I feel the people that work here genuinely care about the residents. The place is always clean. Before Covid the activities were exceptional. I realize its harder now. Most importantly my mother always tells me its a great place to live.

They have been great to my wife. They care for her and she is doing well.

I am a currently an employee at Traditions at Solana, I have been with Solana for 7 years. I really enjoy working at Traditions at Solana where the residents and employees is all family to each other. I would highly recommend Traditions for your family member, we will treat and care for them as if they was our own family!!

The residents and staff are like family. The residents are so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The serene environment is amazing.

This community is in a PERFECT spot! Its close to everything you need but sits back on the water so both sides of the apartments have a view of the water. Really is spectacular all year round! Staff was super knowledgeable and accommodating. They were willing to allow upgrades to the rooms and changes to make the apartment feel more like home to the family I was touring with.

Staff was very knowledgeable and welcoming! Very impressive how long some of their staff have worked in the building. The receptionist has worked at Solana since the building opened. My mother ultimately decided to stay in Florida for the time being but if we ever convince her to move to Indiana, Solana is where we will go!!

I moved my dad to Traditions at Brookside during the height of COVID-19 in April 2020. Executive Director, [Name removed] and her staff have been exception in dealing with the COVID challenge and continue to care for my dad and all residents in a professional and caring way. This is an A+++ facility.

My 96 year old uncle, the last of seven children , remarked on his initial visit to Hilliard Assisted Living “ I think I’ll like it here’. Three years later and leaving for heaven he felt the same way. His care was always exceptional with a feeling of family that he and the staff shared and embraced with one another. Our family couldn’t be more grateful for those who cared for him on his first day of residency and during his final hours with HAL. Thanks again for making his final years both comfortable and enjoyable.

I love Traditions. This facility has been wonderful for my brother.

Traditions is beautiful, home-like, and smells like freshly-baked cookies. The rooms have great views and are quite spacious. They even allowed us to make upgrades! The staff is where Traditions really shines. [Name removed] coached us through the tough transition, providing hugs as needed. She proudly shows pictures of residents on her phone as if they were her own family. [Name removed] the director was on hand during Mom's first night. I saw [name removed], maintenance head, escorting Mom to lunch one day to make sure she was sitting with other residents. When I visited recently, I saw [name removed] had dropped some candy off with a lovely note. The nursing staff and aides all clearly care about the residents and work hard to make them feel valued. [Name removed], the head chef, even put some of Mom's favorite foods on the menu! The staff greets residents by name when they walk by, and you truly see that they care. The staff rallied around to make Mom feel welcome and engaged. Mom is settled in and enjoying her new life now!

I think for the Garden Homes it's the freedom. I wasn't sure if we'd be more confined, but we love the freedom to come and go and the comradery in the dining room. We really enjoy meeting different people. The upkeep looks so pretty when we come in and I'm really pleased to have my family or friends come in because everything looks so clean and fresh. The same with the interior of the main house. It's always so clean and that makes me happy because I'm a bit of a neat nick. Maintenance staff is just the best and I love the way we're greeted when we come in by the personnel. Everyone is just friendly.

A wonderful community! All the staff have truly gone above and beyond to help me get settled. They have done so much to help. The move in coordinator has even helped me pick up and match my drapes! Nowhere else could you get that! Love living here.

Everyone has made the decision to make a move so easy! I am so far very pleased and so is my mom. They really have gone above and beyond to help us. I am very thankful for everyone who has helped, from the first time walking in, to the E.D.

My aunt lived in the patio homes here. We are grateful she had a community. So when it was time for the next step and assisted living was needed, Hunter Station team made everything so easy for us. She enjoys staying in her community, also enjoying be cared and pampered for. Everyone has made her feel so much better.

We have been going back and forth with my mother in law on what she was going to do. When she had a health scare it almost came as a blessing as it opened her eyes on what she really needed. I was so thankful to Traditions as she came in not happy but left feeling better. The girl who toured us was patient and listened to our wants and needs because that was very important to her. Still deciding but I want her to choose Traditions. I will tell everyone to come tour here.

Toured with my aunt who is very hesitant. I liked that they asked all the important questions and talked with my aunt about her and how she felt. That made a big impact on all of us and why we have decided Traditions is where she will be going.

I toured the community. Everything was clean and everyone I met was friendly. Great to see activities going and helps my dad be more active.
