I visited my sister at Grand Villa and was welcomed by friend staff and residents. Everyone was smiling and happy. They had live music that day and my sister and I went to listen to it. The residents were dancing and singing. It was a very enjoyable visit and I look forward to visiting her again soon.

Life at Grand Villa of New Port Richey is grand. We are all treated like family. Our family is quick to make new residents feel at home. Staff are always available and willing to answer questions. We have a wonderful activity director and activities and varied. Our chef provides three wonderful meals a day. Amenities are many. Life is grand.

I am a current resident and have been here 21/2 months. I love the staff and the residents are great. Being one of the youngest residents, I get to experience the wisdom of many of my new friends. I also love the maintenance, and housekeeping staff. They do so much for me daily. [fee removed] and [fee removed]and everyone else was so inviting, I wanted to come here from the beginning. The entire kitchen staff is fabulous and the food is consistently some of the best I have ever have.

Staff is kind and compassionate. Friendly and helpful. Food is really good. They have fun activities every week. They try to do different things so residents have different things to look forward to do.

We were very pleased with Brookdale and would recommend it! I think it was a nice community with a home-like atmosphere. I think the staff were kind and caring and I would recommend it.

Grand Villa has been a wonderful experience for my father. My deepest gratitude for the exceptional care and support my father has received since moving into Grand Villa just a few days ago. This transition was a very challenging decision for my siblings and me, especially as we are not local to the area. However, the warmth and dedication of everyone at Grand Villa have truly made this process much easier for us all. My father has been made to feel so welcome in his new home, and it's incredibly comforting to know that he is in such a safe and caring environment. The level of attention and care he receives is remarkable, and it brings us great peace of mind. My family member is a resident at grad villa at boynton beach fl my family is so happy with our experience with them. I live out of town the staff always responds quickly with all my and concerns . When I do get the chance to visit, I can see why there motto is ( it looks like home and feels like family). Everyone is always so nice and welcoming.

My cousin has lived here for at least 3 years. The place is peaceful and lovely. The one person who stands out is [name removed]. My goodness, that irritable cousin of mine simply adores her! I'm thankful for her calm, gentle manner even when he is being difficult. He hasn't had much love in his lifetime so thank you, [name removed], for you kindness.

I had been watching my mother decline in her abilities to live alone and my search led me to Grand Villa of Palm Coast. I knew the day that I toured the facility and spoke extensively with [name removed] the leasing coordinator that this was the place for my mom. [name removed] and her staff have lived up to my expectation and mostly exceeded them. Moving day came for my mom and the bed I had ordered for her had been delivered the day before but the "pro" who was supposed to put it together cancelled at the last minute I texted [name removed] not knowing how I was going to overcome this obstacle and she responded with a message saying she would take care of it. Her maintenance director put the bed together before we arrived and the day was saved. That seems to be the philosophy of this facility - someone will take care of whatever issue it is from the housekeeping to the medical personnel and every other function the place has a very "can do" attitude. I am extremely satisfied with my choice to move my mom to G

[name removed] and the entire staff at Grand Villa of Palm Coast have been extremely professional, kind, and caring in helping our mom transition into Assisted Living. I cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend the facility to other families!

Everyone is very nice and cordial. The food is good. I enjoy activities. I will join any activities that are going on. I've met a lot of new friends that I enjoy having meals with and talking to.

Just started touring senior living options and of the ones. I have looked at Grand Villa was by far the nicest. As we walked through the community, the staff were very friendly and nice. Asked me who I was looking for and made me feel welcomed. Plus everything was clean and nicely decorated for the holidays.

Moved in elderly parents, staff extremely helpful and professional. Maintenance staff was great, worked late to assist and came back the next morning to complete the small issue. Nurse staff is caring and patient.

No place is perfect one. [name removed] doesn't always mean good. Grand Villa has a small memory care unit. Most residents spend the day together. [name removed] faces are very important. Workers have a real concern for the residents. We all have to be part of our parents care as they age. I feel as I am part of a family of staff residents and Grand Villa.

I went and took a tour, the place is amazing beautiful.It's very clean and the staff and the Exectuive director are very friendly.They make you feel welcome, a place i would definately choose for my parents.I can see they take good care of the residents.

It's a really good place and my numbers don't do it justice. Management seems to have a high turnover but the regular staff (med techs, nursing, kitchen, maintenance, etc.) are all pretty stable and really wonderful. The food is probably fine for the residents, but they don't have much variety or fresh vegetables fixed in casseroles and deliciousness. My mom loves scrambled egg sandwiches and I don't think they have ever made her one.

Grand Villa of Boynton Beach provides excellent care for my mom. The staff is kind, caring, and compassionate!! Highly recommended, so glad we chose is location. Thank you!! The food is outstanding, they have great entertainment and plenty of activities to keep your loved one busy.

Everyone is very welcoming and lovely. The atmosphere walking in is homelike. There were people watching a movie and the smell of popcorn was in the air when I first visited. All the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The courtyard is full of greenery and there are beautiful plants all over the patio.
