Both of my parents lived here. My mom recently passed away and the staff was loving and kind as she struggled with dementia. My father remains and I am equally impressed with how they have tried to engage him in activities through COVID and through his grief for my mother. The staff is warm, kind, and attentive and really care about the residents. This is the third place my parents have lived and by far the best.

Our mother has been a resident of Traditions at North Willow since last fall (2019); we could not be happier with the care she has been given by the entire staff at TNW. They treat her like family, especially since our family has not been able to visit with her these last few months. There are many individuals on residents. It's not just a job for them, but a vocations. And, that's the kind of care families want for their loved ones.

Traditions has been a wonderful choice for my mom. The caregivers are attentive and kind. We received daily updates of community health. (covid) Residents have many choices of activities to choose from daily. All employees are considerate and welcoming. I highly recommend Traditions for anyone looking for an assisted living facility.

Traditions is an amazing facility and the staff is equally wonderful. It is always clean and the staff always makes visitors feel welcome. The staff is very attentive to my mother. The activities are well run and plentiful (pre-covid) and I know will be plentiful again (post-covid). In summary, it is an excellent facility with excellent staff.

Staff is terrific! My mother feels completely taken care of and safe — even in most of the pandemic. We are thrilled that we moved her to Traditions almost 2 years ago!

This is the third facility my uncle has lived in, and it is by far the best. The employees are consistently attentive and caring. When they promise to do something I know it will be done. The facility is modern, clean, and inviting, The memory care unit offers safe access outdoors to all residents year-round. They have handled the pandemic with professionalism and have safeguarded the health of both residents and employees. I am so grateful to have found this for my uncle.

We feel so fortunate to have found this community. We live in a villa and lack for nothing. The entire staff are kind, respectful, helpful and most accomodating to meeting any needs that may arise. Love it here!!!

Our mom has lived here since last year. We could not be more pleased with her transition, or her independent living residence. The staff have gone out of their way to make her feel at home and include her in community activities — even in these trying times. The staff demonstrates their concern for our mom's health and well being and we are looking forward to many visits with our mom and her new friends.

We moved our mom to the new villas on [date removed]. Facility is very nice and the team members are incredible. The adjustment has been good for our mom. The COVID-19 shutdown has made it difficult for her to meet people but the "porch" activities and gentle pushes from the staff have encouraged our mom to start participating. I am so thankful for [names removed]! And everyone else.

The facility is very clean. The residents (including family member) appear to enjoy being here. The staff is courteous, helpful, professional, and accessible whenever needed. I have no concerns about the well-being of my father (who is extremely difficult to please). They honor his requests (no matter how big or irrelevant it may seem) and are very patient with him. I've been several members of the staff go way above and beyond their duties to assist my father. they treat him like their own family!

My mom took a little time to adjust, She did make friends. The staff was friendly, they were clean. They took good care of my mom. The room size and layout of the community were good. I liked that the units had a kitchen and it had a good size bathroom. The doctor that they had that comes in really helped.

The room sizes are good. The staff is kind. They have been proactive regarding Covid-19. The food is good. They have some outdoor space. They usually have a lot of activities and bring in entertainment for the residents. They have a beauty salon.

There is a very high confidence level with the staff. I know when I was not there they kept her engaged and she was well cared for. A lot of different floor planes. The food was good and they had lots of menu options the staff was good at letting the resident independently choose their meal but stay with in their dietary needs. They went above and beyond to care for the residents while helping them remain as independent as possible.

We have had the best overall experience at Traditions. The staff are off the charts incredible. They truly care about the residents as much as their own families do, The communication has been excellent. They make it feel like such a pleasant, cheerful, uplifting atmosphere that is such a fun place and a place you want to be. They are dancing, singing, and doing tons of activities with the residents. They really go the extra mile for every resident. It feels like a vacation resort and not a nursing home. It has been a treasure for us and we are full of excitement to be there.

The staff went out of their way to be extra helpful and friendly. We had to make a quick decision because of a time constraint and we have been very happy with our decision. I would highly recommend Traditions at Reagan Park.

My thoughts of this community are beyond words and our expectations. My husband and I are together in an apartment here. He receives assisted living and I am independent. We are treated with respect and dignity and are very happy here. My husband stated, "He loves it here, it is just like heaven." We are happy and feel close to this community.

My dad and I certainly miss you and the wonderful staff. It is difficult not seeing my mother, but we are so grateful for all you are doing for her and other residents. When we have Facetimed, she is well-groomed and looks great. I appreciate the updates when I call to check on her. Again, thank you! Please know we are lifting you in prayer every day. And all the staff and residents as well. This is a difficult time, but you are doing an excellent job in managing everything. Not an easy task. This too shall pass. With much gratitude and love.

There are not enough words to express my thanks and gratitude to the staff of Traditions. They have been so loving and thoughtful with the care of my mother. The facility is lovely as are the other residents. My mom is enjoying the new friends she has made and all the activities she gets to participate in. Thank you everyone at Traditions at Noth Willow.
