Traditions Management

Our tour experience with Traditions at Beaumont was excellent. Unfortunately the location was too far away and we were not willing to have to travel that long distance with how often we wanted to be able to cisit our loved one.

Beautiful community. They only had a studio available that we could afford and wanted something larger for my loved one.

I'd recommend Traditions at Brookside to others. I like that's close to home. My loved ones' room is spacious and has a bathroom, we had to provide everything else. Communication between the community and myself is fair. Sometimes it's broken and I have to dig-in for information. On the website, I don't see any activities posted and I don't receive any emails or anything like that. I have to literally go and ask them what's going on, so they could improve on that. They're supposed to have a monthly newsletter, but I haven't seen it yet. It'd be nice if they gave us updates or scheduled meetings to ask what the families need, etc.. Aside from that, I think that they are still really excellent providers.

We love the environment of the Solana community that was one of the reason we picked this community for our parents. Our father who is up in the memory care has a large one bedroom apartment with a gorgeous balcony that has bird feeders and looks over the river. Our mother who lives on the assisted living side has a first floor two bedroom apartment that is very spacious that overlook the river, the busy street and a pool nearby. Its a beautiful atmosphere that reminds resembles the environment where they used to live. Right now they are struggling with staffing which we do understand and they are doing their absolute best. They have lost some important people but when we asked the director about it [name removed] was very upfront and honest. We really appreciate that they didn't get excuse or try and give us the run around. We felt like our concerns were listened to. We do think at times they could communicate just a little bit better with the families but overall we are very happy with Tradition's at Solana.

I toured Traditions at North Willow. The community was nice and clean. I liked the layout, and their memory care unit was located on the 2nd floor. We chose another community because they couldn't accept my mom, based on her level of care & behavioral state.

Traditions was a really nice facility that was more apartment-like. There are 4 levels and we just thought that was a little too big. It was just not the right fit for what we were looking for.

Caring staff, friendly residents who seem very happy living there.

We chose Traditions at North Bend because of the convenient location and just the overall appearance of the facility. I was impressed with what I saw after we toured. The only complaint my mom loved one has had has been on the food so I think they could probably improve there. Overall we have been very pleased with them, they have been so helpful and take great care of my loved one. I would recommend them to other families looking.

The community is very friendly and helpful towards the residents and families. The atmosphere is more home like than a nursing home. The staff are great about getting back to me about answers to my questions or concerns. Some of the activities available include church, music, crafts, and more for the residents to choose from. My loved one seems to be happy with the meals. There are a couple of choices per meal for the residents to choose from. My loved one really enjoys the desserts offered. Housekeeping, laundry, care, the apartment, utilities, and changing of linens are included in the monthly fee. I do provide snacks that my loved one enjoys for them to snack on.

The friendliest place with the most socialized residents of multiple facilities we reviewed and toured . Traditions will bend over backwards to make a tough situation as good as possible. In our case geographically convenient, but that was a minor part of decision. The team here will make you feel like they are your relatives as well

Overall this is good place for a loved one to be cared for. Any time I have any problems they are usually fixed in a timely manner. I do feel communication needs to be improved but other than that they take good care of my loved one and he likes the employees and care he receives.

I've been generally happy with Brookdale. The staff is caring, and I feel like my mom is safe there. They've been very diligent about covid protocols and are thoughtful about how the quarantines that they put in place. The director makes herself available to the families and she's very responsive. Like many places in the area, they've had staffing issues which have caused some problems with resident care and communications, but the staff that is there works hard to try to overcome that. The memory care area does not have enough staff to provide adquate engagement for the residents.

I think it is a great location for me. They take good care of my loved one. They answer all of my questions. They came together for an overall review after 30 days to review any concerns I may have had. I was pleased with the outcome.

We chose Five Star Residences because it just felt homier. She had some acquaintances as well and the price was in our budget. One thing that has been an issue is the coordination between IU health, 5 star, and the medication provider. It has taken an awful lot of back and forth to keep her medical care coordinated. A lot of balls have been dropped but things seem to be improving. The staff are more than willing to work with you through everything and have been really quick to help us. I would definitely recommend them to others looking.

Our first impression and what we noticed right away was the people there. The staff members and even the residents are very friendly and have a desire to help. Even though our loved one does not choose to participate in the activities they do have plenty to offer during the day.

They have super friendly staff, are responsive, and caring. Overall it is a good experience for us and my loved one. I can call anytime to check on my loved one. Everything is good. I would recommend Brookdale Lakeview Crossing to others.

We've pretty much had a good experience. The place is clean. They keep it up. They're friendlier than any place like this I've ever been in. And I think they're doing good with the care they're providing to my loved one.

Traditions is an assisted living memory care facility that opened in June 2020... which was a hard time for everyone. I chose it for my 84 year old mother with rapidly worsening dementia and I'm very happy I did. All the staff have been so courteous and caring with her. The challenges they have faced with keeping employees is similar to everywhere else in this "post-pandemic" times... I know they are doing the best they can. Highly recommend.

Nursing department needs lot of attention, especially regarding timing and accuracy of meds. Food service - dining room is not always clean and staff needs training on how to handle dirty dishes and serving food with appropriate utensils.
