Brookdale is a wonderful home. It is smaller than some and the care is great, the meals home nice and the staff couldn't be better. Just a great happy home for those who need it.

My LO has Lewy Body Dementia. I was told there was no hope. No hope also meant no help but they didn’t know about the Grand Villa and their family of caregivers. They are special people who work hard to find and provide some quality of life for each and every resident. The place is clean, the activity director keeps everyone busy the food is yummie and no one acts like it’s a job. My LO found his smile here and I can breathe.

With one month of experience, results have overall been very good.

My mother has been at The Opal for two months and we have been very satisfied with all aspects of care.

We have been pleased with all the staff here. They are really good to our mother and take good care of her. I like that each worker speaks to me.

If you are looking for an assisted living facility for your loved one, look no further than Opal in Blue Water Bay Niceville. Bright great rooms, good food & superior service. I've viewed many, but it doesn't get any better than this.

We chose Brookdale Sun Prairie because it is a smaller facility, the location is close to my home, and staff were very friendly. I would tell others looking just to make sure to ask lots of questions!

I love seeing the residents so happy and involved in activities. The staff is always ready to help and assist residents with their needs. You can feel the positive energy walking in the building.

Grand Villa of Palm Coast has been awesome from the start of our search. They fully explained the steps of each stage and kept us informed of our Mother’s care and needs. The staff from Director [name removed] on down have been nothing but professional, courteous, and helpful…considering the environment. It takes special people to work in this challenging environment and Grand Villa does a great job in vetting and hiring the right people. They truly care for the residents and show it everyday, night, and not only when we are there. Great job to the staff and Director!

We liked the Grand Villa of Palm Coast a lot. It was very homey. They had a lot of activity and people enjoyed the environment. It was well-maintained and the people who showed us around were very nice and very informative. We liked that place probably the best. The dining area was nice. It's very inviting. It's open, friendly, and bright. The people that serviced the tables and stuff seemed to be very friendly and nice, too. It was a very good place.

The residence was full of light and happy people when we arrived. The residents seemed to be very content and enjoying each other and the staff. Food was very good.

I would say 5 for all. I have only visited once since I'm located in PA. But the communication has been amazing. She seems like she is adjusting. When there has been issues that arose, they found ways to rectify them. They send photos. Not sure about the money question. They seem to be reasonable but she has not been to other places so I can not compare.

The setup of the memory care unit just was great. With memory problems you can imagine getting lost but they have it setup where you come out of your room and you are in the common area. They were pricey though, but I'm sure for the level of care that is normal. They also communicated with me very well throughout.

Brookdale Onalaska is smaller and very personable. The facility is very homey. They offer lots of activities for the residents. It is a great place and everyone has been very helpful.

I have been favorably impressed with Belvedere Commons, particularly the staff. They've been great. I like that it's small and in a quiet, out the way place. I really like the staff - they are caring and compassionate, and as accommodating as any I've experienced. They're the only facility that we could find around here that works with Medicaid, and it appears that we're going to need that.

My Mother spent her last months with wonderful care and loving support. Couldn’t ask for better care. They have the patience of Saints and would highly recommend this home for anyone looking to take that step.

In less than a year they thought enough of me to make me President of the Residents Council. It is my responsibility to meet once a month with the other residents to hear their questions, compliments and complaints and pass them on to the management team. After our meeting, the management team meets with us to discuss those concerns or compliments. So far,they have been really understanding and responsive to our concerns. Nothing is perfect, but we are trying and are grateful for all their efforts to make our lives better.

Our family so enjoyed our visit and tour. Thank you [name removed]. The facility is up to date. Very clean. All the staff were so friendly. We talked to a couple of people and they seemed very happy being at the Opal. We certainly are considering this facility for our mom.

I just put my mother in five days ago. It wasn’t something she wanted to do. She’s 97 but could no longer live alone. I work, and I live in a tiny one bedroom apartment. It was a rough start, but after making her room. cheery with white furniture with yellow accents, I think it’s feeling more like home. I brought her pictures from her home that reminds her of home and other things. I don’t feel as bad as I did last week. It is an adjustment, but the staff at Grand Villa are very welcoming and kind and understand how new resident feel. There is entertainment and activities and a beautiful pool for the residents. I highly recommend this assisted-living.. In fact, I just gave the brochure to someone that’s looking to place their parent. So hopefully this will work out for another family.

We really enjoyed our tour the facility is great. A great place to be. Staff was very friendly. Great location. All the residents seemed well cared for. Lots of activities and lots of light. I think it would be a great place for our mom.
