Everything good they could do something about the meals and they need to hire more care takers. We picked this community, because It's smaller than the other places, friendly staff and I like how easy it is to get to from my house.

We chose Highland Estates because of the value for the money, it was what we we could afford at the time. The common areas were very clean, just not my loved ones room. In assisted living it was ok, but the memory care was a lot better of an experience for us. Overall I would recommend this facility to others looking.

This was a decent community, it was over-priced for us.

I love this community. We have really hard working staff. This community really looks out for each other and helps on another. I really like that. The food is a challenge for a vegetarian or special diet. There's just not a lot of variety available unless you pay extra for other things. They have an ok variety of activities. Communication with the staff is really good. Housekeeping is weekly, they do a pretty deep clean and do a great job. They empty trash daily. One suggestion I have would be to include phone and cable in the monthly cost, it's really expensive having to pay for it as an extra charge. Overall, I would recommend them to family and friends.

This is a nice facility. They seem a bit understaffed, but I know everyone is right now. Communication is not always great, but overall we're happy with it. I would recommend them to friends and family.

The put a great emphasis on individual care. They are very attention to detail, when it comes to the care of the residents. Overall, they are very flexible, and accomodating of meeting the needs of each resident.

Evergreen Estates has been a perfect fit for my mom. She chose a room that opens to a lovely courtyard. She even brought her cat Many new friends and she and I have learned the names of nearly everyone there. It's just great and I truly appreciate everything they do to keep mom happy

The staff members here at Sutter Estates are especially good, they try very hard to take care of each and every one of us. The food, in my opinion, has gone way downhill, when I first got it here it was amazing but right now it's just not that great so that could be improved.

Our tour experience with Holiday Ashford Court was actually really good but the facility itself was dated. It is all one one level but very big, I got lost in all of the circles. It was just not going to be the right fit for my loved one.

We absolutely love this community, our mother had no desire moving into a community which is to be expected but now she doesn't want to leave. She loves everybody here. They are awesome, she says the food is good and if she does not want to eat in the dining room they bring it to her apartment. it is an awesome place and we would recommend anybody to come check out Ashford Court. We are very very pleased.

I had a nice tour with Ashford Court and everyone was friendly, but the facility was very outdated and needed some TLC.

My loved one had a short stay there. They were very friendly, and I thought they were attentive to her. I think they were short-staffed though, so they didn't get to things as quickly as we would have liked. But I thought the facility was very clean and organized, and it was decorated very nicely for Christmas. In the time she was there, it seemed to be a nice place. I would recommend it.

It's a good place for my loved one. She likes it there. She likes the people and the other residents, and they make her feel comfortable. There are some hidden issues that we weren't aware of upfront, just due to understaffing. And it's not affordable for us long-term. But the people are good, and the food is mostly good. Just be sure to ask lots of questions. I do feel like they were as upfront with me as possible, but there were still things I wish I had known going in.

We're quite happy and satisfied with it. I would tell other families to come and visit. The cost was the number one factor for us. The staff are also very friendly. And the location was very good for my mom. She was able to stay within her same neighborhood. I've tried the food a couple of times, and it was great. One time it was an Italian buffet, and that was really good. I think the apartment is fairly roomy compared to other places. They're just getting a little bit dated.

This community did not have the availability at the time that was the only reason that we did not go with this community.

Everyone is super nice and it is a nice place. The maintenance team could be more helpful. It seems like it takes forever for them to respond to requests to fix things in my loved one's apartment. My family ends up fixing the items instead.

We are from out of town but based off the feedback our loved one has told us, the experience has been great so far. She has only been there for a couple of month but settled right in. She really appreciates the care services and how responsive and attentive the staff members are.

The community is a great value and has better pricing than other communities in the area. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and really treat the residents with respect. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience

I really liked this one. I feel it would be a good fit for my parents

It is a great place that you can leave your parent or loved one and know they are being well taken care of. They encourage families to come and visit their loved one and participate in the activities. Monday, Wednesday and Friday my loved one is involved in activities. The improvement in such a short amount of time that my loved one is more alert and less confused due to memory care issues. The staff has been able to assist us with tips to help our loved one in and outside of the community. The staff have been wonderful. We are very happy with Ashford Court. The COVID protocols are excellent and they don't hinder the resident's lives with these.
