I went and took a tour, the place is amazing beautiful.It's very clean and the staff and the Exectuive director are very friendly.They make you feel welcome, a place i would definately choose for my parents.I can see they take good care of the residents.

It's a really good place and my numbers don't do it justice. Management seems to have a high turnover but the regular staff (med techs, nursing, kitchen, maintenance, etc.) are all pretty stable and really wonderful. The food is probably fine for the residents, but they don't have much variety or fresh vegetables fixed in casseroles and deliciousness. My mom loves scrambled egg sandwiches and I don't think they have ever made her one.

Grand Villa of Boynton Beach provides excellent care for my mom. The staff is kind, caring, and compassionate!! Highly recommended, so glad we chose is location. Thank you!! The food is outstanding, they have great entertainment and plenty of activities to keep your loved one busy.

Everyone is very welcoming and lovely. The atmosphere walking in is homelike. There were people watching a movie and the smell of popcorn was in the air when I first visited. All the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The courtyard is full of greenery and there are beautiful plants all over the patio.

When we needed an assisted living facility for my dad after a stroke, the Opal at Lakes Park came highly recommended, and I’m so glad we chose it! The management and staff were genuinely concerned about my dad, and I never found that he was neglected or needed care. My dad was able to make friends and participate in activities, and it was great to see him enjoying life at the Opal.

My Dad has been a resident at Grand Villa of Boynton Beach for over 10 years and absolutely loves his home!! The staff are so wonderful and truly caring. They have gone above and beyond to do what is best for him and we are so grateful for their support. Thank you so much Grand Villa....Dad is so happy!

They took very good care of my mom. Staff is like family and treated us with respect and dignity. There wasn’t a time where we came to the community and there wasn’t something going on. My mom loved going to the lunch outings.

I can tell you the staff there are so friendly and helpful, the setting there is very country home. I personal just could have moved in myself, it wasn't fancy, they poured me a glass of iced tea it was good, needed little more sugar for my taste, but overall great place!

We had an amazing experience with Belvedere Commons. We felt like family and with the exception of one aid who took issue with mom's needs everyone was amazing. I think dad may have had a talk with her and things got better. They worked with us, kept the lines of communication open with my sister and I about moms needs and care and when it was time we, as a group, staff and family made the decision to move her to skilled nursing. We have made lifelong friends and thankful and grateful for our experience with Belvedere Commons, Seneca.

I visited so many places for my mom and the first time I walked through the place. It felt like home. I felt great about placing my mother here. Everyone is so nice and accommodating and I couldn’t have picked a better place.

Want to thank all of the staff and residents for being so nice and helpful to my mom who recently moved into Grand Villa. She has a beautiful apartment and she really enjoys the meals. Great job to all!

Activities very mixed up.

When I could no longer keep my husband safe at home, I contacted a Place for Mom. They arranged some tours for me and I decided on the Memory Care Unit at Truewood Charlotte Center. The administration is knowledgeable about dementia and is empathetic and easy to talk to. The caregivers are friendly and caring towards the residents. No one is perfect, but they are patient with the residents and have helped my husband adjust to a difficult situation. And they help me every time I visit.

The office staff is very helpful but if you try to talk with a nurse or someone medical they will not call you back. I have many unanswered questions regarding my mother's medications and overall well being. She was recently sent to the hospital for a fall and diagnosed with dehydration. Why did they let this happen? I guess you get what you pay for as I'm told this is a cheaper place.

Food delicious. Enjoy attending the activities. Love going to Walmart. I enjoy talking to everyone. Staff are very friendly. My room is beautiful and they keep it clean. I love it here.!

Staff friendly and attend to my needs in a timely manner. Good variety of activities. I enjoy going on all the outings. They do a great job cooking the foods. I like they keep everything nice and clean.

Good quality care, staff friendliness, quick response to maintenance requests great housekeeping staff. Director [name removed] is very involved and helpful.

I recently moved into Grand Villa; I love in a cottage. I was on a waitlist for some time, but once they had a cottage open up, I was ready to go! This has been a stressful as I sold my house in hopes of having a place to move to in the timeframe needed, but Grand villa ensured every possibility for this to happen for me. I was impressed on how caring they all were and attentive during the move. Since moving in, I have been able to enjoy delicious, home cooked meals and meet some of the best neighbors! If you are looking for a safe and loving environment, Give them a call!
