch at the community and it was delicious. When I am ready to move it will be to Traditions

The medication administration has been terrible! The community needs to improve the medication administration system. I would only recommend this community if your loved one is truly fairly independent. The nursing oversight is wanting. There was a time that the urine sample were misplaced twice for over a week. There was a delay in treatment for my loved one. This would be great for assisted living for those with minimal to no need for nursing care.

What stuck out to me about this facility is the layout and the willingness of the staff to meet specific needs. The staff continues to be friendly with each visit. They are not just selling you to get you here. They have lots of activities and email the family a list. It's very clean. They remove individual trash twice a day and clean rooms once a week. I would recommend this facility over others that I looked at.

Just that the don't seem to look out for the patients enough or spend a little more time than what was expected. He seems to be left alone way more often than I feel he should being in Traditions of Beavercreek.

My loved one loves the food, an dis very happy. They have had some, staffing issues- but they are working through it and resolving any issues. I would suggest, they look into implementing a move in oreintation process, which would be nice for new residents. Overall, I am very happy with the facility.

This was a very nice community. My loved one didn't feel very comfortable and it was further from family than we wanted.

Residents and staff alike are very friendly at the Traditions. When I've needed to ask the maintenance crew for help their response has been extremely fast and thorough. The Traditions has a very nice music program which is offered two-four times a month, and it's invariably a good time. While I've only lived here [time frame removed], I can honestly say The Traditions is an excellent facility and a great place to reside.

Our tour experience with Traditions at Beaumont was excellent. Unfortunately the location was too far away and we were not willing to have to travel that long distance with how often we wanted to be able to cisit our loved one.

Beautiful community. They only had a studio available that we could afford and wanted something larger for my loved one.

I'd recommend Traditions at Brookside to others. I like that's close to home. My loved ones' room is spacious and has a bathroom, we had to provide everything else. Communication between the community and myself is fair. Sometimes it's broken and I have to dig-in for information. On the website, I don't see any activities posted and I don't receive any emails or anything like that. I have to literally go and ask them what's going on, so they could improve on that. They're supposed to have a monthly newsletter, but I haven't seen it yet. It'd be nice if they gave us updates or scheduled meetings to ask what the families need, etc.. Aside from that, I think that they are still really excellent providers.

We love the environment of the Solana community that was one of the reason we picked this community for our parents. Our father who is up in the memory care has a large one bedroom apartment with a gorgeous balcony that has bird feeders and looks over the river. Our mother who lives on the assisted living side has a first floor two bedroom apartment that is very spacious that overlook the river, the busy street and a pool nearby. Its a beautiful atmosphere that reminds resembles the environment where they used to live. Right now they are struggling with staffing which we do understand and they are doing their absolute best. They have lost some important people but when we asked the director about it [name removed] was very upfront and honest. We really appreciate that they didn't get excuse or try and give us the run around. We felt like our concerns were listened to. We do think at times they could communicate just a little bit better with the families but overall we are very happy with Tradition's at Solana.

I toured Traditions at North Willow. The community was nice and clean. I liked the layout, and their memory care unit was located on the 2nd floor. We chose another community because they couldn't accept my mom, based on her level of care & behavioral state.

Traditions was a really nice facility that was more apartment-like. There are 4 levels and we just thought that was a little too big. It was just not the right fit for what we were looking for.

Caring staff, friendly residents who seem very happy living there.

We chose Traditions at North Bend because of the convenient location and just the overall appearance of the facility. I was impressed with what I saw after we toured. The only complaint my mom loved one has had has been on the food so I think they could probably improve there. Overall we have been very pleased with them, they have been so helpful and take great care of my loved one. I would recommend them to other families looking.
