I have lived here a year and find the people and staff to be very friendly and caring. There are activities to take apart in daily, the activities director is great also the food is great.

They have a good staff. They are an age in place community. They offer Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory care, so you loved one can stay at the same place. The food is good. They offer good housekeeping and laundry as well as cable. I am glad I found Spring Haven for my cousin.

The Oaks of Clearwater is a beautiful property and we will be moving my Mom here!

Awesome visit and walk-through with (name removed) one of the Directors at The Grande. Very nice dining hall that serves above average meals three times a day. They also have alternate dining selections if a resident desires a change from the weekly menu. Plenty of activities throughout the day. My mom enjoys the facility because they have RPN/DR visits at the Grande. Mom also enjoys the religious services because it's very relaxed and not far from your room.

Family atmosphere. Attentive staff. Good food and activity. Community outreach is a specialty. We observed the charitable giving month to month and decided to become part of this family.

My aunt has settled into the Princess Martha pretty well. Which is remarkable, since she is in her 90's and moved to Florida after living in the same town for 50 years! Everyone has been very nice. The services have be good.

My husband has been at Balmoral since May. He loves it there. They are friendly and the food is great

I am so pleased with my choice for MOM. They are all very caring and friendly. Great care.

My first impression was impressive. The outside is well kept. Inside was even better. I was treated by a friendly receptionist who introduced me to [name removed] who made me feel like I knew her for years. Very knowledgeable. She showed me around. The staff are friendly and the place is clean. We knew this was the place for mom. She moved in and is loving every minute.

Talked at length with [name removed]. Liked the facility all the staff was friendly and helpful.Liked the programs residents appeared to be happy. Only negative was the last room (out of 4) I looked at had a terrible odor. The other 3 rooms and the facility as a whole did not appear neglected or dirty.

We moved my 86 year old Mother into the Independent Living area at The Grande 6 months ago and it was the best decision we could’ve made for her! Her safety within the privacy of her own nicely appointed apartment (she has the ability to contact personnel at front desk 24 hrs a day) gives me great peace of mind. With all the social interactions she’s afforded, many activities offered, transportation provided to get her to appointments and to do errands, being served three delicious meals each day in a lovely dining room setting, and even an on-site hair salon, well, I’m delighted to report that her quality of life has improved exponentially. And all this for a very reasonable cost as well. We could not be more pleased.

I truly love this historical well-maintained community! The staff are amazing and there is just so much to do.

My Mom has lived at The Oaks for 2 years now, we've actually been staying here since the beginning of the month at a guest rate ($85 bucks a night, cant beat it with this location!) and have enjoyed all of the activity they have. So many Live entertainers, dances, parties etc. We had a huge luau and now were gearing up for another event the last day of the month. So much fun and my Mom loves the Independent Living, she has a 1 bedroom deluxe that is bigger than my apartment at home! Great place to live and I hope everyone enjoys it as much as we have, we plan on visiting much more often!

My Dad lived at the Oaks for almost a year before he passed... what a wonderful experience from top to bottom. They have a great team that made us feel so comfortable and kept us informed on his day to day. We are happy that Dad got to experience this gem before he passed, it was some of the best times in the final years of his life. Thank you all so much for what you do!
