Very homey and very friendly staff. Many of the residents are very friendly as well. They could increase the variety of activities. And following the level of care plan more consistently would be wonderful

The dining room is open from 7am-6pm;The activities are a very popular thing for the residents; they have their own physical therapy facilities

What we like the most about Traditions of Beaumont is that it is clean and the administrative staff were good. However, what they could improve on would be to have better communication and better training for CNA's.

It is an affordable option for many who are looking for a place for their loved ones. The staffing levels are not ideal but they are adequate. We picked this community mainly because of the cost.

The meals that are prepared are inedible and the activities are boring. It is expensive if the food is inedible The independent duplexes are very nice. So in that respect, it's a great place to live. But we pay so much and can't eat. I'd move if I found better food.

We were very happy initially but with staff turnover, things have gone downhill sharply. I would tell them to look elsewhere.

My husband is no longer there. We had issues and I decided to take him elsewhere.

The review is based on the 19 days they were there. When we interview them before moving in they said they were overstaffed...they moved in and everyone said they were overworked and every aid said someone called off and it took them sometimes 30+ minutes to respond to their call buttons. I think their staffing has gotten stronger BUT still understaffed in my opinion...at least for what they quoted in their interview process. The facility was always clean, however when it would snow they threw salt on the sidewalks but those were not always plowed and cleaned off. With the exception of the understaffing and not responding in a reasonable amount of time, many nurses and aids knew their stuff, even the new grad RN knew some, but if she didn't she would find out and actually come back with the answer, never left us hanging. I'm a picky eater and even I liked the food! Knowing their needs I was quite disappointed to find out the true staffing ratio...only ONE nurse on at night for the ENTIRE facility! Most of the time only one aid at night too. That's dangerous in my opinion! Luckily she didn't need much care if any... he was completely careless. Luckily the day he moved in he went on hospice care and we had 2 sets of people caring for him daily, plus family. The residence was very nice, the care they promised and dished out during the walk through/interview process didn't match up. The pay scale for the services needed/rendered did not compute...I did medicine for 25 years...their care didn't even come close to what we paid monthly!!!

The biggest complaint is medications and the medical director has never returned any calls. I've given up on that. One of my loved one's meds is routinely out of stock with Gardian Pharmacy. She was without it for 8 days. I finally asked if it could be called in to Walgreens for me to pick up myself. The nurse is helpful. Room cleaning doesn't seem to be completely regular, but is satisfactory.

The overall facility felt really sad. I felt like I was in a nursing home, not a place for senior Independent Living. It would be good for some, but was not right for my parents.

Our family had an in person tour with Hilliard Assisted Living and it was actually my stepfathers favorite, however it scared us off with the failing of them getting back to us in a timely manner.

hey are short staffed, turnover. Communication issues between pharmacy and nursing. When it comes to the meals, it is not the quality we expected. Mom walked in and now spends most all of her time in a wheelchair. There are very limited activities for the memory care side.

Our family had an in person tour with experience Hilliard Assisted Living and it was just not going to be the place for our loved one. It had 2 floors and we had to provide furniture (I believe).

We picked this location, because it was close to me. They were engaging with memory care patients. I would not recommend. We had a lot of billing issues, and a constant change to all levels of management. Also a [removed]% increase within 1 year of being there.

It was not nearly as nice, didn't have the size I wanted (2 bedroom/2 baths), elevator made great noise and seemed unsafe, flooring in hallway and elevator was not well maintained. Knew at once it wasn't what I was looking for.

Great atmosphere at Traditions of Lebanon. Villa is spacious. Great staff. Poor meal choices. Menu very plain, and inconsistent in preparedness.

The tour guide was helpful I was not impressed with the staff, as it appeared to be agency staff.

The interaction with the staff is good, but sometimes they don't return phone calls. We picked this community, because it was newer and a smaller community. they can improve on improve on communication and returning calls. Also, housekeeping is not cleaning like they should. The activites and food is fine, it's just the communication.

They are a nice facility and the best we felt however they had a lot of turnover during the time of us for no contracts etc which was very frustrating and even hard to sign an agreement. We got through. Staff super nice but lower so time to get took a little longer than like...overall it's fine..

Meadow Brook was a nice facility but admitted they had a shortage of staff issues. They were not going to be able to accommodate my loved ones over-night needs.
