Clean place. Nice people. Different levels of care for residents. The man who is the manager is very informative and the people who live there seem to like him. The staff know the residents by name, which is important to my mom and our family. Would recommend to others.

Ashford was clean and there wasn't any smells. The sales woman was personal and kind. We tried a meal and it was good. They were outside our budget but we liked Ashford.

My father is doing great since his move to this community. He likes the staff, everyone is very friendly and make him feel very comfortable. The apartment is comfortable with plenty of room. The bathroom is kind of small, but he's managing. He has housekeeping come in once a week to help him out. They wash and change his sheets and towels, as well as wash the floors. The meals are provided for him and are nutritious and in good portions. They have a ton of activities. The placed overall is bright and cheery, we are very happy with our choice.

I toured this community this community for my father and his needs. There were many factors that played into where to move my father too. This is a nice community, and everything I saw was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and nice. My questions were answered and they were informative as well. It was good experience, but not the place for us.

The food at Sentinel Pointe is good. They offer a lot of activities and trips. The staff have been good for the most part. They keep the community clean and I would recommend it.

The Redstone staff are easy to work with. They are attentive and exhibit a genuine concern for mom. I have seen an improvement in mom over the first week of living here and I believe she is enjoying her appartment more than she thought she would. I contribute this to the care she is recieving at Redstone.

Very friendly staff. Very thorough tour. Many activities available. Some fitness equipment. Very clean. Female chef with many menu options for all diets. Nice kitchen and storage in each unit above the ceiling.

Things are going pretty good since moving my husband to Ashford Court. He is slowly getting adjusted but has Alzheimer's. The apartment is very nice. The food is good, he is eating quite well. They do lots of activities that he participates in some of them. I would say the workers need more training on how to deal with Alzheimer's patients though.

nice facility and pleasant staff with a waiting list. Didnt like the fact that their prices go up and down regularly. Residents look agile and active.

My mom has been much happier since we moved her to Ashford Court. It's nice that they take her out of the building once a week.

Overall our experience with Cardinal Retirement Village has been a good one. It is a nice looking place, and the people are friendly. We're satisfied with our choice!

They had an outdoor courtyard, but they had very limited shade and the landscaping was minimal. It was clean, and the staff were engaging and friendly. They were very involved with the people and they all seemed very excited about the daily cookies. They seemed flexible. But they didn't have assisted living, independent only.

I moved to this community 8 years ago (August 7, 2007). It was a good choice. It was near my daughter, who lived and was a teacher in Mt. Clemens. There are several reasons for my choice. The first is that it is 1 floor and no elevators (lifts). The second, the outside entrances and third, the patio screened-in porch. And, very important there is a traffic light at the community entrance on a busy road. I’ve made and lost friends and I am still satisfied.

The food at Ashford Court is very decent for a care facility. The staff there seem to do their job pretty well, although they do seem to be a bit understaffed on the weekends. I have nothing negative to say about them. They have been good.

I thought this place was clean, but very high priced.

I toured here when I was looking. It was a lovely community with a friendly staff. It was also very clean. I would rate them a four.

Employees go an extra mile for the residents and their families. The activities and food seem above average. We always feel comfortable when visiting our dad and we are confident that staff are watching over him. Also noticed that the facility is kept up well and surroundings are pleasant.

We think they are great. They have just been sold, so we'll see how it goes. The staff is excellent and the manager is excellent. Chris Burris runs that place and she is amazing. The people are happy there. The food has been great, and they are adding fresh vegetables and fish. They do need to work on the security and updating the building. But we like it and we even had a friend tell us about this place, and it was a much better value. We also really liked the Art Nouveau style building.

It's always clean, and the staff is always friendly. They really are a pretty good value, compared to some other places. They don't return my calls very frequently, though. They call me sometimes to help when my loved one isn't very nice, and I wonder why they call me, and what would they do if I didn't live close by.

We found this to be a great place for seniors . Smiles were on eveyone we came in contact with. The side entrance could use a little more lighting We liked what we saw.
