We are from out of town but based off the feedback our loved one has told us, the experience has been great so far. She has only been there for a couple of month but settled right in. She really appreciates the care services and how responsive and attentive the staff members are.

The community is a great value and has better pricing than other communities in the area. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and really treat the residents with respect. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience

I really liked this one. I feel it would be a good fit for my parents

It is a great place that you can leave your parent or loved one and know they are being well taken care of. They encourage families to come and visit their loved one and participate in the activities. Monday, Wednesday and Friday my loved one is involved in activities. The improvement in such a short amount of time that my loved one is more alert and less confused due to memory care issues. The staff has been able to assist us with tips to help our loved one in and outside of the community. The staff have been wonderful. We are very happy with Ashford Court. The COVID protocols are excellent and they don't hinder the resident's lives with these.

Good fit- clean and staff seems friendly and CT was very helpful and informative. Prices are more in dad’s range.

We really like the Ashford Court, the cleanliness of the community is immaculate. The food looks very good and nutritious however our loved one is just a picky eater. We do think the value for cost is great.

Prior to covid the food was really good, but now it is really bad. The food is being delivered to their rooms with no nutritional value to is, there is infrequent and not a lot of fresh vegetables.

We chose Pine Ridge of Hayes because the location was an area my mom was familiar with and she was in early stages of dementia and also the price was good. I did eat here quite a bit and I enjoyed the food. The activities were a lower score because I heard from staff and from my mother that there was a personality conflict between my mother and the activities director. I tried to set up a sit down but I could not get a hold of anyone to set it up. There was also very little follow up with the doctors and nurses, so communication was an issue. It is more of an independent living facility, so I would recommend it for that.

I would would recommend this community to others. Highland Estates makes me feel it is a safe place for my loved one, who has memory care health issues. The staff is willing to speak to me anytime I call about my loved one.

They are very people-oriented, the staff can't do enough for you. They have had 0 covid cases and their plan in place for covid is great. They do not have a lot of turnover in staff and work really hard. I would recommend this facility to others, it's not a fancy community they just do what they need to well.

Cardinal is nice and clean. The staff is always helpful. Cardinal is always clean thanks to the housekeeping staff. I feel safe and happy here.

My stay in Sutter Estates was to be 2 years, but has become 3. I am moving to Elk Grove to be near my daughter. I have been very contented living here. All the "Heroes" have alway been loving, kind, and gracious. I must say the food has been good and always hot! When I moved in I called the place 3 star, but with the change of management-4 star.

I like that it is all on one floor. Room size is good. The food is fair. The have an outdoor courtyard and walking areas. For the most part it was a good experience. I did not care for their home care services.

Not a great fit for someone with higher end care needs. They have a lot of services for someone that only needs a little care. The food was good. The staff was a good group of people to work with. The rooms were great and cost effective.

I do not live here. I was looking for my Uncle and Aunt. For the most part they seem to like it. Are looking forward to the new menu that is coming in because of the new owners. Repairs seems to be getting done. My Aunt is using the new quilting/sewing room and is really enjoying meeting people with the same interest. My Uncle is older, 93 in 2 weeks, and doesn't get out as much. He is a real people person, like to play poker and other card game but, mostly poker. So far hasn't find the right people yet to join in a game. They both speak English and Spanish. As far as I know, no one is joining them at meals. It has been a few weeks since I have spoke with them, so things could have changed. I am 67, still working. Seeing my family members living here shows me what I may have in my future. I could live in a place like this. Keep up the good work and making the price most people can afford. Thank you, [Name removed]

Tour was great. Friendly residents and staff. Bright rooms and felt comfortable.

The time had finally come when our family had to consider getting help to care for Dad. We explored options like sharing the load between siblings ( worked for about 4 years), then, highing in home care or finding an independent living community. After searching around with Dad, he expressed interest in Pine Ridge. We moved him in and it has worked out really well. The staff and guests have welcomed him and he has made some good friends. He get his 3 meals a day. They clean his clothes and his apartment. They provide him with a "help" pendant and also have social events and entertainment. Our family feels comfortable that Dad is getting the help he needs while still maintaining his independence.

Overall Ashford Court is a wonderful place for our parents. Only a few issues with a couple of staff members. Lots of things to do within the facility. They also have a shuttle that will take you routinely to several locations. You can also sign up for any special errands you may need to do. The only downside is the housekeeping within their apartment. It’s very minimal and not very thorough. Everything else has been a great experience!

Nice place but no two bedroom apartments

Nice! More spacious apartment, although still quite small (esp bedroom) Nice common areas. I liked that the apartments were all on courtyards.
