This was the friendliest place I visited; I really felt extra welcomed and comfortable there. You can tell the staff really enjoy their work and their residents. Loved the dining room space; it felt light and airy, warm and welcoming. Largest choices for menu options. My mom likes to cook, and the units didn’t have ovens. [name removed] offered to check into the possibility of adding an oven. The units aren’t as updated as Brookhaven, but it felt homier overall. Geographically, it wouldn’t get my mom much closer to me, which is the other downside.

Our experience with highland estates has been very positive overall. I really appreciate that the staff are very concerned with the residents, they make sure everyone has what they need, and they are very friendly. They also have a lot of activities for the residents such as cooking classes, bingo, games, puzzles, and outings. I’ve heard the food isn’t always good, and they don’t always cook their vegetable enough, but overall, I feel that the community is a good place for my loved one.

The staff are sweet as pie, very accommodating and encouraging. The community is kept clean. The food is good and they offer a variety of choices. They do offer some nice daily activities. The community is close to the hospital and I would recommend it.

I had a nice tour of this community. Everyone was very kind, and helpful. My tour guide was informative, and answered all my questions. Everything looked great from what I was shown. The experience went well, and I had nice tour of this community.

My in laws have settled in and seem to be very happy here. My father in law is taking advantage of getting his strength back in the fitness center he is walking on the treadmill. I am not in the state so I"m not completely sure as to what activities or social events they may or may not be done they haven't mentioned anything. As far as the food goes that has been an adjustment for them. My father in law is a wonderful cook so they are having to get used to someone else cooking styles. The dining room offers 2 seatings and from what they have mentioned if you go to the later one you risk them of running out of something and substituting it with something else. The staff has been very nice and welcoming. I have not heard of any complaints about the housekeeping not being done so I am assuming that is going well.

I thought they were a nice and clean community. I did not see any problems and the person who gave me the tour was on time and professional. I was just looking for a place that was convenient for me to travel around.

My dad knew exactly where he wanted to go and it was this community. He is doing well here happy and adjusted well. He is socializing and participating in activities. He likes the staff they are very nice and interacts with the residents. He likes the food they offer a variety. My dad has to eat soft food and they have no issues accommodating him He is quite comfortable in his living quarters more than enough room for him. The community is always clean well maintained. I would recommend them to anyone.

I give this a 4 star because, my in laws have moved in and they seem to be very happy. I was there to help them move in and everyone was very helpful. My experience with some other places as this has not been the same. Your staff is not just doing their job, they are seeming to live it. Thank you.

This looked like a nice community when we visited. The person that took us on tour was nice. The community seemed to offer some nice activities and they do allow pets. The community we chose had a better transportation for our needs.

We toured this community for the care for my mom. We liked that staff members. We liked the cleanliness of the community. We are considering going back to this community for care. We would recommend that families tour this community for care for a loved one.

My father has recently moved into this community and so far everything has going well for him. The staff are great people and are attentive to his needs to the best of there ability. He has had no complaints about the meals and enjoys participating in the activities from time to time with the other residents. The only thing I wish is they had more of a long term memory care unit.

I have no complaints about the staff at this community or the way they presented there information to my loved one and I during our visit. They where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions we had for them. They had a nice open floor plan with lots of great amenities for all of the residents. It was just not the right fit in the end decision.

I was familiar with Pine Ridge prior to touring because my mother in law's sister had stayed there. The place was more clinical, it was not as nice as other places that we looked at.

I enjoyed my tour of this community and thought they did a really great job of keeping the property well maintained and very clean. The staff that helped me during our visit was very helpful and knowledgeable about there facility. It just ended up not working well with my budget and we ended up placing her in another community that fit her finances a little better.

We toured this community and really liked it. The reason we didn't chose Pine Ridge is the community is very spread out. We felt that it would be too much walking for my mother who has arthritis.

This facility was clean, neat, and had everything we wanted. The one bedroom apartment was nice. It just wasn't what my Mom pictured as what she wanted.

The staff at Pine Ridge were welcoming and treated the residents in a warm and friendly manner.

My father is doing very well here at Pine Ridge. They are taking good care of him, and his needs. We are very pleased with all they have for us. For the most part the staff is very good. They have been very helpful and courteous. It is a nice, clean community. When I visit his room, everything is well maintained. So far everything is working out well, and I would recommend this community.

Clean place. Nice people. Different levels of care for residents. The man who is the manager is very informative and the people who live there seem to like him. The staff know the residents by name, which is important to my mom and our family. Would recommend to others.

Ashford was clean and there wasn't any smells. The sales woman was personal and kind. We tried a meal and it was good. They were outside our budget but we liked Ashford.
