Our loved one at the community really enjoys the meals that they provide. It is a smaller community and they seem to take more one on one time with the residents, it does not have an institutional feel. It is more like having an apartment in a complex rather than a room in a facility.

We chose this Belvedere Commons because the process was easy, they were not pushy just very helpful and friendly. They have a Facebook page where they post pictures of what the residents are doing. It has been a good experience so far and I would recommend them.

We chose Belvedere Commons because of the convenient location and the value for the money. The room sizes here are great, just the right size for her. The staff are always quick to get back with you if you have any questions. I would recommend them to others looking.

I really like this place and [name removed] was very helpful. Mom's primary care MD is next door and can continue to see Mom. I really think this may be the place.

They are very good about getting back to us with updated regarding our loved one. They tell us if she has having a good day or a bad day, so being far away we appreciate their good communication.

wow after reading the reviews i was cautious to say the least. We are so glad we went and saw for ourselves. The facility was clean did not have the odor we were expecting. The residents all looked clean well dressed hair even done nice. Some residents were involved in bingo laughing and having a good time, some were watching a movie in the common area and some were enjoying the patio. The staff were all friendly and helpful answered our questions. Our visits was un announced and un planned we didn't want the dressed up tour. We have placed our father here, he has been at 24th rd about 6 months and is doing very well. He likes the food, he's made a new friend they talk about cars and watch westerns. He's always well dressed and shaven even. This was a good choice for our family. And have had a wonderful experience with facility & staff.

I would just like to say my mother is at 24th rd. We as a family could not be happier. We are always receiving text photos throughout the days, most everyday of mom doing activities enjoying meals etc. It a relief to see her quality of life is good here at her new home. The staff there is always welcoming to my family anytime we call they are always helpful and always able to find answer to any questions we have. Mom has made new friends goes to the hair salon gets her nails done and the staff always has mom well dressed and looking her best. She seems very happy here as we are as a family. It gives us peace of mind and they are such a blessing. I would def, recommend looking into this facility if you are in need.

I love Brookdale! We wanted to move my mother-in-law closer to us, so [name removed] helped us to make the arrangements between the other nursing home and this memory care. We planned to have the necessary extra helpers, we needed during Covid due to quarantine, and the transfer went very smooth. My mother-in-law's never been happier. I love that it's a smaller place and they show great care and attention. I love that my mother-in-law has her own room. I love that they have a community room, where she can do things together as a group. Staff helpers are really attentive, helpful and Loving. They all do a great job. It's a very caring and loving environment.

Belvedere had a nice home/family vibe. Everyone knew one another and the staff was very keen with client’s needs. Since I was on a virtual tour the view was limited but the facilities looked well maintained and relatively new/renovated. Great place for a loved one to be safe and cared for.

This is where my Mother has resided for two years since moving her up here from Savannah Court and Cottages in Oviedo. We have been very happy with Mom here but it is private pay and does not take Medicaid.

Belvedere Commons is a very welcoming place. The staff are very attuned to the resident's needs It just feels so welcoming and makes you feel a part of the community. When we toured, my mom really liked that smaller aspect of the community and how friendly everyone was. From the beginning, it just seemed like a really great fit. I have been so impressed with the staff's commitment to her safety, well being, and mental health. My mom expressed her gratitude to us for find this place for her.

I have a friend who is a resident at Brookdale Senior Living facility in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota. I am a frequent visitor and would like others to know how wonderful this place is. It is small but is comfortable and homey. The staff takes a personal interest in each of the residents. The food is good and nutritious. I have eaten with the residents and have enjoyed my meal very much. I know the care given to my friend is given with love and understanding. I know many times the staff has taken the time to talk to my friend and help her make the adjustment from her own place to this new home. The patience and care have been amazing. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a nice place for a loved one. Thank you. [name removed]

Visited very nice

My mother was only at Brookdale for a short time before she passed away. My experience seems different from some of the others posted here. I found the staff to be very engaged and helpful. They were very welcoming and checked often to see we needed anything. Mom was attended by Hospice from the hour of her admission, however, I found that the Brookdale staff was very quick to fix problems and make calls to correct any errors as a result of her hospital stay (prior to admission at Brookdale). I had to make a quick decision on a place for mom and I toured 2 other options before I saw Brookdale. I felt there was no comparison. Brookdale (although not a new building) was clean. There were far fewer residents than other places I saw. We were given a room that looked out at trees and grass and not traffic and road noise. The room was light and had good ventilation. When mom passed away, I was surprised at how timely the refund for unused services was sent. 5 stars from me.

Grace Manor is the best community if you are looking for a secure place for your family member. I had such a great experience when I visited. The staff were so welcoming as soon as I arrived and the community smelled nice and clean. The residents were all busy participating in an energetic chair exercise program led by an activity director who was full of spirit! They were all laughing and singing together and I could tell they love where they live and are well cared for. Grace Manor definitely is worth the money, which is actually lower than a lot of other places in the area I have visited. They have so much to offer their residents and families. It's wonderful to find a senior living community that is so alive and has staff who are knowledgeable and genuinely care.

The staff is so kind and caring! My mother loves the smaller setting and I do not worry about her at all. I cannot recommend Brookdale Sr Living enough. Excellent food and care.

Pleasant community. [Name removed] did a great job showing me around. I’d be happy to leave my family member here. It had a homey feel which I know my family member would like. Staff were scattered throughout the facility interacting with seniors.

After touring many facilities we had the opportunity to meet the owner as he was visiting in the building [name removed]. And he was kind and up to accompany us on our tour with [name removed] who is compassionate and very professional. [Name removed] did not leave our side and I answered any questions or concerns that we had for moms well being and quality of life she would receive here at this community. Needless to say we fell comfortable enough to make a deposit and will be moving in at the beginning of May. We highly recommend very clean, Very nice staff and an owner who genuinely cares.

I was impressed with this facility. They seem to treat their clients as family and they enjoy their job. Things I liked was that they have activities every day, they get out of the house and go into the community, they have cookouts, gardening, and get to know the people that live there. I feel like the people there continue to have a quality of life and aren't just shut up and forgotten.
