Grand Villa has been an answer from heaven for me. The staff is incredibly friendly & helpful. The food is AMAZING!!! The other residents are also friendly and know my name already. The move in process was seamless and after a few days, it's feeling like home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs that little bit of extra help, wants more activity in their life, and wants to feel they're in a secure & safe environment. Did I mention the food is GREAT?!

I recently placed my Dad in Grand Villa of Palm Coast and feel I couldn’t have made a better decision for him. My Dad had memory issues (dementia) and needed some assistance with his daily routine. He also needed social stimulation, daily activities, and the opportunity to be around people his own age with similar experience, people he could identify with. After visiting numerous assisted living communities, we ultimately chose Grand Villa of Palm Coast. During our tour, we noted how meticulously maintained and updated the structure was. The grounds surrounding it were equally well-thought-out, inviting and well-kept. All of the staff, from management to caregiver, were incredibly helpful and friendly. After observing all of these qualities and interviewing the residents (who were very happy and highly recommended the facility), the decision became a no-brainer for us. We are so happy that we chose Grand Villa of Palm Coast for my husband’s mother. She is settling right in to the comfortable atmosphere and with the friendly staff. We chose Grand Villa of Palm Coast for the flexibility they offer to transition with her to meet her changing need for level of care. She is making friends and enjoys living here! She even got her hair done at the on site salon. It is the right fit for our family.

Grand Villa of Palm Coast has been awesome from the start of our search. They fully explained the steps of each stage and kept us informed of our Mother’s care and needs. The staff from Director [name removed] on down have been nothing but professional, courteous, and helpful…considering the environment. It takes special people to work in this challenging environment and Grand Villa does a great job in vetting and hiring the right people. They truly care for the residents and show it everyday, night, and not only when we are there. Great job to the staff and Director!

My loved one is currently a resident at Belvedere Commons of Franklin and everything has been very good for her at this facility so far. The support staff, such as maintenance, made the move in process very easy. The staff have done a great job with my loved one who has Down Syndrome, something that they were not used to. They have several long standing staff members who are outstanding and take the time to get to know the individual needs of each resident. We would definitely recommend Belvedere Commons of Franklin to others!

My loved one was previously a resident at Brookdale Mankato and everything was great for her at this facility. The staff was friendly. Communication with the family was great. The cleanliness and friendliness were great. The care services, activities and meals were also great. I would recommend Brookdale Mankato to others.

The staff at Belvedere Commons of Sun City Center was excellent from the moment we entered. Very friendly and helpful. They had answers for all of our questions. The amenities were everything that we were looking for. We liked the personal touch that a smaller facility can provide. My loved one was only a resident for a short time, but the staff knew him and made him feel welcome. I definitely recommend Belvedere Commons of Sun City Center to others!

I have all the information I need from Brookdale Lakes Park to make a decision. the value is worth the cost and the unit and building itself is well maintained and the level of care are amazing. the staff and team in the community seemed happy and engaged. I just love it! My mom is happy!!!

Great people and great facility. We picked this community because of the price and the neighborhood approach.

Activities Director is a lot of fun. He offers a lot of differnt things to do. The driver is very good-a very nice man. Enjoyed meeting the new girl too.

Reflections Memory Care has been a blessing, As caregiver for over a year 24/7, I was prepared to visit often to ensure her care was what I expected and knew she needed. At first when they asked us not to visit for a week to give her time to get acclimated to the facility, I’d like to loose my mind but when I saw her smiling and laughing I knew it was the right decision. The activities are based around what someone with a memory problem would benefit from. I would try to get her to do things at home, she didn’t want any part of anything even her reading her newspaper. I was very concerned she seemed to be withdrawing inside of her self. So to see her being a part of a group and talking to others made me feel wonderful and reassured our decision was the right one. Reflections Memory Care, I would recommend to anyone. I visit once a week and any concerns are handled immediately, over and above my expectations.

The memory care unit at Grand Villa of Boynton Beach is a great fit for my mom. The rooms were very comfortable and the shared area was set up to create an atmosphere that draws the residents in to participate in the daily activities. All of the staff members were very professional, friendly and show a caring attitude towards the residents. The facility has the feel of a resort, rather than a nursing home which made the transition for mom much easier.

May showed me around Grand Villa and I was really impressed. [name removed] is sweet, caring, very professional, and seems to love her job. I’m so happy she introduced me to Grand Villa. It is the nicest Assisted living I have ever been to. I also toured the memory care and I was very impressed with the level of care the people had, and how happy they were. My sister has been there about 2 weeks now and is enjoying all the fun parties and activities they have. Everybody on the staff is supportive and caring. We only had one problem with the woman that runs the dining room. She is not very nice. She yelled at me for getting a Styrofoam cup out of the Bistros cupboard so my sister and I could get a drink of water. Supposedly the bistro is “help yourself” All the other people working in the dining room are very nice, friendly, and lots of fun. The nursing staff is wonderful. [name removed] in accounting is caring, helpful, and kind.

Caring for an elderly parent is stressful and difficult. Moving my mom into Grand Villa was the best decision I made to help my mom and me sleep at night. The facility is clean, updated and heavily staffed with loving and caring nurses, med techs and aids. It’s not easy growing old with aches and pains and lots of complaints. I was not equipped to handle my mom’s needs anymore and I am so relieved that she gets the attention she deserves. The activity director is full of energy and provides plenty of things for the residents to do like games, puzzles, crafts, Bingo and more. My mom was in another facility before moving here and the food was inedible. Kudos to the chef at Grand Villa for his amazing, delicious cooking. I visited my mom for a week and enjoyed everything I tried. Even the maintenance workers are amazing. They help my mom with her tv and technology challenges. My mom has made friends and found a community, which I believe is the key to a fuller, richer life.

We enjoyed touring this facility. It was clean and set up well for including residents in many of the planned and scheduled daily activities that are of interest to most. The staff was warm and welcoming. It was a pleasure to meet everyone there today.

First, the staff is so friendly, from the director all the way to the maintenance folks. We picked this community, because of the price, location and first impressions.

We have been coming in and out of Belvedere Commons of Franklin for awhile, we are always greeted by someone with a smile and are ready to help us. We have seen the staff interacting with the residents and the residents seem happy and content. I see them playing games especially Rummiku. All the residents look well cared for. I haven’t tried the food but I asked the residents how the food is, they say that it is much better than before. I would bring my loved one here to live. I hope this review will help you if you are looking for a place for your loved one.

I am originally from the [facility removed]. Staying at the New Port Richey location until the Englewood community opens up. This community is very clean. It is in a nice area. Care staff & housekeeping are good. They do a great job. I enjoy going to Walmart & the dollar tree every week.
