I am a resident and I absolutely love Grand Villa of New fort Richey, There is no other place that I want to be. The activities and food are great. I have several allergies and the Staff take great care of Me.

Activities are doing a good job. There is variety of activities, there is something for Everyone. Staff is wonderful, they go out of their way to help someone in need.

I would recommend. The place is wonderful!

Grand Villa was highly recommended and has exceeded my expectations. The staff and residents have been very welcoming and helpful to my 93-year-old Dad. The facility is super clean and bright! Everyone we have interacted with, have been amazing, Dad seems really happy here, and that makes me happy.

My mom had a fall at Truwood at no fault of anyone. They quickly got her to the emergency room and she had fractured her hip. After a hospital and rehab stay at a different facility my mom was finally getting released back to Truwood. The staff there not only worked with the rehab center to make the release and transition back, when I stopped in to check on her room staff members knew she was coming back and told they were so happy she was coming back home and when she finally arrived back everyone gave her a warm welcome home.

This is the best place we have found for my mom. I could not have imagined a staff that was so attentive to all the residents and went out of their way to make us feel like family. We were able to talk to several residents and they all had the same response “Everyone here feels like Family.” This was such a stress reliever the find the best place for Mom.

Felt like home when we walked in the doors. [name removed]was so kind & informative and a pleasure to work with and [name removed] made the entire lease signing very easy. She is a wonderful person to talk to. All of the staff are wonderful.

Very blessed and fortunate to find a place like Grand Villa! The staff has been so accommodating and actually care for the well being of their residents. My mom is happy and thriving and especially loves all the activities that are scheduled and planned each month. They also go off campus throughout the week for shopping, movies, etc. Mom likes her shopping! Much appreciation and thanks to [name removed] and staff for such a smooth transition!

Everyone I have come in contact with at Grand Villa has been wonderful. [name removed]has been a God send in helping me navigate through the difficult decision in moving my loved one into their community. From the moment I walked into Grand Villa I was impressed. [name removed] at the front desk was so welcoming. We were escorted around by another wonderful young lady and were very pleased with the cleanliness and how everyone from staff to residents seemed happy and smiling. Also want to mention how understanding and helpful [name removed]and [name removed](working in the memory unit) have been. I am so relieved to have found such a wonderful community so close to our home. I would definitely recommend Grand Villa of Palm Coast to anyone looking for any type of assisted living. They are patient, kind, understanding, helpful--can't say enough good things about them.

Hands down, the cleanest, most positive and supportive assisted living facility in Palm Coast. I recently moved my disabled father to Grand Villa and could not be happier with the staff and environment. Collectively, they’ve made his transition a breeze. They’re easy to communicate with and eager to learn their residents. Their overall approach is to assist with purpose, encouraging their residents to age with dignity and independence. I am so grateful to have found this facility. It’s given my sisters and I reassurance that our father is in great hands, during this stage of his aging journey.

I visited eight assisted living facilities in the New Port Richey area and Grand Villa in NPR was the best. They stood out as being genuinely friendly, caring and concerned for my parents. My mom was especially fearful of going to a care facility, but the staff has been especially welcoming to her, my dad and our family. My three siblings are gratified to know that my parents are being well taken care of by a professional and caring staff. In addition, Grand Villa was the only facility that talked to about costs right up front. They answered our questions honestly and recommended ways to we could get financial help.

Grand Villa is an amazing community, my aunt moved in recently, she was having a hard time with this decision, however [name removed] and the rest of the staff made her feel so welcome and at home. [name removed] spent so much time ensuring everything was just right for her, I can tell from that, the rest of the staff will be just as exceptional as her! Thank you, Grand Villa, for being the extension of family she needs.

The Opal aut Lakes Park has been a wonderful place for my mother-in law. She is getting excellent care. The staff, especially [name removed] is one of The main reasons we chose Opal. It takes special people to work with the elderly: this team does a great job!

Mom has had a great experience moving into Opal. All her needs are met. Director of Community Relations has made a point to visit with mom daily. We are very pleased with the decision to mom into Opal

The opal at lakes park staff are all helpful and eager to assist you with any issues but their marketing employee named [name removed] is a gem. He is a happy-go-lucky individual with a contagious enthusiastic personality, transitions fast and easy. He is an asset to opal!

My Mom was at Hampton Manor of Belleview for the month of [date removed] as I (her son) was recovering from a surgery. My Mom has dementia and she cannot stand up (even with a walker). I checked in on my Mom several times during the month. The staff did a good job and my Mom was well cared for. Also, the office staff was helpful and friendly with my questions.

Hampton Manor Belleview is one of the nicest places, and has the nicest people, that I have ever come across. It is an older building, but the insides are beautiful, well taken care of and clean. I just can't say enough about how pleased I am to have found Hampton Manor Belleview.

I AM A FRIEND OF [name removed] WE'VE BEEN GOOD FRIENDS FOR YEARS. WHEN I VISITED THE COMMUNITY I KNEW IT WAS NOW IM HAPPY AND I DON'T NEED TO WORRY WHEN I AM OUT OF STATE. IM HAPPY HE IS HAPPY!

We had to make the tough decision of placing my uncle in long term care and are so grateful we found Grand Villa. The staff is amazing, the accommodations are great and overall we couldn’t be happier with the care he is receiving in their memory care area here.

Words can’t express the joy of finding this wonderful community for my Mother. The team is incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. Amber brought peace to my family during a difficult decision to move my Mother a few months after my Father passed away. It is comforting to know she is in a safe, clean, secured environment.
