I moved my Mom to Brookdale Hermitage Boulevard on [date removed]. She'd been at another, larger ALF for the past five years, but was noticeably declining. Since she's been at BHB, she's gained back some of the lost weight, is clean, known by sight and also by her preferences, is treated kindly and with respect, and is obviously very content in her new home. I cannot tell you how relieved I am on her behalf, and how good it is to see my now 97-year-old Mom living in a clean environment, enjoying appetizing hot meals three times daily, playing Bingo, smiling, chuckling at amusing events, and doing gentle exercise from her wheelchair. The bottom line--Mom is being cared for and cared about. She is once again herself. Our family is so glad for her. It truly is THE place for Mom. Thank you, Brookdale Hermitage Boulevard. I'd give you 10 stars if I could.

Brookdale Hemitage Blvd. is one the smaller occupancy level communities available in this area. That is what makes it unique and attractive. Your loved one gets personalized care. I see daily their diligent care if their residents who become family. I highly recommend this community!

My mother is a resident at Brookdale Hermitage. She and I are very happy with everything about the facility. The staff is extremely nice and caring, they go out of their way to take care of the residents. The food is very good and they offer a wide variety at every meal to make sure the residents are happy and well nourished. There are a lot of wonderful activities for the residents to participate in and everyone wants to be sure the residents are enjoying themselves. The facility is very clean and the maintenance crew is attentive to anything that needs work. I would highly recommend Brookdale Hermitage to anyone who might be interested.

Wonderful atmosphere. Employees are dedicated and extremely helpful. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

We recently toured this facility and were very impressed. The building itself is nice and kept up well, and there's a pleasant little courtyard surrounded by the building on all sides that several of the residents were enjoying. We chatted briefly with the Activities Director and were struck by her enthusiasm and commitment to finding activities that the residents enjoy but also address their specific needs (playing with clay/play-dough because several had complained about arthritis in their hands). We passed one of the caregivers in action and it was clear the resident she was helping mattered to her and that she knew the resident's individual habits/likes/dislikes. I would not hesitate to send a family member here.

Clean and great food!

Unfortunately, our loved one did not want to move into the community but we thought it was wonderful, we loved it. We met with the director during the tour and they were fabulous, everything about that tour experience was so positive. We were able to speak with some of the residents, the activities director and everyone seemed really happy to be there.

I have lived here a year now and feel like I’m part of a big family. I really like the people, they are so caring and nice. The food is so good! [name removed] keeps me full and is great!

Thrilled with the care and attention my Mother received while at this Brookdale. It felt like I was pet of a family! The food is wonderful and I enjoyed that when visiting. They also have fun activities for residents and their family members. Thanks for all you did and I would highly suggest anyone to move their loved one into their community.

Things are good at Brookdale. The food is great, I just don’t like to eat seafood when it’s made. It’s a nice place to live. I wouldn’t change a thing!

This is the most wonderful place to live, if you have to leave your home. The people are friendly, and the personnel staff is very accomodating. This has to be the creme de la creme, of Senior living facilities. I love it.

My dad loved living at Lakes Park. He had many happy hours, laughing with his friends, in the dining room, and the garden.

Staffed with an extra fine group of people. I think they are great and give very good care to my mother.

The staff is very nice. I enjoy being a part of the community.

My mother has recently moved to this community. She was very apprehensive about the move from her home. However, the kind and friendly staff have quickly made her feel welcome. She is now very happy to be here.
