Traditions Management

Traditions at Solana is a wonderful, family-oriented care facility. I love that the staff know their residents by name and always say hello. I've driven on Keystone so many times but never knew Traditions was back there because it's so private and serene. The water views are beautiful and the rooms are nice. This is a great facility and I would recommend it to families looking for a place for their loved one.

I enjoy everything about this community. The staff, the food, the freshness.

I was able to tour the Five Star Residences and I really liked this facility. I actually started the process of moving in, but at that time it seemed like there was some inexperience workers within the management team and that made me a little uneasy. However everything the community offered and even the apartments was everything I wanted.

You only have to be in the facility for about 5 minutes to see how much the staff cares. All the Aids are so knowledgeable about each of the residents. Everyone says Hello when you pass. This facility and it’s staff is just so welcoming. You feel confident when you walk out the door that the residents are being well taken care of. Take mom and dad here. This is the place you have been looking for.

I liked this community a lot but I had to change areas because the loved ones that were close to her were out of town for a long period of time. The tour guide was very nice and were very good and informative.

My mom had a very tough last few months. When deciding as a family what to do next we were truly unsure of what to do when first reaching out we called so many places. With no returned calls we were frustrated! We were so thankful when we were instantly connected with [name removed]. She made everything so smooth and mom moved in 2 weeks later. They even had a gift for her on her first day. So sweet!

I have lived here for two years now and happy to call it my home. There are many activities to choose from and they take us grocery shopping once a week. I also enjoy the music. The staff always puts a smile on my face when they visit me. It brightens my day. I enjoy living here and hope to make many more memories.

When you walk in the door, you are hit with the smell of fresh baked cookies floating through the air! The fire is crackling & if you look through to the back patio there is a beautiful view of the white river. The staff makes each person feel like family. They know each resident by name & something about them. [name removed] conducted the tour & she stopped to help a resident back to their room. She was so knowledgeable about the process & hurdles we might encounter when trying to convince mom. You can tell she loves what she does & truly feels like she is on a mission to help each family, even if they don't pick her community. [name removed] even sent me along with a care package of goodies to take to mom for the holidays. We decided to keep my mom in Florida closer to other family but I would hands down pick Solana if we are ever able to talk her into moving to Indiana. It just feels like home when you walk through the door. You know you are leaving your family in good hands in this community!!

The location is very convenient for our family and so far based on our experience we would recommend Traditions at North Willow to other families.

Solana is an excellent community. They have lots of amenities which helped with the transition for my grandma. The staff was very accommodating and helped guide us through the process. Could not recommend it any more!

My uncle was here a few years ago, so when my dad needed more help I knew where to go. Traditions has been a part of our family and have always treated all of us wonderfully.

My mother moved to Traditions in May 2021. The entire staff has made it easier for us and our mom to move her there. They are very friendly and genuinely care about my mom and how she is doing. My mom always says how good the food is too. My sister and I are very happy with the care our mother receives and the condition of the facility is always kept nice.

My dad recently moved into this community and I am so pleased with the care he is receiving in assisted living. He is adjusting very well thanks to the attentive, helpful, and caring staff in all departments. I am a nurse caring for seniors myself and have high standards...I am so glad I chose Traditions for my dad. His quality of life has already improved.

Generally our family is pretty happy with Traditions, they have been responsive to any questions or concerns we have had. The residents are still pretty sequestered right now with the covid pandemic, and they are the only ones allowed in the dining room so we do not have much feedback over the meals themselves.

Bright and warm atmosphere felt very homelike. Doesn't have a feel of a 'nursing' home. Relaxing atmosphere '

Our family had an in person tour and it was great, this was a top contender and even though we did not go with Solana, we know our loved one would of been happy there.
