Feeling very confident that I made the right choice for my brother-in-law. Recent visitors have told me they find things neat and clean and everyone friendly there when they visit.

My loved one lived here before passing.The community was very understanding during this difficult time. I would recommend them.

My loved one is doing well and adjusting since her move to this community. The woman that I spoke to at A Place For Mom was amazing, she helped so much. What I like most about this place is its small, only has 19 beds, and it's a home-like setting. The studio apartments encircle the eating area. The residents could get up and go straight into the dining area and get a cup of coffee as well as read the paper in the morning just like at home. My loved one has mentioned the food is very good. The staff is very helpful and that makes this place very successful. They never seem rushed. It's a real easy going easy place.

When I went to tour this community it seemed like it was very small and everything was down scaled. It would have not been a good fit. Our guide Micah was very good when talking with him. He was good about following up. It was just the size of the community we were not comfortable with but we did get to see the room and all the areas that they have, it was a nice place.

My mother is doing fantastic at this community. I'am very pleased with everything they have done for us. The community looks great. Every time I've visit everything is very nice and clean, and also her room is well maintained. They have a lovely staff, they are very friendly and caring. The maintenance guy is very kind and responsive. They have great activities for the residents. The meals are nice. I know she is being cared for well. I would highly recommend this community.

The attention to detail and their constant caring environment was apparent from the first time I stepped in to the way they care for mom.

So far everything is working out pretty well for my mother in law here at this community. We know she is safe and being cared for well. They have a lovely staff here, they have been very helpful and attentive. They do a good job with keeping the community and her room well maintained. She is getting involved in the community and trying some of the activities offered. She is pleased with the food, they serve nice meals. This is a community I would recommend, it has worked out well for us.

The staff at this community treated my husband really well while he was there. They went over and above. He liked the food they had a good variety and it looked like restaurant food. They offer some activities and he did attend a singalong. The community is clean and well maintained.

Had to find a place quick and move quickly to get my dad into a facility. EVERY single person helped make this happen in a time frame that impressed me and those around me. I would recommend Belvedere highly because since that initial contact, EVERY nurse, support staff, resident and volunteer has helped above what we have needed.

My mother is extremely happy with the care and attention she has received. Her last placement by a social worker was a nightmare and now I do not have to worry about her when I leave for the summer. She loves Bingo and even though she is a fussy eater, she has no complaints about the food other than they give her too much. Every conceivable medical issue is taken care of & she is very comfortable. I cannot thank you enough for helping and advising me on how to get my 100 yr old mother out of an abusive situation.

Mom has late age Alzheimer's and this is an excellent facility for her care. Low number of patients (20 maximum), great personnel trained in Dementia/Alzheimer care and therapeutic instruction, very good meals, and a very caring staff made the transition for mom as easy as possible in a very trying time in her life moving from her own home to assisted living.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out at Hanna Oaks! It's a nice looking place, the people are friendly, and they take good care of the residents. My father is doing great here, and he really seems to like it. I would recommend them highly!

Felt just like home distance from rooms to dining and actives was short perfect for someone with limited mobility. Facility was clean and looked like new. Room was cozy and bathroom area was spacious and safe

Belvedere Commons of Franklin is a very family feeling kind of place. Everyone is friendly and caring, both the caregivers and the residents. My mother is doing great, she likes it there. They have bible study, bingo, aerobics class, they do birthday parties. She also seems okay with the food.

They do a wonderful job at Belvedere Commons, they're taking excellent care of my loved one! The facility is clean and well kept, and the staff is very caring and attentive. My loved one has had some health issues come up and they caught each one promptly and responded appropriately!

MY HUSBAND RON [removed] HAD BEEN AT 24th RD since August 11,2015 when I tell you the peace of mind I have knowing Ron is shown compassion understanding an is so well cared for we ad his family cannot THANK EAVH AN EVERONE THERE FOR QUALITY OF CARE AN GREAT CONCERN THAT'S GIVEN RON 24/7 . Having spent many yrs in the medical field from administrator to an internal medicine dr for 10 yrs to unit secretary in a hosp in Rochester for 7 yrs to finally semi retiring an volunteering in a health care assisted living/nursing home/ an ALZHEIMER unit in the Albany my area I have great knowledge of what is required to do the work that is done at Hampton manor 24th RD in Ocala florida. When Ron became ill an needed to be placed because of his DX of dementia an ALZHEIMER DISEASE HE BECAME PARANOID AN WAS IN GREAT DANGER TO HIMSELF I WAS HEART BROKEN!! He had survived lung cancer 16 yrs ago when they gave him 1 yr to live!! WELL HE BEAT THOSE ODDS!! But then this dreadful horrific disease began to consume his body!! My son an I checked out many places near us heat in the villages BUT THEN WE HEARD OF HAMPTON MANOR!! Heart broken we agreed to ck it out!!! FIRST I LOOKED FOR WAS THE EYES OF THE RESIDENTS !!! I did not see anxiety or fear in stead I saw smiles an contentment in their faces !! Next the facility was so bright an clean not one trace of odor to be found !! Moving on the staff !! They were top class act I knew within 15 min of being there RON COULD BE HAPPY THERE!! He was over joyed an excited to go to his new "home" it has been 6 months since Ron moved there an I am so grateful to each an every staff member they treat Ron like family an after my visits with him I leave knowing he is in the very best place he could be as he struggles they this awful diease I THANK GOD EVERY NITE FOR THE CARE AN THE LOVE AN COMPASSION THEY GIVE TO HIM. An for making this final journey of his life filled with caring people who treat him An us like family showing RON THE DIGNITY HE SO DESERVES. Our family shall never forget the concern an care you give to Ron ??????.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out at Belvedere Commons! We had a somewhat difficult situation where we had to place two loved ones with different care needs, but they handled everything very well! The staff here is friendly and professional, and they take great care of the residents. I visit very often, and I'm always impressed by the level of interaction I see between the staff and the residents!

My mother has only been here for a couple months, but so far it has been awesome. The staff are very caring and attentive people. Management is terrific. Every time we visit my mother she is happy and smiling.

My mom received excellent care over a three year period in the memory care unit until she passed away last month. Everyone I encountered during her stay was encouraging and professional, often going way beyond expectations. Staff and administration allowed me to decorate her room so it was bright, cheerful, and filled with some of her favorite things. I spent a lot of time there, especially over the last few months, and I am so grateful for the loving care she was provided. Family members were welcomed and treated with respect, kindness, and compassion. My mom was happy there. She seemed to enjoy the food most days.. Housekeeping was amazing, but when residents ' needs were urgent, housekeeping had to wait for brief periods. Activities were available for all levels of functioning. She was fortunate to be in this caring community. Thanks.
