Fun place with friendly staff. Mom loves it here and I see why. Great communication skills from the activity department. She respond efficiently and timely which has helped me get mom to some fun events. Greatest community around. Glad I chose this place for mom. Deserves a 5 star review!

What sticks out most about Traditions at North Willow is the warm and inviting family-like atmosphere. Also the caring staff and amazing food plan. It has been an instant community for my parents

I'm very happy with Traditions of Columbus. Mom is very happy there. And I feel I made a good choice.

We did a walk in tour at 3:30 pm with the beautiful spirited receptionist [name removed]. She was the only one in the offices everyone else’s light were off and she made sure she stopped her job to show us around. She showed us around and because of her good attitude we are confident this is the right place for nanny. Wine was being served and a famous singer was setting up in the restaurant to perform for the night. Thank you [name removed] for your time!!!

Beautiful community with a GRAND activity program and restaurant styled dining hall. Very resourceful and kind staff. Social and engaged residents.

We picked this community because, the staff was very friendly and the facility was almost new. Traditions does their best to help each resident feel comfortable. The staff, I have talked to seem to know the residents on a personal level.

I love the fact that the staff and residents interact on a personal level with each other. The staff is very good and willing to do a lot for us. We have many outings and different activities which I am very thankful for. The people here have been nice and I have enjoyed my time. This is a very special place.

Very comfortable here. We have enjoyed it for the past almost 3 years. I enjoy the exercise classes in the club house and enjoy those along with the outings. Meet a lot of great residents and have nice neighbors.

When first walking through the door our lobby with the fire place and sofas feels like a home. The different areas and places that we can meet other residents are numerous. We have many occasions to be able to meet everyone here. The hallways are quiet and people are courteous. We are able to be our individual selves here and still be a part of the community. Our staff is excellent and care for all us a lot. The care and cleanliness of our apartments is done for us which is very nice.

Our mother has been a resident at Traditions at North Willow for over 2 years and the quality of care she receives is very good. When mom moved to town we toured many facilities and the cleanliness, courtesy of the staff, activities provided, menu choices and overall accommodations are what made our families decision to move mom here. Traditions is a great place with great staff who truly care for their residents.

Traditions at North Willow has been a trusted source of care for my mother who has been in memory care for a year. No place is perfect and transition has challenges, but all challenges have been met with caring helpful and thoughtful response. I am grateful to all staff from administration down to maintenance, but especially to the staff of the memory care unit and third party caregivers who take on the extra difficulty of dealing with dementia patients. Thank you!

Traditions at Brookside was really nice. It was very clean. The staff was really, really good. Everything was really nice there. The rooms didn’t have quite as much square footage as the place we chose (my loved one just had a lot of large furniture she wanted to keep).

My parents moved into Traditions and the staff has gone out of their way and worked to make the transition from independent living to assisted living as pleasant as possible. My Mom is always involved in daily activities making crafts, playing bingo, putting together puzzles and attending Bible study. Both Mom and Dad have made friends at Traditions and stay socially involved. Mealtime in the dining room is always a pleasant event with excellent food choices, friendly staff and again a lot of social time. Overall Traditions seems more like a large family which includes the residents and all the staff.
