The nursing staff has been very good with communicating to our family, they reach our very frequently regarding any updates with our loved one which is very appreciated. They also have been very accommodating to our loved ones dietary needs.

It's a very nice facility. Everybody is really friendly and welcomes you in. We've just seemed to fit right in with everyone. I've not tried the food, but it smells really good. The Activities Director seems to stay busy with the residents and keep them occupied. When she's not busy doing that, she's handing out snacks and newsletters with memory-oriented puzzles and things. I really like it there, and my loved on seems to like it as well. I would definitely recommend them.

I would recommend you check the community out for your loved one. The staff are a stand-out to me. The location is good for our family to visit our loved one. They have a good chef, and the food could be improved on for the residents. Overall the food is good though.

We chose Traditions at Beaumont because they worked with us and gave us a good rate. The facility is very close to home and we really liked what we saw and the people that we met (staff and residents). It just seemed like the best fit for mom. Her apartment sizes is completely adequate for what she needs. It has been a good experience and I would highly recommend.

I would give a glowing recommendation for the community. The have been extremely helpful. The communication is excellent with the staff. The staff send out emails to all the residents' families. They have been responsive to any questions I have about my loved one via email or phone call.

We chose Traditions because they had a stand alone villa available, they got a 2 bedroom 2 bath and it is pretty big. Before covid, they were able to do bus trips to different places and they also provide transportation which is really. The meals here are chef prepared and really good, I actually met the chef the other day and he is very nice. I would recommend to others looking.

The were in the running as one of our top choices. The Director continues to reach out and check in about us. It is a really nice place. The pricing is fair. They have a theater room, fitness room, and a beauty salon. It is a really nice place. The community looked like more of a hotel and was bigger than we wanted.

It has been a wonderful experience at Traditions at North Willow for my mom. Their care is excellent and their protocols that they had even before state mandates have been amazing and they have had minimal cases of covid among staff members and the residents. The director of medical has been awesome, she has the welfare of the residents first in mind. The day to day staff are great as well and know all residents and family by name, they go above and beyond. We could not be happier and I would absolutely recommend them.

[name removed] was so kind and helpful to my aunt, [name removed]. Besides walking with her to dinner on her first sight, I know she cleaned up after her and did a load of her clothes. She went above and beyond to make [name removed]'s first night comfortable.

I feel that the community is safe and clean. The staff takes good care of him and I think the food is good. The communication is great between the staff and the family and they keep us updated on any covid changes also. I would recommend this community to others

This appears to be a lovely facility, and [name removed] provided excellent communication and information; however, it does not meet our preferred criteria because they do not accept Medicaid Waiver for memory care units.

The staff members at the community are fantastic, and our loved one would of said the meals were great. For as expensive as it was, we were very comfortable with our loved one being there, we know she was well taken care of. From day one our loved one was very happy there and we never had anything to worry about.

I really cannot say enough good about New Hope Valley. They did everything that you could want. We chose this facility because of the location, it was closer to me. My only request was that she would be comfortable and not be in any pain and they said they would be able to do that for us. I would highly recommend to others looking.

The community provided a bus for residents to use for shopping. I was impressed with this community. My loved one was here for a week. We feel that the staff was the greatest that we could have asked for. This has my highest recommendation.

The activities at this community would be a 10 out of five. They have balloon volleyball, the residents can participate in arts and crafts and the activities director is absolutely fantastic. For memory care, the rooms are very nice spacious and very clean. However, when it comes to the care, there are some problems with the nursing staff.

We chose Meadow Brook out of a couple other places. We got in contact with one of the directors and she was so very helpful and informative about this facility. The more I talked to her it just felt right. My mom who is in Memory Care and a sister with disabilities in the facility we have had good and positive experiences. They are very helpful when we call asking how each one is doing and taking care of problems when they make need something. With COVID-19 this year it’s been especially hard not being able to see them as much or be in their rooms but the staff has been very accommodating. I would highly recommend Meadow Brook.

This is a beautiful community and I believe that I will enjoy life here. The people are warm and friendly also! The surroundings have everything to make this location wonderful

Community is only 10 months old but entire staff is devoted to making all residents safe, busy, and happy. Executive Director and Activities Director are exceptional in all ways. Our record in protecting against outbreak of Cvid-19 is near perfect and stands as a testament.

We were in need of a place for mom. As soon as we walked in, we knew this was it. We were greeted with a warm welcome. It was so nice to be treated with respect, compassion and understanding. We have had a bad experience before and this is such a breath of fresh air. Traditions at Solona is just beautiful and mom loves looking out and seeing the water outside her window. She has been on a trip to see the fall leaves and this has lifted her spirits since she has been in during covid. I can honestly say we have increased our family by a lot since mom moved in. We look at the staff and residents as family now. If mom needs or wants anything we know she has it because they make sure the residents here are well cared for. We actually had a chance to taste the food and OMG It is awesome. The kitchen staff is on it. Thank you to everyone here!!! We really appreciate all you do.
