I have nothing but positive things to say about Grand Villa of Boynton Beach. I have been able to remain independent but have so much support if truly needed. The staff really tries hard to make me feel valued and heard. The food is decent, and I now have the most beautiful backyard! I am also a musician and am fortunate to have access to 2 pianos to play and perform for my friends. I love it here!

With very short notice, I was in need of finding an assisted living facility for my mother. I live out of the state and flew down to start the process. I called Belvedere Commons of Sun City Center and the phone call was returned very quickly. I met with [name removed] who did a thorough explanation of services offered and received a very informative tour. I was very impressed with [name removed] and her knowledge and professionalism.

[name removed] and the rest of the staff is wonderful. My relative feels safe and happy to be there and loves the meals. I would recommend Opal because of their genuine care for their residents.

The homelike atmosphere is great, and there is a happy loving vibe. They also have shown their knowledge and understanding of the disease of Alzheimer’s. One example is how they noticed my loved one had behavior that might mean a UTI, they got the urine sample done there, sent it to his PCP clinic and antibiotics were delivered that day instead of him having to go to urgent care and be cathetered, as it was done in a previous facility. The food is good and plentiful for a hungry male resident too!

The aides are educated and caring. I don't have to employ anyone privately. There are always 2 nurses in the building and other medical related people come in here when needed. Two maintenance people are always here too in addition to the cleaners. Someone drives patients to appointments when necessary. The cna's like working here and praise the facility in comparison to other places they have worked. The staff gave residents presidents at Xmas and Valentines Day. Mom plays Bingo everyday and goes to whatever activity or event is scheduled: Yesterday root beer floats and trivia. The day before an international children's choir made up of orphans from Liberia and Peru. Free wine is available at 3 Tuesdays and Thursdays. Most of the residents are very friendly. Dogs and cats are allowed. We've not had any surprise price changes or charges. Mom has a Hoyer so no one has to lift her by hand. It's clean and attractive here and the food is fine.

I came to look at Grand Villa for myself and everyone was very friendly. Everyone from staff to the people that lived there talked to me. They made me feel very welcome. The place was clean and it has a homelike feeling when you’re there. Lunch was good too.

Been a good place for my mom for past 2 years. She is well cared for and has many friends. She enjoys her time there and fortunate to have family nearby to visit her. She’s is well loved by staff and other residents.

Trying to find a community for my dad was daunting at times. Finally, I met with the team at Grand Villa of Boynton Beach and I never looked back. they really took the time to explain community living and all they had to offer. I was definitely impressed. My dad and I had lunch with them and several of the residents came over to introduce themselves and say hello.. Everyone looked happy and shared their experience with us. Once dad had moved in, the communication has been exemplary. Thank you for all your support!

My wife with advanced Alzheimer’s was admitted and had excellent compassionate care by all. Unable to walk, or talk, and unable to feed herself the staff (both day and night) took excellent care of her. Learning her needs, sharing the learning process with other staff, making adjustments, spending time with her even though my wife had no clue . Even though they were caring for many others they always compassionate yet busy with their responsibilities. It’s a job were compassion fatigue could be overwhelming. Then they need to go home and care for their own. I would visit my wife couple hours (sometimes twice a day) just holding her hand, combing her hair, trying to get a smile from her. She had no clue who I was for well over two years. I would observe the men and women carrying out their duties. Always busy but asking if I needed anything; I developed friendships with them. Emotionally draining yes but rewarding. Get to know the staff by name if possible. They are good!

Grand villa New Port Richey is an excellent facility with caring staff. They offer many daily activities to keep your loved ones engaged and mentally stimulated. The dining room has a good selection of food choices. Staff members have a happy disposition and are very helpful. Staff seem to really about your loved ones. I chose this facility because of the activities available daily for mental engagement and the staff members happy disposition.

Yes, what we like the most about Belvedere Commons is that it is a diverse community. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

One of my fear moving into Grand Villa was losing my independence. I learned quickly I grained even more freedom. I am able to go where I want, when I want, at whatever time I want. As long as I am signed out I am following the rules. This place also comes with there meal a day. It doesn't get much better than that. I am happy to call this place home.

My mom is a very competitive bingo player. When she overheard how bingo is on the community she became overly excited. She has already made so many friends. The thing that surprised me was how friendly the residents are. Overall I have noticed that kindness has affected mom, and her attitude has gotten so much better since moving in. She always tells me she is happy to call Grand Villa home.

Reflections is an amazing facility. Our family could not be more please with the care Our Husband/Father/Grandfather/Great Grandfather received at Reflections. The staff are ALL phenomenal....caring, compassion and attentive. We never once had to worry about the degree of care he received while here- it was all 5 star care. We cannot say enough great things abou5 this facility. We highly recommend it, if you want a first rate experience for your loved one.....A heart felt thank you to every staff member...you will always remain in our hearts and minds- we appreciate all your commitment to excellence ?? ?? ??

Was a supreme and organized place! Even memory care was fantastic, lots of activities, beautiful place to live in! The staff were wonderful all pleasant , all had a smile on their face like they like their job! I need to find a new place for my mother who is in a place that I do not accept !! This place has all and takes care of their residence !!!

Hello toured the community looking for placement staff was very pleasant. The food during my lunch tour was amazing. I will definitely be considering this facility for my parent’s placement!!! Everything was so amazing

This tour experience was a success. The warm welcome from staff and residents were unmatched. Any one looking for an assistant living care for their love ones Opal is the place.

Dad was needing ALF services straight out of rehab. I toured the community, and it received that room family-oriented environment. The building was clean and smelling well. The staff was very friendly. I love the way my dad is taken care of and would recommend if you like the smaller environment.

Hello I chose the opal for respite stay for my dad after surgery. The process was very smooth. The adminstrator was very helpful and pleasant. The staff was amazing. My dad loved the respite stay and will chose the opal again.

I toured looking for respite options for my mother. The community was clean and lots of socializing going on at the time I visited. The residents seemed happy and the building was very clean. I was given a tour of the community and was provided with pricing for my mother to stay there for a month. The room was a good size and is completely furnished so she just has to bring her clothes and hygiene products. She will have someone available to help her 24/7 while I am out if town.
