Traditions Management

My friend lost her husband and had no one to help her. I knew she couldn't continue to live in her home with the early stages of dementia so I began looking into nearby assisted living places. Traditions has a great staff of hard working , caring people, and the location on White river fit [name removed] needs perfectly. Since her move just a few weeks ago, she's beginning to thrive under their care. It's not easy adjusting, but such a relief knowing she's doing as well as she is.

The Brookdale Zanesville community has always been well kept and clean, the maintenance team is always on top of everything. The entire building is clean every week. The staff has always been very good to me and the meals are really nice.

The Executive Director manages a great community! The staff goes above and beyond as they really care about the residents. There are plenty of activities that are attractive to a wide range of interests. They meet with the residents to get their input. The most impressive was how they have been handling COVID protocols. They did a great job of balancing the protection of the residents and family visits during the various periods of the pandemic. I live out of state and am comforted by the quality of the community and staff. My mom is really happy here.

I was very impressed by Brookdale Lakeview Crossing. The facility was very nice as were the staff. This was our second choice and seemed like a great place to have a loved one.

This is a fine location. I would recommend you review this community for yourself to see if it works for your loved one. The experience of the community and attention towards my loved one to assist them in getting acclimating to the community has been wonderful. My loved one enjoys the food. The activities have been good as well for my loved one.

It was easy to move in. They've been extremely helpful whenever a situation or concern arises. Even when my family member misplaced her purse, they were super helpful making sure we found it. They couldn't be nicer. The facility is extremely well kept and very nice. It's more on the up-scale side. My family member seems to like the food overall. Their cost is in in line with everything else in the area. We've been impressed with the whole experience so far.

My dad had a good tour experience with Traditions. We thought this was going to be the facility we liked the most and nothing was wrong with it, the residents just did not seem as happy and we were really looking for companionship for her.

my Mom had a stroke in June 2021, wanted to keep her local in Mount Vernon area, called and talked to the Staff about her moving in , got all my questions answered and they were very helpful especially on the knowledge of the long term care insurance paperwork, Staff is very Friendly and helpful with my Mom's situation, all in all with the Covid situation going on I believe it is working out very well for my Mom Thanks ,

I became familiar with Brookdale in 2015 when I put my neighbor guy Charlie in Brookdale’s care. He was 88 at the time. He was a retired farmer with no family. I was his neighbor and POA .. he fell in love with the place the residents and the staff. That place took wonderful care of my grandpa that I never had but called him as my own. He lived there until he passed on Christmas morning of 2017. I thought I would never see that place again which broke my heart so I kept bringing goodies in for the staff and the residents then in 2019 my other neighbor and his family appointed me [name removed] POA since I was right next door to him my whole life and could help in a minute well long story short he loses his house in a fire loses his wife had a mini stroke and needed nursing home care so I call Brookdale and they just happened to have a room available so I moved him in there from the wonderful experience I had previously. Hands down Brookdale would be highly recommended by me and others

I am so very grateful to the staff at Brookdale Mt. Vernon, where my dad is a resident in Memory Care. From the day he arrived, the staff has encouraged him, supported him, watched over him, laughed with him and they truly care for him as a person. I receive phone calls from the staff if they have a concern or an update. My emails to the staff are always answered promptly.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a great experience, it would of been one of our top choices but it was just to expensive

We went to quite a few places to tour and I just had a really good feeling with Traditions. [name removed] was amazing and always got back to me and answered all of the questions I had. It is clean, open, and his apartment is perfect size for him. He seems to be happy with the staff members and gets along well with them. They are all so friendly and helpful and go above and beyond. I never have to worry about him and I have peace of mind. Overall we have been very happy with our experience.

I would recommend Traditions at Reagan Park. I also recommend a long conversation with the admissions staff on needs of your loved one and your expectations of care. Some of the activities include bingo, movie nights, cards, happy hour, church services, arts and crafts, and more for the residents to choose from. The food is good and it is nice. There is a table that has the meal set up to show the residents what is being served. If the residents doesn't like the meal they can choose another option or breakfast is served all day.

So far we've really had a good experience. They're very friendly when we come in. If we ask anything of them, they seem to do it. The facility is clean every time we go there, and her room is really nice. I've been really happy with them.

We had a great tour experience with Traditions. The facility is brand new and very nice. They had a lot to offer, they even had a bar in the facility. We did not go with this facility because they do not take Medicaid.

I think the move-in was easy. The transition for my mom went well. They try to make her feel at home, and I think they do a good job trying to make her comfortable. I think the apartments are really nice. It' s a good size for her, and in terms of her mobility, she can get around well. The square footage lends itself to a good environment for someone who's 86 years old.

Everyone working here is kind, friendly, helpful. Good Management, good food!

My mom is very happy at Traditions. The employees are outstanding and very kind and attentive to her. My family very much appreciates all they do for my mom.
