Traditions Management

Toured last week, best community around Indianapolis, most energetic and caring staff, [name removed] was having a blast with the residents during trivia in the morning, super impressive, most involved administration and management team I have seen yet. Beautiful dining room, full day of fun activities, so upset there isn’t the room we want available. We will be waiting for an opening.

From the beginning the staff have been top notch. This goes from reception, chef’s, aids, nurses, administration, to all management. Everyone calls you by name. They make each resident feel special by asking specific question and gearing thing to each person. Do their best to keep things fun and interesting. Very clean. Foods is restaurant quality.

I really liked this place.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a great experience but the community was just to far away

I wanted to write about my recent tour with Solana and staff. It was a last min walk in, and to our surprise, they were more than willing to spend the time with us at this moment. We thought we would have to set an appointment, but [name removed] welcomed us immediately into her office. The director was in her office when we arrived, and she immediately introduced herself and asked about my dad. The care of the details of not only my dads ailments, but also his hobbies was very refreshing. After a quick chat, the director excused herself and [name removed] began to offer all the services on how Solana could help. When we went on the tour, the residents were engaging, and really seemed happy Every staff member we passed addressed us and at least said hello. the activity lady stopped and introduced herself She even gave us a calendar to look over for the month of August. As we move forward with out selection, Solana is at the top of our list.

This is a good community. The didn't have a 24 hour nurse on staff here.

The food is A1 the activites is fun and inviting, its a great friendly atmosphere! it is your home away form home! 10 out of 10 would recommend :)

We hosted a birthday party for our father and [name removed] went the extra mile to make Shirley temples for all of our kids and make sure we were all overly taken care of, especially dad. We had a great time. The reason he is so happy and healthy at 90 years old is in part of Solana’s love and care. Thank you so much!!

I recently walked through this community with a close family member who is considering making the move to an assisted living facility. I was able to just walk in and speak with staff, whom we could tell were very busy with their own work, but were more than willing to stop and answer some questions we had regarding living in this community and what goes along with it. Every person we came into contact with that was working greeted us with a hello, it sure felt warm and inviting. Care services , meals, activities, etc. were all well explained in detail! My family member was super happy when we left and feeling hopeful that even though it would be a big change for them, a community like this would be amazing and we are looking into moving them in in the next coming months! I would highly recommend Traditions at Solana to anyone looking into an assisted living facility for their loved ones.

We toured this community last week! Great staff, [name removed] is the most caring person that we have come across during any of our other tours. She really cares about mom and dad. They have awesome activities scheduled: live entertainment is every Friday. They have three outings implemented a week one community based, one to a store and then one to a restaurant of the residents choice. The program is the best one we have interviewed with the most social residents.

[name removed] referred to assisted living like being on a cruise ship and she was SOOO right! Great way to get my dad excited about a possible move!

This felt right from the moment I walked in the front door. Everyone was smiling and made me feel welcome. My tour guide, [name removed], knew everyone's name and something about all of them. Really felt like they were one big happy family.

We toured this community this week and were impressed with the chair exercise classes that were taking place. All of the residents were social and welcoming, one even took us up to show us her studio!

Nurses at Traditions are the best! Always helpful.

Meadow Brook Senior Living is a very nice facility and we enjoyed talking with all of the staff. The rooms were very nice looking and we also go to see the food that looked delicious. For us it came down to the location, if I had to get there for an emergency it would take a while since it is close to a congested area. If we lived closer though, this would have been our first choice.

You couldn't want anything better. This has been an excellent experience for us. From the first tour to the assessment, to move in all the staff have been wonderful to work with. The food is great according to my loved one. Traditions ranks up there at the top, and they are very good.

We had selected Traditions at North Bend, and my wife and I were beyond thrilled with them. They worked with us on the price because Mom was on a limited income. They found a "view-obstructed" room (which we honestly didn't feel was that obstructed). Their help moving in and allowing us to move in early was great. And once we knew Mom wasn't going to be able to go due to a decline in her health, they gave us some extra days to get moved out. [name removed] and [name removed] in the office were both such a tremendous help. I wish Mom would have had a chance to go. I think it would have been really good for her.
