We moved my 86 year old Mother into the Independent Living area at The Grande 6 months ago and it was the best decision we could’ve made for her! Her safety within the privacy of her own nicely appointed apartment (she has the ability to contact personnel at front desk 24 hrs a day) gives me great peace of mind. With all the social interactions she’s afforded, many activities offered, transportation provided to get her to appointments and to do errands, being served three delicious meals each day in a lovely dining room setting, and even an on-site hair salon, well, I’m delighted to report that her quality of life has improved exponentially. And all this for a very reasonable cost as well. We could not be more pleased.

I truly love this historical well-maintained community! The staff are amazing and there is just so much to do.

My Mom has lived at The Oaks for 2 years now, we've actually been staying here since the beginning of the month at a guest rate ($85 bucks a night, cant beat it with this location!) and have enjoyed all of the activity they have. So many Live entertainers, dances, parties etc. We had a huge luau and now were gearing up for another event the last day of the month. So much fun and my Mom loves the Independent Living, she has a 1 bedroom deluxe that is bigger than my apartment at home! Great place to live and I hope everyone enjoys it as much as we have, we plan on visiting much more often!

My Dad lived at the Oaks for almost a year before he passed... what a wonderful experience from top to bottom. They have a great team that made us feel so comfortable and kept us informed on his day to day. We are happy that Dad got to experience this gem before he passed, it was some of the best times in the final years of his life. Thank you all so much for what you do!

The Grande has lived up to their name. This is the first facility we walked in where people who stay here were laughing and truly having a good time. [Name removed] has went above and beyond with a smile on her face. Looking forward to moving our mom in tomorrow.

[Name removed] gave us a tour. Seen a lot of families/friends visiting, even small children. Residents had performed the play Wizard of Oz. Loved the choice of rooms. I would live there. Family is allowed to spend the night.

This is an absolutely lovely place -- a remodeled hotel with all the elegance of a gran dame. It is in the heart of town so a lot of cultural activities, restaurants, churches, and other amenities are close by. The management seemed sincerely interested in making a good match. Unfortunately, this location would require a much higher level of independence than my mother is capable of at this time. It would be perfect for someone interested in fully independent living in a prime location in St. Pete.

Very nice staff who generously allowed us an impromptu tour. Older multi-story building in urban setting — sturdy structure, well-equipped for emergencies with backup generator power. Warm, homey atmosphere in public areas (on the ground floor). Lots of activities, and the residents seemed happy and engaged. Spacious, lovely apartments with balconies and kitchen areas. Being an older building, the hallways were on the narrow side, and there may sometimes be a bit of a wait for the elevators.

The Princess Martha would be an ideal location due to the. easy access to transportation via PSTA bus service. Shopping, downtown activities. museums, the beach, restaurants are within walking distance. I would consider this location when making my decision to move.

So far the experience is going well for my mother with her move to this community. I do feel comfortable with her move here, she is in good hands. They have a very good staff, and they are taking good care of her. The community is nice, and clean when I visit. They provide good meals, and offer plenty of activities for the residents. I would highly recommend this community, it is working out well for us.

My mom was just moving in when people came to meet and welcome her. She had no trouble finding the dining room and loved the meals that she no longer had to prepare for herself, especially the Sunday breakfast buffet. So many activities, so many choices! I also LOVE the fact that she will be taken to her doctors appointment, as well as shopping trips

We toured this community for the care that is needed. We did not like that they have a board walk for the residents. The being did not seem to appear to be safe for the residents. We did like the staff and the community seems on the clean. The community also had activities that are offered. We would suggest that families tour this community. If the board walk is repaired it would be a nice place for the residents to enjoy.

We are happy with the care from this community. The staff is always making she that she is going well. They are attentive to here needs. The community is clean and maintained. The meals are very appealing and she is pleased with the variety; They do offer here alot of activities and they have personal care and transpostation. We would recommend this community for the nice value.

I was very concerned about putting my Mom in independent living in FL. I live in MD. Both my mom and I were so pleased with Spring Haven, that I left back to MD knowing my Mom was safe, in a clean place, with friendly care people to watch over her. And all for a very reasonable price. No reason to complain about the staff or the home itself. What a relief for me.

I am so impressed and extremely happy with my expirence so far with the Oaks of Clearwater. The friendly and caring staff have gone above and beyond to be sure [Removed] is comfortable and happy. The place is clean....smells good and is very inviting. Best decision we ever made!

Loved it and within our price. Residents looked happy. Space nice lots of sunny sitting areas. Room didn't have a view was only downside.

I think it's great. The cleanliness is super great, and the attitude of the staff is wonderful. It really is a great place in my opinion.
