Brookdale Inver Grove Heights is going well. Dad was very hesitant going in and now he likes to talk to everybody. He keeps to himself a lot still but he's like a new dad. I'm really liking it at this facility.

I think they have an excellent director of nursing and good staffing and aides. They are very hardworking and caring. They work hard to provide a homey atmosphere with lots of activities. They are also very responsive to requests.

Having my father in law here has been a blessing. Caring for him at home became increasingly difficult and the entire staff made the transition experience a good one. The admissions counselor was very supportive and provided some great, compassionate supportive counseling to family members that struggled with this at first. He is healthier than he has been in months, cared for, safe and we have peace of mind. Well worth the cost of care.

I've had experience with Belvedere Commons in the past with a loved one, and I'd give them top marks across the board, they handled everything as well as you could expect. The place is well kept and clean, and the staff do a good job looking out for the people who live here.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out with Brookdale Inver Grove Heights! The facility itself is well kep and clean, and the staff is friendly and professional. They really do an excellent job looking out for the people who live here. The medical coverage they provide is wonderful, they respond immediately whenever anything at all goes wrong. We really couldn't be more satisfied!

Our experience with Belvedere Commons of Franklin has been a very good one so far. They've really gone out of their way to help her get comfortable and settled in, and even introduced her to a few people they thought she'd get along with socially. It is a nice looking place, and the people are all very friendly.

Felt like home when I walked in the door. Most of the residents involved in a lively activity in the main room. The central open kitchen offering a delightful aroma of an upcoming lunch (a nearby side bar with a decadent chocolate dessert. Clean and fresh hallways and common areas. Staff friendly and welcoming and with only 20 residents a good ratio of staff. The presentation was clear and concise and focused on our needs before talking of price. Children playing at a nearby daycare was a welcome sound as well. Loved it.

We were looking for a place for our uncle, who was a World War II veteran. From the time we walked through the front door of Belvedere Commons, our uncle loved it, and so did we. The facility is lovely, the staff was caring and very professional, and the accommodations were great. They treated our uncle like a "HERO" and we would highly recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for a first class facility for their loved one.

Just looked at this community and they had all that we were looking for. My mom just needed to downsize and the minute we walked in, she felt like it was home. The fresh food baking, friendly staff (that have worked there 9, 10 years) and warm feeling. It was small so mom didn't feel overwhelmed. Love seeing her happy again at Sterling House of Inver Grove Heights.

My experience with Sterling House of Middleton has been great. The facility has a very homey feel. The people there are so warm and caring. My mom absolutely loves it there. She loves the food as well. The food is always made fresh everytime. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. Very sweet people. I would definitely recommend Sterling House to others.

I just wanted to say how friendly all of the staff are at Sterling House when I toured. We are looking at placement for our mom and feel that we have found her new home.

When you enter Sterling House of Spring Hill you will find large, open and well lit spaces. The staff has been an answer to prayer. They gently encouraged and succeeded in getting my parents to participate in extra activities and mom and dad love it! I can now spend more time with and enjoying my parents. We know that mom and dad are well cared for at Sterling House.

My Mother lived here for three years !!! She was always very happy here!! The staff was excellent and always there to help! She loved the food and the fact that it was so small and quaint!!!

So far, I am very satisfied with Sterling House. It provides a safe, clean and friendly place for my husband. I hope he will soon become involved in the activities that are provided. He says he will. It takes his a while to "warm up" to new surroundings.

We certainly enjoyed our visit, but there are some questions as to whether or not they could take care of Dick. They will be looking into that. The price is higher than I expected, but maybe all of them are higher this year. They may not want Dick to use his power chair there - at least not with the power on - for fear of bumping things. We interviewed with Patty and Heidi. They are great people to represent Sterling House because they are both very likable.

They don’t have skilled nursing. I’m told the activities are good. This community has a comfortable home environment with a very friendly and caring staff. Well worth checking out. The food is excellent. The parking might be a little limited.

I can't find much to complain about at Clare Bridge. The day we checked my mom in, each of the staff members, plus the director, came into the room to introduce themselves to mom. The staff keeps them busy and engaged all day, so they don't spend a lot of time alone in their rooms. It's very, very small, only about 20 residents; just a perfect size for lots of attention from the staff. And speaking of the staff, they are lovely, caring, friendly and helpful. Robert, the director, already made his fortune in another line of work. He is at Clare Bridge to make a difference in the lives of Alzheimer's patients. Oh, and did I mention that the food is absolutely outstanding? There's also a day care next door so the residents can be outside and watch the kids. Mom is SO happy here--she actually thanked my sister and I for bringing her there. I'm sure everyone will have a different experience, but ours so far (early May 2014) has been fantastic. Two huge thumbs up!!!
