The front office staff and the caregiver staff was nice and helpful and took good care of my Mom for the month she was there. She was there for the month of [date removed]. The meals were good and she was well taken care of.

My father has been a resident at Grand Villa Assisted Living Center for the past four years, and I can’t say enough good things about the care and compassion he received. Recently, when his health began to decline and he needed hospital care, [names removed] were incredibly helpful and supportive. During a very difficult and emotional time, they met with me personally to assist with gathering paperwork, going through his belongings, and offering thoughtful suggestions for his future care. They truly went above and beyond in every way. What stood out the most to me was their genuine kindness—not just toward me, but toward my dad. It was clear that they truly, truly cared about his health and well-being. I’m deeply grateful for everything the Grand Villa team has done. Their support made a challenging experience a little easier, and for that, I will always be thankful.

Clean place, caring staff, excellent meals, I would work there, my dad doesn't deserve to be in such a nice place, I am grateful he's in a safe environment, beautiful decorations all around, I like that it's off busy road so kind of quiet but plenty of nearby shopping

My parents are very happy there. It is quaint and cozy. Seems more personal than the larger type of places. We have found the staff to be very friendly. They keep a very good "eye" on the residents. The facility has gone through a recent decorative remodel and is updated. Each floor consists of two "neighborhoods" making it more comfortable. Each neighborhood has a dining room. My parents, as a couple have their own dining table allowing them to keep a few things on that table permanently (like peanut butter, sugar free syrup, Splenda). There are plenty of social activities daily for those who wish to participate.

The staff is friendly, accommodative to both residents and family. They create a homey & welcoming atmosphere. Consider Grand Villa as a next step for family or friends that no longer feel comfortable living on their own. This facility can provide a secure & caring home .

I visited a neighbor recently who resides at grand villa. I felt I needed to let someone know my impression. The staff were very attentive to the residents and visitors, they did not know I was coming and still, treated me like I was a Celebrity. Community was very clean and the atmosphere very warm and welcoming. I will recommend to anyone that I find with a need.

Staff is amazing! They always makes my mom feel extremely comfortable. She was hesitant to have nursing administer her meds, but now she looks forward to the connection! Everyone is so accessible and addresses her concerns/questions immediately. I visit quite frequently and am always impressed by the community the staff.

We found that Truewood had that down home ,comfortable feeling with the neighborhood approach to transitioning into an ALF. Mom felt overwhelmed at first, at the prospect of moving into an assisted living facility but with Truewood and the staff they were very welcoming and it made her feel loved and cared for.

After searching 4 place (all 3 of us) kept coming back to Grand Villa. Everyone on staff has been so accommodating. I received 4 business card contacts on my 2nd trip and have used their personal cell phone to connect and answer all my questions. I stopped everyone and asked how they are liking it here, all said the "staff" cannot be more pleasant. I'm hoping this welcoming continue. Helpful with paperwork and explaining numerous papers needed to sign.

I moved my dad into this community 2 months ago. The team was very helpful and patient. My dad was very anxious at the time but after being there he loves it . Everyone is very nice and pleasant. My dad is safe and happy.

The price and the location were the main deciding factors for us. I live in NH and it's 3X as expensive here for the same quality that he has now. His home was in Ga and he is only an hour away from there so his friends can visit him. My father who is from the North and moved to Ga about 40 years ago really complained about the food. His words, "not much variety, the eggs were always cold, too much grits and mysterious vegetable medleys. He loves the staff and they love him.

Everyone can imagine that needing help for a parent who is suffering from dementia is an incredibly DIFFICULT situation. You hear of horror stories of assisted living places, and I feared I could never find an acceptable place for my Dad. I stopped in on a Saturday just to inquire, and was greeted with kindness & care! I was incredibly impressed by how Clean, warm and welcoming it was!! I left my phone number for the Leasing Coordinator to call, and when she spoke to me … I was BLOWN AWAY!! I COULD NOT BELIEVE it got even BETTER! [name removed] and her entire staff WELCOMED me and my Father as if we were FAMILY! [name removed] went ABOVE & BEYOND to meet our families needs!! She took the time to talk to myself & my family answering all our concerns and questions, no matter what day or what time. I cannot “Thank” her enough for the help she provided & I know without a DOUBT this is the BEST PLACE in Florida for anyone in need of help with a family member or friend in need! I guarantee there’s no place be

Very pleasant to deal with all the Care Center workers and administrators. Felt very good about the comfortable atmosphere here. A great smaller community with the staff to resident care higher than larger communities.

The staff is always pleasant and consistent. I think the only thing I don't care for is you walk into the TV room where a lot of residents are sleeping/resting. I like the live music. Room sizes are good. Some have 2 residents to a room. Which, I personally would not want. No dividers. No privacy.

I took my grandma here at Grand Villa of Boynton Beach and I just have to stay I am VERY IMPRESSED. Grand villa is super clean!! The staff is absolutely wonderful and very friendly, they take such great care of my grandmother! Thank you Grand Villa!!

I toured grand villa palm coast for my grandmother, we are looking for memory care. I met with [name removed] and [name removed], they showed me the community and introduced me to several staff members. I was able to see what activities they have as well as sample lunch. Although it is further away then we'd hope, this is our favorite community thus far.

We recently toured the assisted living at grand villa, looking for a place for my uncle. Unfortunately after speaking with [name removed] and [name removed], we need to look at a higher level of care. I wanted to leave this review because [name removed] did not have to take the time out of her day, to help me find a solution, but she did, that meant so much because I was so lost on what to do.

Grand Villa is a warm and welcoming place and it has been a wonderful experience for my father. The staff and caregivers are wonderful and it warns my heart to know that he being well taken care off. Grand Villa made the transition very smooth for my father and that was extremely comforting since my siblings and I are not local. I recently visit my father with my daughter and she commented on how happy my father is and how wonderful all the caregivers are to him. I am very pleased that they take the time to talk to me every time I call and inform me of how he is doing. It is very comforting to be able to be able to check on my father at any time of the day. I would like to extend a special thank you to the activity director in memory care. They are always available to talk and give us updates and they made the transition smooth for my father. My siblings and I highly recommend Grand Villa to other families!

My husband is a resident in the memory care and I am so pleased to have found this community The staff has been so caring and attentive. They truly have accommodated All of our needs. Please do not overlook this fabulous place when looking for your family

We placed [name removed] about a year and a half ago, and he adapted very well. He even has a new girlfriend! The staff has been so caring and accessible. He enjoys the dining and his long walks! If you are looking for your loved one please visit Grand Villa!
