I like the people and the staff. The staff are great and go above and beyond.

This is a beautiful community and I believe that i will enjoy life here. The people are warm and friendly also! The surroundings near everything make the location wonderful.

Great management and care staff. They really have gone above and beyond caring for my dad.

Making a decision to move my mom into an assisted living was not an easy decision. With the help of the management staff they have made this transition so smooth. From my long list of questions and open communication of what was happening everything has gone as planned.

After my father fell at home, we had to find a safe place for him to move. We visited Traditions at Brookside with [name removed]. She was very helpful. She made us feel very comfortable about moving our dad to his new home.

My mother has been a resident in the memory care unit on traditions for 2 months, I am amazed at how well she has adjusted, which I credit to the care and kindness of the wonderful staff. Whenever I need anything or asked any questions, the staff have always been prompt and very accommodating. My mother always tells me how nice and friendly everyone is, how good the food tastes and how much she enjoys the activities and her new friends. It is so comforting knowing my mom is happy, safe in such caring Hands.

I cannot say enough good things about Solana. The staff is exceptional and very accommodating. The building is in a great location and offers great views.

My mom has been a resident here since it opened last fall. It is such a beautiful facility! [name removed] (executive director) is very responsive and great at communicating with families. He really cares about the residents' experience. [name removed] makes the front desk welcoming. [name removed] (the memory care activities director) is truly something special and is such an asset to that community! In my experience, [name removed] and others on the care team take an interest in the residents and do a good job bonding/connecting with them. When there is constructive feedback provided, the staff does a nice job responding with any necessary changes. Overall I am very happy with our choice to have my mom in their care!

My uncle moved in at the beginning of the year. We are very close, so myself and my kids were in often. Traditions is a very welcoming community. Covid has been challenging, however, the staff at Traditions 100% stepped up to fill the gap left by family not being able to regularly visit. Everyone Works hard to connect and engage with residents.

I do like Tradition at North Bend very much. Everyone is friendly and professional. Problems are taken care of promptly. Food is excellent. A great place to live.

The initial tour of this facility was thorough. My mom lived in an independent living place in Detroit and a financial transition plan was developed which helped me make the decision. The patient evaluation was thorough and helpful. It was especially helpful in dealing with the move in as some furniture shipped early.

My mom is excited about moving in. We have gone through all the emotions of making a decision. [name removed] has done wonderful answering our questions even 7:00 pm phone calls and meeting with us on a weekend! Getting closer to a move-in date! We were surprised by how excellent the food was! The chef even met with us!

Moved my wife of 67 years into memory care. My health declined and as much as I wish I could I cannot care for her. They did very well with a smooth transition for us both and went above and beyond to help us. It is a very nice place.

We watched this community being built. We stopped in to inquire. We loved what we learned and observed. The independent garden homes are well designed and very comfortable. This community is well managed. We love living here.

Everyone at Solana has been welcoming and very accommodating. The staff is friendly and they have gone above and beyond to help me get settled. The food is superior to other places and I have not had anything that I have not liked. [name removed] does an amazing job! I highly recommend this location!

We have no complaints! We enjoy the fellowship we have with other residents. All of the staff members are lovely and accommodating.

My mom moved in. She was excited to have a first-floor unit. Staff has been very helpful with mom's care. I don't live local but I know she is in great hands and very well taken care of.

Did a virtual tour. Worked out great and the information was communicated very easily. Still a few months away from making a decision, Hunter Station is one I am considering.

We come from a large family of daughters. So making us all agree is never easy. When mom and dad's health declined we knew we needed to make a decision. Traditions went above and beyond to re-ensure all of us we were comfortable. The staff is fabulous!

Very knowledgeable CRD has a lot of compassion for her community. Had a great follow up and was given a great book to help us learn. Still making a decision but really like Hunter Station.
