This facility used to be a hospital, so it had more of a nursing home feel to it. They did not have balconies off of the rooms which is something we were looking for. The staff here were very friendly and it was a good value.

We chose Spring Haven Retirement because of the convenient location and the management staff, they have a great executive director. It is nice because they have 3 levels of care here, they have independent living, assisted, and memory care, so you are able to transition your loved ones if needed. The room sizes here seem to be fairly nice and comfortable. Overall, I would recommend them to others looking.

My wife and I toured several assisted livings in the area. When we walked into Balmoral it had a very welcoming feeling. We met with [name removed], the Sales Director. We didn't feel rushed, she answered all of our questions and was very pleasant. We spoke for several hours. It felt like family. She was very knowledgeable and the move in process was flawless. We are truly lucky to have meet all the friendly staff. My sister moved in last month and we are very happy with our decision. Thank you to the staff at Balmoral for taking such great care of her.

The Oaks of Clearwater is a great place to live. The building is right on the water, and the views from my room are awesome. There is always something fun going on at the building thanks to [name removed] and the activities team. I love playing corn hole, and our monthly birthday parties.. I have made some of the best friends here. My family convinced me to come here, against my initial wish. It was one of the best decisions I have made in my life. The Oaks is my home forever.

They do a very good job in memory care my stepmom is happier then she has been in years. It is really a nice place They take residents out on their bus to sightsee. They have lots of activities. They bring in lots of music and entertainment. The facility itself has a nice glassed-in porch so families can go and see their relatives during the lockdown.

My mom lives at Balmoral. She has been there for 8 months. She loves it there! Its been tough right now due to COVID 19 but we are making it work. We have been able to Face Time which has been real nice. I know it has been tough for all the residents and staff and even us as family members but we are all making it work and coming together as a family. I am grateful for everyone working in the medical field.
