They go above and beyond to know each resident and their needs. We have been thrilled with this facility! Mom loves it!

They have been very helpful. They staff are very attentive, and they have been able to figure out my loved one's needs very quickly. The staff communication has been great. They are quick to call if something comes up, and they are responsive to the family's questions or concerns. The meals are served three times a day in the dining room. The community will take meals to the residents rooms by requests.

This is an excellent place. They were extremely helpful during the move in process. The staff were able to answer all of our questions. They were attentive to the challenges that my loved one has had. They have been accommodating to make my loved one more comfortable in the community. My loved one loves the food and thinks it is excellent. There are performers, happy hour, puzzles, multicultural food and lectures, and more for activities for the residents to choose from.

Our family had an in person tour with Hilliard Assisted Living and it was a wonderful tour experience.

We couldn't be more pleased with the TLC provided for our mom. She is cared for with respect, patience & kindness. The staff looks after her as if she was their own loved one. With the current Covid climate, their protocol has been smart and spot on. Now more than ever we are grateful for the care givers & staff. Traditions is the place to be on the west side of Cincinnati!

At first when my family looked for me, I was in the hospital. Since I have recovered, I would like to thank this great community for the support to get me better. I love being here. No place like it.

We have been very happy with Traditions of Lebanon so far, the staff members are super friendly and actually show genuine concern about the residents well being. They make sure they are comfortable and are on top of their medication, they are not afraid to ask questions either. We don't have much feedback regarding the meals and dining service, from what we have heard the meals sound great but they are not yet allowing the families to eat with the residents in the dining hall. The families however can eat with their loved ones in their own room. Based on the activities schedule it seems like they have quite a lot to offer, our loved one is getting our more and socializing - she just seems brighter. We would recommend this community to others.

All of the tours that I took were incredible. The staff here were so kind and friendly. The facility has a lot of white and is definitely more formal feeling. WE were looking for a more comfortable vibe, but I have nothing negative to say about them at all.

It's been very good for my Mom. She has been a lot more active now and really enjoys living there. She goes for walks, exercise classes, she plays a lot of board games and crafts, etc. She enjoys the food. She is a big fan of the staff. She has made a lot of new friends. The age range for her independent living apartments seems to be 70- mid 90's. They provide maintenance and lawn care. They provide a washer and dryer in her apartment.

My friend lost her husband and had no one to help her. I knew she couldn't continue to live in her home with the early stages of dementia so I began looking into nearby assisted living places. Traditions has a great staff of hard working , caring people, and the location on White river fit [name removed] needs perfectly. Since her move just a few weeks ago, she's beginning to thrive under their care. It's not easy adjusting, but such a relief knowing she's doing as well as she is.

Its a lovely community that can be understaffed at times. All of the team members show unique empathy towards their residents.

This is a fine location. I would recommend you review this community for yourself to see if it works for your loved one. The experience of the community and attention towards my loved one to assist them in getting acclimating to the community has been wonderful. My loved one enjoys the food. The activities have been good as well for my loved one.

From my initial tour, to mom’s 2 months of residing at Hilliard Assisted, I could not be more pleased. From the friendly, supportive staff, to the delicious meals, this place is truly wonderful!

It was easy to move in. They've been extremely helpful whenever a situation or concern arises. Even when my family member misplaced her purse, they were super helpful making sure we found it. They couldn't be nicer. The facility is extremely well kept and very nice. It's more on the up-scale side. My family member seems to like the food overall. Their cost is in in line with everything else in the area. We've been impressed with the whole experience so far.

My dad had a good tour experience with Traditions. We thought this was going to be the facility we liked the most and nothing was wrong with it, the residents just did not seem as happy and we were really looking for companionship for her.

We went to quite a few places to tour and I just had a really good feeling with Traditions. [name removed] was amazing and always got back to me and answered all of the questions I had. It is clean, open, and his apartment is perfect size for him. He seems to be happy with the staff members and gets along well with them. They are all so friendly and helpful and go above and beyond. I never have to worry about him and I have peace of mind. Overall we have been very happy with our experience.

I would recommend Traditions at Reagan Park. I also recommend a long conversation with the admissions staff on needs of your loved one and your expectations of care. Some of the activities include bingo, movie nights, cards, happy hour, church services, arts and crafts, and more for the residents to choose from. The food is good and it is nice. There is a table that has the meal set up to show the residents what is being served. If the residents doesn't like the meal they can choose another option or breakfast is served all day.
