Recently I had the pleasure of visiting the facility. My wife and I were there as part of an Operation Christmas Child shoe box filling event. The other team members did the lions' share of work while I waited to whatever heavy lifting was required, (there wasn't much). while waiting, seated at a lovely piano, I observed the following: Your staff participated in the activity; they were engaged. They were sincere in their interaction with their residents; clearly, they cared about their residents. It was heartwarming to see staff respond to the residents in such a loving manner; extremely well done to them. The staff are in constant motion, attending to residents and everything else that is required at the facility; I commend them heartedly.

I have lived in a few Independent Living and nothing compares to how wonderful Grand Villa is. The community is warm and welcoming and staff are dedicated workers. I am so happy here and thankful they had a room available to me. I love participating in the activities, especially crafts and Bingo, I have made many friends as well.

Grand Villa has been a wonderful experience for my father who moved in just a few months ago. After a difficult situation they made it very easy for me to find placement and make him feel welcome in his new home. Everybody takes such good care of him. everybody knows what's going on and it is such a comforting, feeling knowing that he's in a safe environment.

I wanted to say a few words about my experience with Grand Villa Palm Coast. My mother was inquiring to move there, unfortunately she passed away before the ink was dry. The way that [name removed]made me feel about this decision and calmed my heart, unmatched to anyone I have met along this journey. If I ever have the chance to recommend this wonderful place to anyone, I will gladly give them her name and number. She never treated me like a deal to be closed, she treated me like family, everyone I met at the community smiled and welcomed me and my sister, I can't say enough good about this experience,

This is an exceptional place having been in Gran Villa in Barton Beach.

Grand Villa, senior living community, is a loving and caring environment for not the residents, but all who enter. Every level of care, from Upper Management to reception is always cheerful, welcoming and accommodating. The residents are happy and proud to call Grand Villa their home.

[name removed] at the front desk is very helpful. [name removed] always provides great service for me as well. I really love being a resident at Grand Villa. Our chef does an awesome job with the meals.

Staff member are very nice. Someone is always close by. Food is fine. Housekeeping is great. Hallways are always neat and clean.

Good community. Everyone has been really nice. Care staff and housekeeping are wonderful. [name removed] of housekeeping has gone above and beyond.

I am living like a wealthy person. They make my bed every morning, and take out my garbage. I don't have to worry about a thing. Very thankful to have found the community.

Our experience with Grand Villa has been exceptional. [name removed] provided us with a wealth of information and answered any questions that we had about our mother’s move to assisted living. The whole staff - management, nurses, dining, activities, housekeeping, maintenance - all are so friendly, helpful and caring. My mother is happy. We made an great choice in choosing Grand Villa of Palm Coast.

I was very pleased with the service at Grand Villa. They looked in on him often. He did so much better with the people contact rather than just being at his home alone. For meals and dining - My uncle was a tall man with a healthy appetite. A lot of the meals were not enough for him and he was too embarrassed to ask for more. I would bring him extras from my home. Overall, it worked out well for him to be someplace close (instead of 3-4 hours away) where I could check on him often.

The staff is amazing and always so welcoming when I visit. My grandmother has made friends and she loves all of the activities. What a beautiful community too! Thank you for all you do.

My dad was really struggling to care for himself at home. We toured Grand Villa in Boynton Beach, and immediately knew it was the right community for my dad. Everyone was so friendly, the community so clean and comfortable, and my dad felt right at home. Thank you. Grand Villa for all your support. My dad is so happy!

Grand Villa and team helped make a very overwhelming transition go smooth. During the month leading up to moving my mom in they covered everything from assessments to the day of move. They answering every question and helped in every aspect of care. Thank you to everyone involved.

Reflections is a wonderful place. The staff is excellent and demonstrates a real compassion for my mother. It's always clean, food is for my mother. It's always clean, food is good and my visits are well received.

I recently toured Truewood Charlotte Center. It was very, very clean and a lot of remodeling going on. I met, the manager, the nurses, both of them. I love the pods, they call them neighborhoods, concept with the dining. My mom can’t walk too far and the neighborhoods fit her perfect. It looks great.

My Dad was welcomed by friendly, caring, professional Staff! Everyone went above and beyond the normal to make my Dad feel welcome and wanted in his new apartment. I cannot thank the staff enough, from the contract and welcome with [name removed], to the wonderful, compassionate, professional, nursing staff, activities coordinator, front desk, the cook, the aides, the director, maintenance, and the woman who cleaned my Dad’s room. I highly recommend Opal at Blue Water Bay for anyone looking for a caring, professional environment for a loved one to live at!

I would recommend. Staff was amazing on the memory care floor. All of them loved mom and took great care of her. We picked this community because it was the nicest facility, accept Medicaid.
