Small and cozy. Wonderful caring staff. Facility is kept very clean and the staff are all so attentive and friendly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Meals were tasty and appropriate for the residents. The activities were plenty and enjoyable. My mom loves it there due to it's intimate environment I would recommend it to anyone.

My mom became a resident of Grand Villa last week. She had lived with me for 14 years prior to that so this transition was not only difficult for her, it was difficult for me. But the staff and the administration at Grand Villa embraced my emotional situation. They have been loving to my 93-year-old mother, patient with my questions and phone calls, and vigilant with her care, attending to not only the needs I specified, but more. One day over the weekend I visited her for lunch. One of the certified nursing staff members came to say hello to her and to ask her if she needed anything. She also helped her choose her meal options. This is care above and beyond anything I could have imagined she would receive. This was a tough move for me to make on behalf of my sweet mom, but I sleep in peace knowing she is in the care of Grand Villa and they’re loving staff.

What can I say about Grand Villa? I've been here six weeks now, and I LOVE it. I am in a Villa, and it is amazing. The staff is so responsive to my requests. The other residents are fantastic. I can be as busy as I want to be with everything that is happening here, or I can just hang back at my place. I can have three cooked meals, or I can prepare my own in my full kitchen (who am I kidding? I don't cook all that much!). My dog and I are so happy here. Thanks Grand Villa for letting us join your community!

It's a family oriented place. Yes there's challenges as is every place but staff is exceptional! Close to my house & not in a single family home. Absolutely would recommend! I have grown to know that every elderly person needs someone to take extra special care of that person. Otherwise they're there just to exist!

I am currently in a Flagler County Schools transition program called Project SEARCH. I am learning vocational skills. My experience at Grand Villa has been a true growth and learning opportunity. I didn't know how the washing machine works. Luckily my mentor has shown me how to do it, and she has been really kind. She has been more like a friend and a mentor because she has taught me a lot.

Very homey and inviting. The staff are friendly and caring. The chef Lera does an amazing job. Great place to live. They have a great activity director that keeps them very busy. They have numerous clubs and a pretty library

It’s a very nice facility the staff there were very nice and friendly. They answered all my questions respectfully. When you walked in your needs far as questions and who you needed to talk with was mat at a timely manner.

I visited this community over the weekend with a friend visiting her mom. I was very impressed with the friendlist of the staff . The community smelled great and the residents seemed so happy. I told my friend if my mom was alive today i would of placed her in this facility.

It is less expensive than other one, small and comfortable, friendly staff. Good location. I would recommend to others.

Grand Villa is a great place to live! I have to say that for a man who is 61, and I'm 20 years younger than the next person, its probably the most difficult part of it because just when you get to know a couple people and I've only been here a short time. It's hard because they pass away. A resident's wife from here, she's 96 he's 93, she fell down and got pneumonia. She's now in a rehab and they won't let her husband in until Monday, who has been together with her for 75 years, and he takes care of her like you cannot believe. So maybe I was a little bit young to come in here. All I can say is that everybody, from the Director on, has been very very nice pleasant outstanding hospitality, the whole 9 yards.

The Opal at Spring Hill is a great place for assisted living.

I had the pleasure of visiting Belvedere Commons and meeting the facility's director and several staff members. The director was very hospitable, friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely place my loved ones here to be cared for. I highly recommend Belvedere Commons.

So far he seems happy! Amazing staff, friendly and helpful; my family member commented that the executive director is "always there" and "seems to fill in anytime there is a gap. Overall the quality of care is good, though they seem a bit short staffed at times. And when we were deciding where to place my family member, I was assured that someone would make sure my family member bathed regularly and washed his hair, and that has not happened. When it comes to the meals and dining service, not enough healthy choices. Some form of exercise is offered in most assisted living communities I am aware of, even if it is a video played and residents follow along. They seem a bit short staffed at times.

[name removed] goes over and beyond. Whole staff pays attention and willing to help at any time. An amazing experience at such an upsetting time. Wish my mom wasn't declining so fast to not be able to enjoy all that she is being offered. Their guidance through the dying phase has been very helpful to me personally.

My loved one was a resident at Truewood by Merrill Charlotte Center and most everything was great. I would recommend this facility to others.

The staff is friendly and attentive. My mother is happy with the housekeeping in her apartment. The other areas look well kept. Maintenance was available when my mom moved and helped with many things such as moving furniture, getting the internet working, installing her TV and hanging pictures. The meals are varied and well put together with soup, entrees, beverage and dessert. Yes, I would recommend Truewood to others.

My mom likes having everything on the ground floor with no stairs or elevator. Meals are a nice social time for the folks who can get to the dining area.

Brookdale Fort Myers Lakes Park community is a great place for her to stay and recover as we are unable to care for her at home. Everyone there is very caring and welcoming.

The staff is very friendly and genuinely cares for their residents. The community is also very clean. The residents are very pleasant.
